SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Karangdoro kecamatan Tegalsari Banyuwangi merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan peserta didik. Hal ini dilakukan karena lembaga tersebut menerapkan Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK). Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui upaya guru dalam meningkatkan perkembangan siswa SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Karangdoro kecamatan Tegalsari Banyuwangi tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dilihat dari aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpul data: wawancara dengan teknik porposive sampling, observasi, serta di analisis dengan analisis wacana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah berupaya semaksimal mungkin melalui tugas guru dalam pembelajaran, yaitu sebagai pendidik, pengajar dan pembimbing. Sementara itu upaya meningkatkan perkembangan siswa oleh guru diantara: Pertama Pengembangan kognitif siswa, dilakukan melalui penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan melalui materi yang sudah ditentukan dalam kurikulum. Kedua, Pengembangan afektif siswa, dilakukan melalui contoh atau teladan antara lain prilaku, dan perbuatan yang relevan dengan perkembangan siswa. Ketiga Pengembangan psikomotorik siswa, dilakukan melalui motivasi-motivasi, dorongan, stimulasi dan tindakan psikologis secara tegas dan rutin

Tegalharjo village is a village in Glenmore sub-district, Banyuwangi district, which has a very large plantation area with a variety of plants. One of the plants that thrives on plantations and people's homes is the papaya tree. But the use of papaya as a village's potential to improve the economy of citizens is less than optimal. Papaya is generally left to rot in the trees, sometimes sold cheaply with a maximum price of Rp1,500.00 a kilo gram and even ironically it is only used as animal feed. Meanwhile the majority of housewives only depend on the family economy for their husbands' work as farmers, farm laborers, very few who are self-employed and plantation labour majority. Seeing this, there needs to be innovations that can increase the economic value of papaya fruit. One of them by processing papaya fruit into shredded. After being processed into shredded, the selling value automatically increases from a kilo of Rp 1,500.00 to Rp 5,000.00 in 150 grams. Singojuruh Village is one of the villages whose population is relatively dense compared to other villagers in Singojuruh Subdistrict. Most Singojuruh residents prefer to work outside the area as laborers or as farm laborers in their own villages, this is due to the lack of employment opportunities in the village. Whereas the mothers in the village preferred the work of the labors to make montes taken from one of the monte craftsmen. Kluntung crackers themselves are one of the traditional foods from Singojuruh Village, especially Pasinan Hamlet, because these crackers have long existed, inheritance from previous ancestors but unfortunately these crackers are almost extinct because the printing process is so difficult that not many people can print and painstakingly in making these crackers. So by empowering the community with the making of kluntung crackers, it is hoped that it will be able to increase people's income while preserving traditional food from an endangered ancestral heritage. This study was conducted to identify and analyze the external factors that can lead to opportunities and threats, as well as internal factors are the strengths and weaknesses for boarding, so we can know what strategies are suitable to appliedi schools in an effort to increase its presence as an Islamic educational institutions in the environment conditions that have changed into modern one. The focus of research is the development strategy of boarding school in an effort to maintain its existence as educational institutions in the era of globalization. This type of research is qualitative research. Data analysis methods used are: a qualitative analysis, which is a series of activities to analyze the data in the study objects that are not expressed in the figures using SWOT analysis. Research results indicate that the development of appropriate strategies to be implemented in the pesantren of Banyuwangi regency there are :1) development of Islamic educational institutions there are two, namely:consistent and adaptive, 2) renewal of pesantren management by application of professional management, 3) improving resource there are namely: enhancement of human resources and improvement of Natural Resources.

Kurikulum notabene terwujud atas pemikiran idealis, harapan, pemenuhan kebutuhan pengguna jasa dan pengguna lulusan. Tujuan dirumuskannya kurikulum yakni sebagai arah kegiatan pendidikan mulai dari perencanaan sampai pada evaluasi dan penilaian. Oleh sebab itu kurikulum disebut: the heart/core of education, sedangkan pendidik menjadi the prominent role of education, maka kurikulum yang baik disusun dan dikembangkan dan muranya ditentukan pada pelaksana pendidikan yakni pendidik. Maka dalam artikel ini membahas: (1) Landasan atas Pengembangan Kurikulum; (2) Posisi keberadaan Kurikulum serta Model Pengembangannya; (3) Pengembangan dari Rencana Pembelajaran; (4) Integrasi antara ilmu-ilmu agama dengan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi yang tertuang pada Rencana Pengembangan RPS (5) Implementasi Pengembangan Kurikulum di IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi sebagai perguruan tinggi berbasis pesantren. Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian studi kasus yang menggunakan; deep interview, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan datanya, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan inetraktif tiga model Miles and Huberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, pendeskripsian hasil penelitian berupa kesimpulan. IAIDA Blokagung Banyuwangi dalam implementasi model pengembangan kurikulum menggunakan integrasi model kurikulum serta menerapkan integrasi agama dan iptek yang diwujudkan dalam Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS), yaitu menerapkan model informatif, model korektif, model komplementasi dan model verifikasi serta integrasi agama, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi digital dalam rangka mengakomodir kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat era milenial yang tidak bisa lepas dari teknologi digita;, gadget dan media sosial.

