Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel makro ekonomi terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Aceh Tahun 2002-2016. Adapun variabel makro ekonomi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, inflasi, Upah Minimum Regional (UMR) dan pengangguran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, data yang digunakan berupa time series (tahun 2002-2016). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Provinsi Aceh dengan menggunakan data selama 15 tahun yaitu tahun 2002–2016. Dan objeknya pengaruh variabel makro ekonomi terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Aceh Tahun 2002-2016. Dan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu oleh software IBM SPSS Versi 17.0.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial (uji t) untuk inflasi, diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 0.929 dan nilai ttabel  sebesar 1.796. Hasil  uji t untuk variabel inflasi yaitu thitung ttabel atau 0.929 1.796. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Aceh. Sedangkan untuk Upah Minimum Regional (UMR), diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2.372 dan nilai ttabel  sebesar 1.796. Hasil  uji t untuk variabel UMR yaitu thitung ttabel atau 2.372 1.796. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial UMR berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Aceh. Dan pengangguran diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 0.104 dan nilai ttabel  sebesar 1.796. Hasil  uji t untuk variabel pengangguran yaitu thitung ttabel atau 0.104 1.796. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial pengangguran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Aceh. Dan berdasarkan secara simultan (uji f) diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 3.550 dan Ftabel sebesar 3.49. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa  nilai  Fhitung Ftabel atau 3.550 3.49. Dengan demikian, dari hasil perhitungan tersebut inflasi, UMR dan pengangguran secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di provinsi Aceh.  Kata Kunci :  Inflasi, Upah Minimum Regional (UMR), Pengangguran, Kemiskinan

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the influence of the level of work stress and physical conditions of work on work performance are mediated by job satisfaction. samples in this study were 176 people civil Bireuen District Secretariat. The analysis tool used is a hierarchical regression techniques. The results showed that the level of work stress and physical conditions of employment on job satisfaction. The level of work stress have a positive effect on work performance of employees, while the physical condition of employment does not affect the work performance of employees. Further more, job satisfaction act as a mediating variable between the correlation job stress and job performance of employees. Keywords : Job Stress levels, Physical Condition Employment, Job Satisfaction, Job Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze marketing strategies in an effort to increase sales volume of home-based businesses located in Matangglumpangdua, Paya Cut, Kec. Peusangan, Bireuen Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approachthe data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis, where this SWOT analysis is an internal and external analysis of a business or business. Internal analysis consists of analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of a business while external analysis consists of analyzing business opportunities and threats. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews with business or business owners. The results of the study show that this home-based business has not implemented an optimal marketing strategy which can be seen from the many deficiencies and threats identified. Thus, the solutions offered to increase the volume of sales of home-based businesses are to provide a special place for business (opening a shop), continuous and more production, registering a business and building partnerships.
