Abstract

The mandatory Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing continues to be an interesting issue for many people. So the legality of the polymerase chain reaction test for local airline passengers is interesting for us to study. The data for this study were derived from secondary data from various journals and related literature readings that we obtained electronically. Then we explore as deeply as possible to understand the question and purpose of this study. So we also conducted a study through the evaluation system and data coding to draw valid conclusions and have high reliability. Sources of publication data include international and national journals. Based on the discussion of the findings, we can summarize that the regulatory status of mandatory testing for prospective passengers often changes, both in terms of price and legality, and other conditions. So along with this study, we report that there are still changes and the legal status of mandatory testing or not for prospective domestic passengers. It is hoped that this study will be helpful in the development of legal studies and business legality of PCR in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pendawan Village has a large market area and there is also a terminal, seeing its strategic location so there is a desire to change the nickname from Slum Village to Tourism Village. For this reason, the activities of the Community Service (PKM) of the Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas Islamic Institute in collaboration with the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports (DISPORA) of Sambas Regency aim to support the development of Pendawan Village as a Tourism Village, the potential and obstacles of Pendawan Village to become a tourist village. In the implementation of PKM, using the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) approach supported by interview and observation methods in data collection. The result of this activity is that the Village knows the steps to become a Tourism Village, one of which is forming a Tourism Awareness Group (PokDarWis).

Abstract

This thesis discusses students' learning styles in understanding thaharah fiqh material at SMPS IT Sulthoniyah Sambas. This research has three research objectives including the following; First, to find out the understanding of class VII students at SMPS IT Sulthoniyah Sambas. Second, to find out what the learning styles of class VII students are in the Thaharah fiqh subject at SMPS IT Sulthoniyah Sambas. Third, to find out the evaluation of the learning outcomes of class VII students on fiqh thaharah material at SMPS IT Sulthoniyah Sambas. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of research is field research (filed research). There are three types of data collection techniques in this research, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. Then the data validity checking techniques used are source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research are: regarding analysis of student learning styles in understanding fiqh thaharah material at SMPS IT Sulthoniyah Sambas. Students' understanding in the learning process of thaharah fiqh material, namely regarding students' understanding, is quite good. Class VII students prefer the kinesthetic learning style, namely learning by practicing directly related to the material and being helped to explain by the teacher, this has a positive impact on students. The learning outcomes of class VII students after the teacher carried out the evaluation were improved and all were above average or KKM. With the kinesthetic learning style that the teacher has implemented, this can make students more active compared to just explaining the material.

Abstract

The 2008 global financial crisis has significantly changed the world's economic and financial landscape, forcing central banks to expand their role beyond the traditional mandate of inflation control. The research method in this study uses literature. The results show that central banks have broadened the scope of their interventions, adopting a more holistic approach to economic stability that includes not only price stability but also financial stability and economic growth. However, in this regard, there are challenges that central banks face in the digital age, including the emergence of digital currencies and financial technology.

Abstract

Marketing campaign performance measurement is important for companies to assess the effectiveness of their marketing strategies. The management accounting approach offers a more thorough way to measure and analyse the impact of marketing activities. This method combines financial and non-financial measures to provide a more complete picture of marketing campaign results. Companies can use various measurement tools such as Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI), cost of acquiring a new customer, and lifetime customer value. These tools help companies see not only the short-term results, but also the long-term benefits of their marketing investments. This approach also helps companies make better use of resources and make more informed decisions. By using a management accounting approach, companies can more accurately assess their marketing campaigns. It also helps bring marketing and finance teams together, creating a common way to measure and report results. Ultimately, the use of this approach can help companies better understand and improve the impact of their marketing campaigns, which can improve overall business performance.

Abstract

The integration of financial and operational management in the organisation of Hajj and Umrah can be defined as a holistic approach that combines the integrated management of financial and operational aspects in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Hajj and Umrah services. The concept involves synchronising processes, systems, and resources between finance and operations departments to achieve higher efficiency, improve transparency, and optimise the quality of services to pilgrims. This integration includes aligning budgets with operational activities, utilising information technology to facilitate real-time data and information flow, and faster and more accurate decision- making based on comprehensive analysis of financial and operational aspects. The study in this research uses the literature research method. The results show that the integration of financial and operational management brings significant improvements in efficiency, transparency, and service quality. Key benefits include resource optimisation, increased accountability, faster and more accurate decision-making, and improved pilgrim satisfaction. Challenges in implementing this integration were also identified, including the need for technology investment and organisational culture change. The study's conclusions confirm the importance of financial and operational management integration as a key strategy in dealing with the complexities and modern demands of organising Hajj and Umrah.

Abstract

Community service that focuses on optimising the potential of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in villages is a strategic step to improve the welfare and living standards of local communities. This activity begins with the identification of the potential and constraints faced by MSMEs in the area, followed by a comprehensive analysis that helps map out the most relevant interventions. This approach includes skills training, access to capital, and more effective and efficient marketing of products. The active involvement of local communities in MSME development increases the sense of ownership and responsibility for the sustainability of the programme. Collaboration with the government, educational institutions and the private sector is also crucial to provide holistic support. Various forms of concrete support, such as training, technical assistance, and development of marketing networks, are expected to bring positive impacts to small businesses in villages. In this digital era, the utilisation of information technology is key in expanding market reach and improving operational efficiency of rural MSMEs. The implementation of e-commerce and digital marketing allows MSMEs to access a wider market and market their products nationally and internationally. In addition, technology also provides easier access to important information and resources that can support business development. The success and sustainability of this strategy depends on regular evaluation and the ability to adapt the programme based on the results. Continuous programme adjustments ensure that the strategy remains relevant and effective in the face of changing conditions on the ground. Thus, optimising the potential of MSMEs in the village is expected to have a sustainable positive impact, not only for the business actors, but also for the village economy as a whole.