Kurikulum sebagai sebuah konsep pendidikan di perguruan tinggi khususnya harus mampu mengakomodir perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan (scientific vision), kebutuhan masyarakat (societal needs) dan tentu saja kebutuhan pengguna lulusan (stakeholder needs). Tanpa meninggalkan ciri khas, masing-masing negara memiliki kurikulum terstuktur dan sistematis yang menjadi panduan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan yang dikembangkannya untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Meskipun secara umum kurikulum pada setiap negara memiliki persamaan akan tetapi secara spesifik masing-masing negara memiliki keunikan yang berbeda antara satu negara dengan negara lainnya. Diantara Empat negara; Indonesia, India, Irak dan Turki, persamaannya adalah sama-sama fokus mengkaji dan mengembangkan teori-teori Islam klasik yang terdapat pada kitab-kitab salaf menggunakan sistem-sistem modern dengan mengadopsi pola pendidikan barat, meskipun dengan tetap mempertahankan ciri khas dari pola pendidikan Islam yang cenderung berorientasi pada pembinaan karakter dan budi pekerti yang mulia. Sedangkan perbedaannya yaitu pada orientasi mutu pembelajaran seperti yang terjadi di Indonesia dan India, perbedaan pada otoritas pelaksanaan kurikulum seperti yang ada di Indonesia dan Irak, dan perbedaan pada otonomi akademik seperti yang terdapat di Indonesia dan Turki.

Education in pesantren, in general, from time to time is almost unchanged. The concept of “al-Muhaafadhatu ala 'al-qadiimi as-shaalih wa al-jahdu bi al-Jadiidi al-ashlah” implies pesantren through consistently maintaining the spirit of pesantren by providing education oriented to "tafaqquh fi ad-diin", however the transformation of the pesantren education system also conducted by leaders of pesantren to maintain the existence of pesantren so that education is more acceptable to the wider community, among the ways taken is equalizing the level of education with government support with the issuance of the Minister of Religion Regulation (PMA) Muadalah (equalization) number 18 of 2014. This is an opportunity for pesantren in the midst of the modernization of the education system in Indonesia, on the other hand pesantren as the oldest educational institution is still recognized as a native Indonesian educational institution. In addition, it is also a challenge for pesantren to prove that only pesantren which until now have been accepted by the wider community as an educational institution that prioritizes moral education in the midst of the failure of the general education system which makes morals only material

Leadership in life is always closely related. This is because no human is able to live individually in this world, meaning they need social relations for their survival, especially humans. It is this social relationship that then makes individuals lead individuals or a group of other individuals. Therefore discussing leadership is indeed needed to make the concept of leadership that is good and feasible to be applied in human life at the level of social relations, moreover in the viewpoint of socio-religious relations, especially religious Islam. Starting from this view, the Qur'ani leadership whose concept is based on the Qur'an (as a guideline for life) is important to study. So this paper describes the definition of leaders and leadership from experts, the task of leaders, characteristics of leaders, skills that must be possessed, and become leaders with the characteristics (criteria) of the Qur'ani leadership. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada strategi marketingdalam mengembangkanpesantren Darussalam Putri Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi, terkait hal tersebut penulis berusaha menjawab 4 pertanyaan pokok, yaitu : (1) Apa saja kontribusi strategi marketing dalam meningkatkan kuantitas santri pesantren Darussalam putri Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi tahun 2015? (2) Bagaimana Follow Up (tindak lanjut) implementasi strategi marketing dalam pengembangan kualitas pesantren Darussalam putri ? (3) Bagaimana peran pimpinan pada implementasi marketing pesantren Darussalam putri? (4) Bagaimana pengembangan strategi yang tepat diterapkan untuk marketing pesantren Darussalam putri tahun 2015?. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis Matrik General Electrik dan analisis SWOT. Dengan informan kunci ketua pondok dan informan pendukung: guru, pengurus, santri, alumni. Untuk mendapatkan informasi peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Dari data yang diperoleh dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) kontirbusi strategi marketing dalam meningkatkan pangsa pasar dan daya saing. (2)Follow Updalampengembangan kualitas adalah dengan mengadakan berbagai kegiatan ekstrakuler, peningkatan Sumber Daya Insani, perbaikan sistem pengajaran dan penambahan fasilitas. (3) Peran pimpinan adalah sebagai perencana, pengoganisasi, supervisor, komunikator dan evaluator.(4) Strategi yang tepat diterapkan bagi markleting pesantren Darussalam putri Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi adalah penggunaan manajemen marketing.
