Abstract

One of the efforts that must be taken to anticipate the global changes and the demands of the progress of science and technology, and to increase and equalize the quality of the graduates is through curriculum development efforts. In the world of education, the curriculum becomes one of the decisive factors for the success of graduates in entering the workforce. The curriculum is the core / heart of eeducation, the curriculum is the core or the heart of education. It is said that because the curriculum me elaboration of idealism, ideals, community demands, or certain needs. The direction of education, educational alternatives, educational functions and educational outcomes are highly dependent and dependent on the curriculum. Pesantren education which is presented with boarding school system or dormitory is the right step as preventive action for students to influence environment that is not appropriate because of moral of nation which is getting far from humanity and religion teachings, students have experienced mental crisis and morals, they are stuck at drugs, promiscuity, fights between students, brave of parents.

Abstract

Leadership as a process of influencing individuals (personal) or groups to achieve certain goals. Meanwhile, someone who is a role model and must be followed by not deviating from the praises of Allah and the Prophet. This type of qualitative uses a literature study approach, data collecting by searching and collecting data or information related to themes from literature, both in the form of books (books), reports, notes, magazines, newspapers, and others. Meanwhile, the analysis uses historical analysis. The results showed that one of the leadership styles that are recognized as ammunition to achieve better leadership in the future is based on the Qur'anic spiritual leadership. Leadership is a leadership style that puts forward all policies, the performance of an organization rests on values ​​that come from the Qur'an. Starting from the value of honesty, mandate sermon, fatonah, all of these can be applied in any organization to achieve the goals desired and blessed by Allah SWT, S.W.T.

Abstract

Posisi sumber daya manusia tidak bisa digantikan oleh faktor-faktor lain dilihat dari nilai sumbangannya terhadap sekolah. Seorang tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dinyatakan memiliki nilai sumbangan kepada sekolah apabila kehadirannya diperlukan, memiliki nilai tambah terhadap produktivitas sekolah dan kegiatannya berada dalam mata rantai keutuhan sistem sekolah itu.Yakni mulai dari tahapan rekrutmen, seleksi, penempatan, dan pembinaan.Hal ini dilakukan dalam rangka menunjang aktivitas organisasi demi mencapai tujuan yang dicapai.   Kata Kunci: Rekrutmen, seleksi, Islami
