Abstract

Database ini dibuat dengan menggunakan MySQL, yang melewati tahap analisis dan perancangan. Begitu pentingnya era digital atau era data pada saat ini, tidak heran administrator database berhati-hati dalam memberikan batasan hak akses kepada pengguna, dimaksudkan agar data atau informasi dapat dijaga dan tidak setiap pengguna dapat mengakses data atau informasi dari setiap tabel. Adanya batasan hak akses ini dapat menjamin keaslian isi dari database yang dibuat oleh administrator, setiap transaksi yang dilakukan oleh pengguna yang bukan administartor memiliki hak akses terbatas untuk mengelola isi database, dengan begitu keamanan yang dimiliki sistem database ini cukup baik. Untuk menjaga keamanan data atau informasi yang ada di database diharapkan memiliki back-up datanya, dikarenakan untuk mengantisipasi jika terjadi kehilangan dan kerusakan data

Abstract

Web-based public services has become an important part in supporting the success of a university, but from the web-based service is still a lot that was difficult to use and does not function properly. This study was conducted to evaluate whether Janabadra University website has had the acceptability criteria of usability testing. The study was conducted using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Questionnaires distributed research consisted of 19 questions grouped into five variables usability. Based on the data processing result that the mean score of overall usability testing to measure website usage Janabadra University Yogyakarta to Learnability aspects of 3.42, efficiency of 3.39, memorability of 3.32, an error of 3.66 and 3.27 for satisfaction by respondents. From these results indicate that the website of University of Yogyakarta Janabadara already Quite Easy to use, but there are still some things that need to be improved especially in terms of memorability for a typical animated images and aspects of Satisfaction in finding other equipment that support as share files and chat.Keyword :  Evaluation, Usability testing , Website Universitas Janabadra

Abstract

Every parent wants the presence of a child. The child expected by parents is a perfect child without any flaws. In fact, there is no human being without flaws. Humans are not the same as one another. Whatever the circumstances, humans are uniquely created by the Creator. Understanding of children with special needs is biological, psychological, socio-cultural. Children with special needs are children who require special treatment because of developmental disorders and abnormalities experienced by children.The purpose of this study is related to designing and developing an automated expert system application for the identification of children with special needs in detecting the characteristics seen in children, which can help parents or the general public, so that they can find out early on the child's condition. This application uses a rule based system method, namely forward chaining which is a heuristic method used for application development in this study.Based on the results of trials on 20 respondents using the system usability scale (SUS) method, it obtained an average score of 69.37. These results indicate that the expert system for identifying children with special needs in detecting the characteristics seen in children that has been designed and built is categorized as good and feasible to use.Keywords: Sistem Pakar, Anak  Berkebutuhan Khusus,Rule Based System.

Abstract

Penentuan konsentrasi dan peminatan prodi Teknik Informatika Universitas Janabadra Yogyakarta yang akan diterapkan diharapkan dapat mempermudah mahasiswa dalam menentukan tugas akhir yang sesuai. Konsentrasi dan peminatan ini akan mulai dilaksanakana mahasiswa yang telah memasuki semester 5, berguna bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dirinya menjadi lebih baik lagi. Untuk membantu penentuan konsentrasi dan peminatan mahasiwa yang terbaik maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Dalam proses pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan konsentrasi dan peminatan, mengggunakan metode Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decission Making (FMADM) dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini di pilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternative terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu konsentrasi dan peminatan yang baik berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang memiliki nilai tertinggi, yaitu jalur peminatan yang sesuai berdasarkan nilai-nilai akademik dari semester 1 sampai semester 4.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi video live streaming dan chat apa saja yang banyak digunakan oleh pelajar, mengingat aplikasi tersebut saat ini sangat populer digunakan khususnya kalangan anak muda. Aplikasi video live streaming dan chat merupakan aplikasi berbagi video atau sharing video yang dapat disiarkan secara langung dimana penonton dapat melakukan interaksi melalui layanan chat yang tersedia. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari 600 responden pelajar secara acak bahwa dari 19 aplikasi video live streaming dan chat yang berada di pasaran terdapat 5 aplikasi tersebut yang sering digunakan oleh pelajar yakni instagram live sebesar 52,29%, snapchat sebesar 45,75%, telegram 34,83%, musically sebesar 34,63%, tik tok sebesar 34,37% dan facebook live sebesar 34,29%. Abstract

Chicken farming is a profitable business for both breeding broilers and native chickens. In the chicken farm business, disease is one of the risks that must be faced by breeders. Expert systems are Artificial Intelligence which make special extensions to specialization of knowledge to solve a problem. Human Expert is someone who is an expert in a certain field of science. The inference method used is Certainty Factor, which has more than one rule and consists of several premises that are connected with AND or OR. The data entered is in the form of symptoms leading to a conclusion, namely the conclusion of the disease suffered and providing solutions regarding treatment and prevention suggestions based on the visible symptoms of the chicken's physical appearance. Design and build expert systems capable of identifying diseases and providing information on how to deal with them to chicken breeders. In the results of the trial, it can be concluded that the application can run well and provides an alternative in using android-based broiler and laying disease diagnosis systems and chicken farm owners can diagnose the disease early before the disease spreads to healthy chickens. Keywords: Expert System, Chicken Disease, Certainty Factor

Abstract

The first semester of 2020 the COVID-19 pandemic took place, resulting in many countries implementing massive social restrictions. And one of the solutions provided by the government is through the regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia number 84 of 2020 regarding the implementation of vaccinations in the context of dealing with the 2019 corona virus disease pandemic. This vaccine is expected to be one of the solutions to prevent transmission and prevent the risk of spreading COVID-19. This study aims to design and build an application for the classification of vaccine recipients based on their urgency according to their priority scale based on predetermined criteria and sub-criteria. Vaccination is given based on the order where priority is given to the frontline who are dealing directly with the COVID-19 pandemic. This research implements the K-Nearest Neighbor method based on Euclidean distance. This method was chosen because it is simple, easy to learn and effective in determining distance. In the process of classifying vaccine recipients, several criteria are needed, namely gender, occupation, age, pregnancy and medical history based on the results of observations and interviews that have been carried out. Then in determining the weight value for each criterion/attribute, and a ranking process is carried out which results in a decision to be used as a recommendation for the recipient of the covid-19 vaccine.Keywords: Vaccine, Covid-19, K-Nearest Neighbor, Euclidean distance
