Abstract

SMA LTI Indo Global Mandiri Palembang is one of the private high school in the city of Palembang and not optimally in memenuihi information needs and service selection application file prospective teachers, as an example of selection procedures for application files prospective teachers in SMA LTI IGM Palembang still use process manual, namely in terms of the proposed selection file such applications are not integrated so if there are teachers out of SMA LTI IGM Palembang HRD will find the data the teacher that will take a long time because the data has not been well integrated teacher. and in terms of valuation results of the interview prospective teachers so that in making decisions based on an assessment of the interview test requires considerable time. So I will make the selection of an information system application file online teacher candidates at SMA LTI Indo Global Mandiri Palembang. Researcher using a methodology WDLC (Web Development Life Cycle) and tools UML (Unified Modeling Language) with the aid of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and classdiagram. This system can provide information on jobs available, the acceptance criteria, the status of the application is submitted, and a few other things. With this system is expected to facilitate both applicants / prospective teachers as well as the human resources department to manage the process of selection of information system application file online prospective teachers in SMA LTI Indo Global Mandiri Palembang

Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology has increased the need for intelligent computing-based information systems across sectors, such as business, education, and government, to facilitate quick and accurate decision-making. Previous research primarily focused on data analysis without a seamless integration for automated decision support. This study aims to bridge this gap by designing an information system that leverages machine learning algorithms for automated decision-making. The system incorporates artificial intelligence and big data processing to provide accurate recommendations based on historical and real-time data patterns. Key processes include identifying user needs, selecting suitable algorithms, developing predictive models, and integrating them into a user-friendly, web-based platform. Results indicate that the intelligent system significantly enhances decision-making speed and accuracy, particularly in scenarios demanding real-time analysis. Tests with decision trees and neural network algorithms demonstrate the system's reliability and adaptability to various data types, supporting consistent, data-driven outcomes. This research concludes by highlighting the system's potential to address complex data challenges, enabling efficient decision-making in dynamic environments.

Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan kesehatan remaja di lingkungan sekolah saat ini tidak hanya berkaitan dengan kesehatan fisik, tetapi juga mencakup aspek mental, sosial, dan psikososial yang berdampak terhadap proses belajar siswa. Rendahnya aktivitas fisik, kurang tidur, stres akademik, serta penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan menjadi beberapa permasalahan yang sering ditemukan pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya pendekatan kesehatan holistik dalam mendukung pembentukan perilaku hidup sehat siswa di sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman guru mengenai konsep kesehatan holistik serta meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengimplementasikan edukasi perilaku hidup sehat kepada siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Banyuasin 1. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 05 Mei 2026 dengan melibatkan 25 orang guru sebagai peserta. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan sharing session. Materi yang diberikan meliputi kesehatan fisik, mental, sosial, dan psikososial remaja serta strategi sederhana yang dapat diterapkan guru dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki antusiasme yang tinggi selama kegiatan berlangsung dan memperoleh pemahaman baru mengenai pentingnya pendekatan kesehatan holistik dalam mendukung proses belajar siswa. Selain itu, peserta juga memahami bahwa edukasi kesehatan dapat diintegrasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran tanpa harus menambah jam pelajaran di sekolah. Kata Kunci: edukasi kesehatan holistik; kesehatan remaja; perilaku hidup sehat; guru SMA; pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Abstract Health problems among adolescents in the school environment are currently not only related to physical health, but also include mental, social, and psychosocial aspects that may affect students’ learning processes. Low levels of physical activity, lack of sleep, academic stress, and excessive social media use are common problems frequently found among high school students. These conditions highlight the importance of a holistic health approach in supporting the development of healthy behaviors among students at school. This community service activity aimed to improve teachers’ understanding of the concept of holistic health and enhance their ability to implement healthy lifestyle education for students at SMA Negeri 2 Banyuasin 1. The activity was conducted on May 05, 2026, involving 25 teachers as participants. The implementation method applied an educational and participatory approach through interactive lectures, discussions, and sharing sessions. The materials presented included physical, mental, social, and psychosocial health among adolescents, as well as simple strategies that teachers could apply in daily learning activities. The results showed that participants demonstrated high enthusiasm throughout the activity and gained new insights into the importance of a holistic health approach in supporting students’ learning processes. In addition, participants understood that health education could be integrated into classroom learning activities without adding extra instructional hours at school. Keywords: holistic health education; adolescent health; healthy lifestyle behavior; high school teachers; community service
