Abstract

The LPD is have rule to support rural economies it can not be separated from its ability in get the profit. The ability of LPD to generate earnings can not be separated from the its ability to manage their assets and debts. The profitability an LPD can be affected by several factors such as: cash turnover, credit growth, and ROA ratios. This study aims to find out the effect of cash turnover, credit growth, and ROA ratios simultaneously and partially towards LPD’s profitability in Denpasar period of 2006-2010. The data analysis technique were used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The conclusions of this research were partially and simultaneously cash turnover, credit growth, and ROA ratios have significant impact towards the LPD’s profitability in Denpasar period of 2006-2010. Abstract

Analitical Hierarchy Process method is a relative measurement method that can use subjective and intangible criteria. AHP also has a consistency measurement mechanism. Therefore the research developed software with AHP method that can be used by PT. Intisel Prodaktifakom to assist the decision-making process in determining employee achievement. AHP stages such as determining criteria, determining alternatives, making pairwise comparisons, calculating consistency index values, calculating consistency ratios calculating criteria values, calculating alternative values, determining alternative ranking, and producing reports / decisions included as software features. Software development using prototype process models, system modeling is done using UML, and implementation / coding is done using the PHP programming language. It is hoped that the results of this research software can make it easier for PT. Intisel Prodaktifakom in determining employee achievement

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology follows the needs of the community, one of them in the telecommunications world is FTTH (Fiber to the Home) which is an optical signal delivery format from the center of the provider to the homes of costumers by using optical fiber as a medium of delivery. Delivery by using this FTTH technology can save costs and provide better service to customers. The study was conducted by interview and observation methods with network objects and FTTH components belonging to Telkom Semarang and through the literature method by searching some literature. FTTH configuration starts with the ONT to rosette connected using a patchcord cable then from rosette to OTP using an indoor cable then from OTP to ODP outside the home is connected using a dropcore cable. ODP itself is the result of the distribution of distribution cables/ aerial cables leading to ODC. ODC to STO/FTM/ODF using feeder cable. FTTH network is very effective to use, because it can use triple play services (telephone, internet and IPTV) with just 1ONT/ modem at the customer s side.
