Abstract

This research intended to assess the Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction to The Customer Loyalty which must be performed to the product of small industry in Tambak Segoro Village Sidoarjo. This research was conducted in Sidoarjo which covered 25 customers as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS 18.0 to analyze some hypothesis. The inter correlations models between three variables in this study revealed that the hypothesis have significant correlation. The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of marketing and practice management.

Abstract

This research intended to analyze the economic growth and family welfare. The implications on economic growth and welfare in this framework, it is driven by economic growth.This research was conducted in Surabaya which covered 105 supervisors as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS20 to analyze hypothesis.The inter correlations models between these variables in this study revealed that the hypothesis have significant correlation.The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of economic science.

Abstract

This research intended to asses the organizational commitment, leadership style to the turnover intentions which must be performed in PT. Aneka Jasa Grhadika. This research was conducted in Gresik which covered 72 employee and a few of manager as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS 20.0 to analyze some hypothesis. The intercorrelations models between two variables in this study revealed that the hypothesis have significant correlation. The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of human resoureces and practice management. Key words: Komitmen Organisasional, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Turnover Intentions.

Abstract

Abstract Background. This research intended to asses the ability and work behavior which must be performed by three sub-sector in creative industry in Surabaya connected with performance of the employee. Method. This research was conducted at by three sub-sector in creative industry in Surabaya which covered 170 employee as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS program 23 to analyze some hypothesis. The intercorrelations models between these variables in this study revealed that three hypothesis have significant correlation. Conclusion. The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of human resources and practice management. Key words. Ability, Work Behavior and Performance.

Abstract

Financial decision making is an important aspect in the life of the company as well as private. This decision not only depends on the intellectual ability but also psychological abilities. The proper decision making requires tranquility psychologically and mental maturity of a person. This research intended to analyze the psychology aspect and finance desicion making. Finance desicion making was facilitated by Psychology aspect. Investors as individual and institutional settings conducive to the development of high level of organizational capital. The research by utilizing literature study to analyze variables. Financial decision making and psychological abilities needs a few variables to support them get the goals. These variables in this study revealed which needed by companies. Human Resources is a natural resource that is used to drive and synergizing other resources to achieve organizational goals. This research intended to analyze the intellectual capital, social capital, carrier and development planning. New intellectual capital was facilitated by social capital. Organizations as institutional settings conducive to the development of high level of social capital. This research by utilizing literature study to analyze variables. Carrier and development planning needs a few variables to support them get the goals. These variables in this study revealed that these variables needed by companies. Abstract

Yayasan Naeema merupakan Yayasan yang memberikan wadah pengembangan diri bagi penyandang disabilitas yang berlokasi di Kota Trenggalek. Pemberdayaan penyandang disabilitas melalui pengembangan kegiatan produktif harus dilakukan agar menghasilkan usaha yang memiliki nilai tambah dan berorientasi pasar.Penyandang disabilitas yang mengikuti program ini telah berhasil memiliki usaha percetakan yang dikelola secara mandiri. Hasil survei yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian pada UMKM Disabilitas Yayasan Naeema Trenggalek adalah masih kurangnya pengetahuan pemilik usaha UMKM mengenai permodalan serta perijinan usaha. Pengetahuan penyandang disabilitas mengenai pemahaman dan penggunaan bank digital untuk pengajuan modal usaha masih sangat terbatas sehingga pelaku usaha belum siap menggunakan sistem perbankan untuk membantu keberlanjutan usahanya. Permasalahan lain yang dihadapi yaitu Usaha Percetakan Penyandang Disabilitas belum memiliki perizinan usaha. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdian melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai permodalan serta perijinan usaha. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan tim adalah peningkatan pengetahuan penyandang disabilitas mengenai pengembangan bisnis melalui pengajuan modal usaha secara bijak dan penguatan usaha melalui legalitas usaha yang telah diterbitkan oleh Lembaga OSS.
