Abstract

Perempuan dan gender merupakan isu yang kait-mengait, yang tak terpisahkan bahwa isu tersebut yang dirasakan adanya telah memenjarakan, telah termarginalkan dan menjadi objek yang panas terdiskriminasi. Secara otomatis, kondisi ini meresahkan baik secara akademis maupun kultur social. Dalam konteks ini, visi yang dapat ditawarkan adalah visi pembebasan, dengan orientasi dan metode pertama, mendudukan derajat perempuan secara sama dengan laki-laki, kedua menolak bias-bias gender, dan ketiga berlaku adil dan tidak dikotomis.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state . Character is the universal valuesof human behavior that includes all human activities, both in the context of relating to God, with oneself, with fellow humans, as well as with the environment, which are manifested in thoughts, attitudes, feelings, words, and actions based on norms. Religious norms, laws, etiquette, culture, and customs of Madrasas play a role in producing students who are smart in science, but also in character and personality. Through the example of Islamic figures and scholars discussed in Islamic Cultural History learning, especially the patience, persistence, and fortitude of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, his companions, scholars, and great figures in Islam so that some characters are built for students such as: religious, honest, disciplined, responsible, independent, social care and hard work.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan semangat siswa (respon siswa) dalam pembelajaran online salah satunya yaitu dengan menerapkan pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran daring. Salah satu media pembelajaran daring yang digunakan saat ini dan sedang berkembang adalah google classroom. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media google classroom terhadap respon siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro pada masa pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yang berbasis ex-post facto. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X Akuntansi di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan adalah instrument angket google classroom dan respon siswa. Analisis yang dilakukan ditinjau dari segi validitas isi, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi dan signifikansi korelasi dengan bantuan program microsoft excel dan SPSS V.25.0. Hasil analisis diperoleh signifikansi korelasinya memiliki hubungan yang kuat, hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil perhitungan korelasi dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis korelasi product moment diperoleh hasil nilai korelasi sebesar 0,663 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kedua variable tersebut, selanjutnya dilakukan uji signifikansi yang menunjukan p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan penggunaan media google classroom terhadap respon siswa, artinya hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly growing consumption, students are one of the groups vulnerable to impulsive buying behavior, which is influenced by various factors, including peer conformity and Price discounts. Peer conformity encourages individuals to adjust their behavior to social groups in order to be accepted, while Price discounts are used as a marketing strategy to create urgency and increase product appeal, both of which can increase the likelihood of impulsive buying. This type of research uses a quantitative research method. The data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to respondents. The sample in this study was determined using the Isaac and Michael formula. From a population of 767, a sample of 256 respondents was obtained. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression through classical assumption tests, including validity, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation tests, before continuing with hypothesis testing using partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the study indicate that the variables Peer Conformity (X1) and Price discount (X2) have a partial influence on impulsive buying (Y) and simultaneously show that the variables Peer Conformity (X1) and Price discount (X2) have a simultaneous influence on Impulsive Buying (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and evaluate the effect of price and product quality on the interest in purchasing goat milk in the residents of Liman Sari Village. This study uses a quantitative causal research methodology. The population of this study was 800 people of productive age (20-40 years) so that 89 samples were obtained using the Slovin formula. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection method. Data analysis techniques used include research instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, evaluation of the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test) using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, while product quality also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest. The price and product quality factors together have a positive and quite large effect on purchasing interest.
