Abstract

The number of patients with Chronic Kidney every year always increases. One of the causes is the late diagnosis to be known and the existence of an unfavorable lifestyle. The United Nations Alliance (WHO) estimates that in Indonesia there will be an increase in kidney failure patients until 2025 by 41.4%. In this study an expert system for diagnosing Chronic Kidney disease will be made using the FIS - Sugeno method. The variables used in the formation of fuzzy sets which are variable sets of laboratory results include creatinine, urea, hemoglobin, blood pH, urine albumin, and gout. Variables that have been entered in the fuzzy set are formed by a combination of one variable with the linguistics of each then the fuzzy set will be processed by the FIS-Sugeno method with the help of the Matlab Toolbox so as to produce a decision in the form of chronic kidney negatives, chronic pre kidney or chronic kidney positives. This application was tested by involving medical records of diagnoses from doctors using variables: creatinine, urea, hemoglobin, blood pH, albumin and acidic letters. The results of the decisions generated from the application using the Sugis-FIS method resulted in accurate decisions for users in diagnosing chronic kidney disease. Thus in general this application can be used to assist in the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease so that the spread of the disease can be suppressed as much as possible.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seperti apa sistem manual yang digunakan untuk proses pemilihan pegawai terbaik serta kendala apa yang dihadapi dalam sistem manual tersebut, selanjutnya adalah membangun sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat menggantikan sistem manual yang digunakan untuk proses pemilihan pegawai terbaik di PT. Mizuho Balimor Finance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah metode grounded research, metode temuannya yaitu suatu proses manual yang akan dibuat kedalam sebuah sistem aplikasi. Untuk selanjutnya maka akan dapat di peroleh kesimpulan mengenai perancangan aplikasi yang dibuat dan dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan kendala yang dihadapi sistem manual yang digunakan untuk proses pemilihan pegawai terbaik.

Abstract

The low level of knowledge about the appropriate use of antibiotics causes the practice of irrational antibiotic use to increase. The aim of this community service is to provide education about understanding antibiotics and how to use them appropriately and rationally. The community service method is by providing education through group discussions, workshops and seminars to health workers, posyandu cadre mothers and the community around Ratujaya Village, Depok. The level of knowledge about antibiotic use was measured using a questionnaire, pretest and posttest. The results achieved by this community service after providing education on understanding antibiotics and their use to the community show that people who have good and sufficient knowledge about antibiotics are 88.57%, meaning that more people understand about antibiotics than those who don't. It can be concluded that the education on the use of antibiotics provided to the public can sufficiently increase public knowledge regarding antibiotics.
