Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja perusahaan terhadap harga saham. Pasar modal merupakan sarana pembentuk modal dan akumulasi dana yang diarahkan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengarahan dana, guna menunjang pembiayaan pembangunan nasional. Harga saham dapat menunjukkan tingkat kinerja suatu perusahaan, harga saham dapat bergerak naik jika lebih banyak permintaan. Investor menilai kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham adalah kinerja keuangan, mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan dapat menggunakan rasio keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rasio Profitabilitas diantanya earnings per share dan price earning ratio Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017-2019. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu dari data sekunder diperoleh dari laman Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan earnings per share, dan price earnings ratio, mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham.Kata kunci: Harga Saham, Earnings Per Share, Price Earnings Profit The purpose of this study is to find out how to study companies about stock prices. The capital market is a capital-forming facility and funds are allocated to increase public participation in budgeting funds, to support national development financing. Stock prices can change the level of the company, stock prices can move up if there is more demand. Investors assess the company's financial performance. One factor that increases stock prices is financial performance, measuring the financial performance of companies can use financial ratios. This study uses the Profitability ratio which includes earnings per share and the ratio of the company's price revenue listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2019 period. This type of research uses quantitative research. The type and source of data used are from secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The research sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed earnings per share, and price earnings ratio, had an influence on stock prices.Keywords: Stock Price, Earnings per Share, Price Earnings Ratio

Abstract

Human capital, capabilities, innovation, organizational performance. This research aims to determine the influence of human capital on IT capabilities, IT capabilities on innovation, and innovation and capabilities on organizational performance. This research is quantitative and descriptive. The data used is primary data obtained through a survey in the form of a questionnaire against regional government organizations in the Pamekasan Regency. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. This study took a sample of 180 by considering questionnaires that were not returned and were incomplete. The samples analyzed were 165 samples. Data analysis techniques use outer model and inner model testing. Human capital hurts ability, ability has a negative effect on innovation, innovation has a negative effect on organizational performance, and ability has a negative effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

Study This aim to know influence profit accounting , profit cash and current cash to dividend cash on company manufacture sector goods consumption listed on the Indonesia Stock Elhange for the 2019-2021 period. Method used in study This is study quantitative. Technique taking sample used is technique purposive sampling. So that sample obtained as many as 30 companies manufacture sector goods consumption listed on the IDX on 2019-2021 years . Technique data collection used in study This use documentation and studies library . Technique data analysis used in study This is test descriptive statistics, test assumption classic, test multiple linear regression, and test hypothesis. Results from study This show that profit accountancy influential positive And significant to dividend cash . Profit cash No influential positive And significant to dividend cash . And results study current cash operation influential positive And significant to dividend cash . Results study profit accounting, profit cash and current cash operation in a manner simultaneous influential to dividend cash. The implications of this research are expected to provide an overview, input, and become material for consideration or evaluation for companies in the consumer goods sector to maximize the distribution of cash dividends to investors.

Abstract

Used cooking oil is used cooking oil which is often considered waste and thrown away without proper processing. Uncontrolled disposal of used cooking oil can cause various environmental problems, such as soil and water pollution. For the environment, used cooking oil can have a serious impact because it pollutes the stability of soil and water when the waste is not managed carefully. Used cooking oil is included in non-hazardous and toxic waste but must receive proper handling so as not to cause environmental damage. On the other hand, used cooking oil has the potential to be processed into products of economic value, such as soap, candles, or biodiesel. The implementation of this service is carried out by providing outreach to the community regarding the processing of used cooking oil into economic goods that can be reused by the community. Processing used cooking oil into candles and soap could be a solution to improve the community's economy, knowledge, and skills, as well as interest in producing soap and candles from processed used cooking oil which is easy to process and become a benchmark for the success of the training in motivating the Ceguk village community to entrepreneurship.
