Abstract

Background : Breast cancer is a type of malignant cancer that attacks women. The highest prevalence in Indonesia that attacks adolescence, this shows that knowledge is still low in young women about the importance of preventing breast cancer.Purpose : This study aimed to determine the level of knowledge of young women before and after being given health education about breast cancer.Methods : This type of research is quantitative research with research design using Quasi-Experimental. The instrument used for knowledge is a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used total sampling with a sample size of 84. Processing data used the Wilcoxon statistical test.Result : This study shows that the level of knowledge before health education 47.62% of girls have sufficient level of knowledge and the level of knowledge after health education 72.62% knowledge of adolescent girls in good categories, from the results of Wilcoxon statistical tests of knowledge before and after health education obtained grades p value 0.000 (p <0.05).Conclusion : There is an influence of health education on the level of knowledge about breast cancer. Keywords : Breast cancer, knowledge, health education.

Abstract

Diabetes is something that cannot be explained with clear and concise answers, but in general it can be described as a series of anatomical and chemical problems caused by various factors. Data from the World Health Organization (2015) shows that Indonesia has the seventh highest number of people with diabetes in the world, after China, India and the United States, with a population of 230 million in 2015 which reached 5.8% or around 8.5 million people suffer from diabetes. diabetes. The purpose of this study aims to obtain an overview in treating clients with diabetes mellitus with the problem of ineffectiveness of diet management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The method of writing this case study uses descriptive analysis, is a nursing process method that focuses on one of the most important issues in each case, namely patient care. Diabetes, focuses on the ineffectiveness of the diet for type 2 diabetes. From the results and discussion that the client named Mr. S the reason the client was studied was to determine the client's dietary compliance. When the assessment is carried out, the client suffers from DM who has entered stage V with a developmental stage that has not been passed, namely stages VI to VIII. From the results of nursing care carried out, the problem of adherence to the Diabetes Mellitus diet was partially resolved. Abstract

Semakin maraknya lulusan SMA dan tidak sedikit dari mereka yang melanjutkan kejenjang yang lebih tinggi, namun rasa bingung kerap terjadi saat dihadapkan dengan pemilihan jurusan, bahkan tidak sedikit dari merekan yang merasa salah atas jurursan yang mereka pilih. Hal ini disebabkan karena Mereka kurang mengetahui minat dan bakat yang mereka miliki. Solusi yang di tawarkan oleh peneliti adalah membuat sebuah system yang bisa memberikan rekomendasi jurusan bagi para lulusan SMA dengan melihat kreteria dari kemampuan minat dan bakat dari siswa tersebut. Metode yang di gunakan Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), dimana metode ini akan mencari bobot tertinggi dari kreteria yang di tentukan. Atribut – atribut yang di peroleh yaitu dengan menjumlahkan seluruh hasil perkalian antara normalissi dengan bobot dari tiap – tiap atribute hingga menghasilkan sebuah keputusan yang sesuai dengan data yang di input. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang berupa rekomendasi jurusan yang sesuai dengan kemampuan yang di input oleh siswa.
