Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) proses pembuatan media pembelajaranmenggunakan pinnacele studio 9 (2) pengaruh media pembelajaran media Audio Video terhadaphasil belajar.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Research and Development.Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh, Sampel yang diambil dengan jumlah 40siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen dengan tes objektif pretest dan posttest. Ujianalisis menggunakan statistik parametris dengan uji t-Test.Hasil dari penelitian menggunakanmedia Audio Video dengan siswa yang diajar menggunakan media “konvensional” setelah diberiperlakuan. Melalui uji t-tes dengan taraf kesalahan 5%, hasilnya t hitung lebih besar dari harga ttabel yaitu 2,34 > 1,66.Kata kunci: Pengembangan Media Audio Video, hasil belajar.

Abstract

This article discusses the performance of Suroboyo bus services. Suroboyo is a transportation based on Bus Rapid Transit.This public transportation is a transportation that has been issued by the Surabaya City Government for almost 6 years with various routes in the middle of the city, the formation of the Surabaya Bus is to reduce congestion and make it easier for Surabaya residents to access transportation. Therefore, the study was conducted to determine customer assessment of the quality of Suroboyo Bus service.In this study, independent variables use the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) method which has five important dimensions, namely (1) Tangible, (2) Reliability, (3) Empathy, (4) Assurance, and (5) Responsiveness. This research uses a qualitative method with secondary data sources in the form of statistics, reports, articles, documents and related sources. This research collected data through two stages, namely observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research, the service performance provided has not met the expectations of customers/passengers. However, customers feel that the service provided is quite satisfactory. In addition, there are several facilities that must be prioritized for improvement, namely improving passenger facilities at bus stops, such as providing comfortable seats, adequate lighting and so on, as well as the responsiveness of officers to improve the level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Abstract

Dinamika dan tradisi umat Buddha mencerminkan keragaman budaya, adaptasi lokal, dan perubahan sejarah dalam pengembangan agama Buddha. Pemahaman ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana agama Buddha menjadi bagian integral darikehidupan masyarakat di berbagai wilayah. Umat Buddha berusaha untuk mempertahankan tradisi-tradisi yang ada dalam kitab Sucinya dengan mempelajari ajaran agama, untuk memperoleh pengetahuan yang benar tentang tradisi dalam agamaBuddha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali dinamika dan tradisi yang dijalankan oleh umat Buddha di Dusun Krajan, Desa Kalimanggis, Kecamatan Kaloran, Kabupaten Temanggung. Secara khusus, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana masyarakat Buddha di daerah tersebut mempertahankan dan mengembangkan tradisi keagamaan mereka dalam konteks sosial dan budaya yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Trianggulasi data. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Dinamika dan tradisi umat Buddha di Dusun Krajan, Desa Kalimanggis, Kecamatan Kaloran, Kabupaten Temanggung tidak muncul begitu saja, melainkan sebuah proses panjang. Dinamika ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang berkaitan dengan sejarah masuknya agama Buddha, Kondisi sosial Masyarakat, agama di masyarakat, dan kearifan lokal.

Abstract

Government procurement of goods and services is a crucial instrument in national development that is vulnerable to abuse of authority by public officials. This study aims to analyze Indonesian criminal law regulations regarding abuse of authority in the procurement of goods and services and the role of law enforcement officials in prosecuting and preventing such practices. The method used is normative legal research, examining relevant laws and regulations, particularly Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption and Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration, as well as analyzing court decisions and related legal literature. The results of the study indicate that criminal law regulations regarding abuse of authority have been comprehensively regulated through various regulations that integrate administrative and criminal aspects. Law enforcement officials, such as the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the Prosecutor's Office, and the Police, play a strategic role in repressive, preventive, and educational functions. The study concludes that firm, proportional, and just law enforcement, accompanied by strengthening the internal oversight system and synergy between institutions, are necessary to minimize abuse of authority and realize transparent, accountable, and corruption-free governance.
