Abstract

Academic information system (AIS) is software used to present information and organize administration related to academic activities. Janabadra University's academic information system is a web-based system that was built with the aim of managing academic data. The research method used quantitative descriptive assessment with PIECES which was taken with the average value data on each aspect. In this study, there are 6 aspects, namely (a) performance aspects, (b) information aspects, (c) economic aspects, (d) control aspects, (e) efficiency aspects, (f) service aspects. In testing the satisfaction of academic information systems carried out through questionnaires, the results obtained from 75 respondents gave an average value for each statement reviewed on the performance aspect with an average of 3.11, on the information aspect with an average of 3.26, the economic aspect was obtained The average value is 2.65, the control aspect has an average value of 3.18, the efficiency aspect is 3.67 and the service aspect has an average value of 3.18. Based on the results of the average score of the test, the academic information system of the University of Janabadra is the most superior in the satisfaction test on the aspect of efficiency.Keywords  :  SIA,  Universitas Janabadra, PIECES

Abstract

This study aims to create a health communication media application that can assist communication for deaf and speech impaired patients. Health communication media that can run on Android smartphones to make it easier for health workers to communicate with deaf and speech impaired patients when visiting health facilities. The method used is agile development software development method. This method was chosen because of the methods and methodologies that make all personnel in the team work efficiently, think more effectively and make better decisions. For software testing using usability testing. Usability testing was chosen because it is one of the categories of methods in usability evaluation that observes users of a design and then takes data and analyzes it.The results of these trials are that the application has no bugs or errors and the results of usability testing show all ratings above 74%. The usability assessment shows that the application can be well received by users, namely health workers as a means of communication for patients with special needs.Keywords : Agile Development, Android, Media Komunikasi Kesehatan, Usability Testing.

Abstract

The first semester of 2020 the COVID-19 pandemic took place, resulting in many countries implementing massive social restrictions. And one of the solutions provided by the government is through the regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 84 of 2020 regarding the implementation of vaccinations in the context of dealing with the 2019 corona virus disease pandemic. This vaccine is expected to be one of the solutions to prevent transmission and prevent the risk of spreading COVID-19. This study aims to design and build an application for the classification of vaccine recipients based on their urgency according to their priority scale based on predetermined criteria and sub-criteria. Vaccination is given based on the order where priority is given to the frontline who are dealing directly with the COVID-19 pandemic. This research implements the K-Nearest Neighbor method based on Euclidean distance. This method was chosen because it is simple, easy to learn and effective in determining distance. In the process of classifying vaccine recipients, several criteria are needed, namely gender, occupation, age, pregnancy and medical history based on the results of observations and interviews that have been carried out. Then in determining the weight value for each criterion/attribute, and a ranking process is carried out which results in a decision to be used as a recommendation for the recipient of the covid-19 vaccine.Keywords: Vaccine, Covid-19, K-Nearest Neighbor, Euclidean distance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of learning media clusters from more effective and efficient in terms of user assessments, both students, and teachers in the midst of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic. The method used in this research is the agglomerative algorithm method hierarchial clustering to classify online learning media according to user ratings. This method will calculate the grouping or clustering with several agglomerative methods, namely the single linkage method, average linkage, and complete the environment. Each of these methods can perform distance calculations Euclidean distance, which will later determine the appropriate online learning media cluster user ratings. The data used is user assessment data (students, students and teachers). The result of clusterization for learning media that is most widely used is google classroom which is included in the learning application cluster, while for the internet, users choose internet data quota and for learning devices users use smartphones more.Keywords : Agglomerative, Klasterisasi, Media Pembelajaran Daring.
