Abstract

To create the feel secure in the marriage, the adult candidate is needed, physically and mentally. However, the preachers have different views about the meaning of manhood. Islamic law indicates that couples getting married have to mature physically and mentally. Thus, under the laws of our government is 1/1974, Article 7, paragraph (1), it is said that marriage is allowed only if the groom was 19 and the bride was 16. In Islam, marriage position has an important role in the survival of a family. Besides in a hadith history explained, marriage is one way for someone to reach heaven. In Indonesia, the law of marriage is also arranged. Starting from the terms of the age, the condition of validity to be a guardian. Abstract

This community service activity involving the IAI Agus Salim Metro Lampung PKM team aims to overcome obstacles for elementary school teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum. This program provides benefits for various parties, including elementary school teachers at SDN 2 Sri Agung, SDN 2 Subing Karya, SDN 2 Ppurwosari, SDN 2 Srimulyo Anak Ratu Aji, and SDN 6 Tanjung Jaya, Central Lampung. The main obstacle faced by teachers in preparing the Operational Curriculum of Education Units in the Learning Curriculum is related to understanding concepts and their application in daily learning activities. Teachers need a comprehensive understanding of the preparation of the Operational Curriculum of Education Units with the Independent Learning Curriculum approach. The direction from the PKM Team makes an important contribution in delivering information, strategies, and approaches that support teachers to develop operational curricula effectively. Teachers in elementary schools who follow this technical guidance have experienced improved skills in developing operational curricula. This helps them to adapt the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum approach according to the characteristics and needs of students in their environment. Through a better understanding of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum, teachers can design learning that is more contextual, relevant, and in accordance with student needs. This has the potential to improve the quality of education in Primary School, spark students' interest in learning, and improve their academic achievement.

Abstract

Road pavement plays a crucial role in supporting connectivity and economic development, with the wearing course acting as the primary layer subdjected to traffic loads and environmental exposure. In Indonesia, commonly used asphalt types include penetration grade 60/70 and PG 70 modified asphalt, the latter offering superior resistance to deformation and cracking. To mitigate moisture-induced stripping, anti stripping agents (ASA) such as hydrated lime are applied to enhance adhesion and improve mixture durabilitu. This study aoims to analyze the characteristics of Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) mixtures utilizing both asphalt types, and to evaluate the influence of ASA on performance enhancement, in order to recommend optimal materials for pavement applications. The research methodology involves laboratory-based experimental testing of AC-WC mixtures prepared with the two asphalt types, both with and without the addition of hydrated lime as an ASA. The evaluation focuses on volumetric properties (VIM,VMA,VFB,stability, flow, and Marshall Quotient (MQ) to determine the most suitable materials for pavement applications. The findings indicate that PG 70 modified asphalt yields higher stability and MQ values than penetration grade 60/70 asphalt, and demonstrates better moisture resistance. Moreover, ASA addition significantly enhances the adhesive bond and stripping resistance in both asphalt types. Based on the rest result, AC-WC mixtures incorporating PG 70 asphalt and ASA are recommended for road pavement in tropical regions with high traffic volumes
