Abstract

This research aims to describe the thinking process of students in creating concept maps based on visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The subjects consisted of 3 students based on the learning style questionnaire analysis. Data collection techniques are job-based interviews. The results showed that there are differences in students' thinking processes in creating concept maps. The three subjects perform the stage of creating a concept map completely but there are differences on how to make it. This happens because subjects with an auditory learning style can’t make a cross link so the resulting concept maps are different. The results of this research can be used as an alternative in developing learning by concept map method.

Abstract

The fixed point principle is very important in solving linear equation, ordinary differential equation, partial differential equation, and integral equation. The famous fixed point theorem is Banach's fixed point theorem. Kannan's fixed point theorem is generalisation of Banach's fixed point theorem. This article discusses some theorems that generalisations from Kannan's fixed point theorem with continuity mapping. Some theorems are discussed in this article guarantee the existence and uniqueness of a fixed point.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the maximum profit in Islah Convection. This study used the Kuhn-tucker method. The Kuhn-tucker method is a method used to determine the optimum value of a function with an inequality constraint. The steps of this research are forming decision variables, forming objective functions, forming constraint functions, forming mathematical models with linear programming, solving optimization problems using the Kuhn-tucker method, and drawing conclusions. The results of the completion of this study obtained a maximum profit of Rp. 273,562,325 in the production of 4 types of clothes, which include 200 units of male school uniform, 200 units of female school uniform, 60 units of alma mater coat, and 30 units of katelpak. . Based on the results of the optimization, it can be concluded that the profit of clothing production in Islah Convection is optimal
