This study aims to find out: 1) how the description of the use of the non-example model in class X SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, 2) how the description of student learning outcomes on the subject matter of money before and after using the non-example model in class X SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, c ) is there a significant effect between the use of the example non example model on student learning outcomes on the subject matter of money in class X SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. The time of the study was carried out for 4 months starting from February to May 2021. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method. The population in this study were 30 students. The technique used is the total sample. Data collection techniques obtained by questionnaires and tests. Technical data analysis uses descriptive data and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the calculations obtained from the results of data processing using SPPS Software Version 22, the results of the model variable example non example (variable X) obtained a t-test index of 2.229 while t-table was 1.697 with a significant value = 0.034. Then it can be seen that it is significantly smaller than a (0.034 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence between the non-example model of learning outcomes for the subject of money in class X SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan,

This study aims to find out: 1) what is the picture of character education for class X SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, 2) what is the picture of student motivation for class X SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, 3) what is the picture of student learning outcomes for class X SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, 4) whether there is a significant influence between character education and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of 5th grade Padangsidimpuan students. The time of the study was carried out for 3 months starting from February to April 2021. The research method used was a descriptive method. The population used in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. The sampling technique used is a random sample of 30 students. Data collection techniques obtained by questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the calculations obtained from the results of data processing using SPSS Software Version 25 the results of the character education variable (Variable X1) obtained a t-test index of 2.273 while t-table was 1.697 with a significant value = 0.031. And the results of data processing from the learning motivation variable (Variable X2) obtained a t-test index of 2.235 while t-table was 1.697 with a significant value = 0.034. So it can be seen that the significant value is smaller than (0.031 < 0.05) and (0.034 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that the hypothesis Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between character education and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan.

Kotoran ayam merupakan salah satu limbah yang dihasilkan baik ayam petelur maupun ayam pedaging yang memiliki potensi yang besar sebagai pupuk organik.Komposisi kotoran sangat bervariasi tergantung pada sifat fisiologis ayam, ransum yang dimakan, lingkungan kandang termasuk suhu dan kelembaban.Kotoran ayam merupakan salah satu bahan organik yang berpengaruh terhadap sifat fisik, kimia dan pertumbuhan tanaman. Kotoran ayam mempunyai kadar unsur hara dan bahan organik yang tinggi serta kadar air yang rendah. Setiap ekor ayam kurang lebih menghasilkan ekskreta per hari sebesar 6,6% dari bobot hidup (Taiganides, 1977). Kotoran ayam memiliki kandungan unsur hara N 1%, P 0,80%, K 0,40% dan kadar air 55% (Lingga, 1986). Menurut Ali (2001) kotoran ayam merupakan kotoran yang di keluarkan oleh ayam sebagai proses makanan yang disertai urine dan sisa-sisa makanan Page 2 2 lainya. Marsono (2001) menyatakan bahwa pupuk kunci dari kesuburan tanah karena berisi satu atau lebih dari unsur untuk menggantikan unsur yang habis diserap tanaman. Pupuk kandang adalah pupuk yang berasal dari kotoran hewan ternak, seperti sapi, kuda, kambing, ayam, dan domba yang mempunyai fungsi, antara lain menambah unsur hara tanaman, menambah kandungan humus dan bahan organik tanah, memperbaiki struktur tanah serta memperbaiki jasad renik tanah (Sutedjo, 2010).
