Abstract

Retensi Karyawan (Employee Retention) merupakan keharusan bagi sebuah perusahaan dalam mempertahankan karyawan terbaiknya. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan perceived organizational support mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap retensi karyawan. Jumlah sampel sebesar 64 responden yang terdiri dari 4 departemen pada divisi Customer Experience. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan program lisrel 8.72 sebagai tools penelitian. Hasil hipotesis akan digunakan untuk menginvestigasi (1) “Bagaimanakah pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja” (2) “Bagaimanakah pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Kepuasan Kerja”, dan (3) “Bagaimanakah pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Retensi Karyawan”. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap retensi karyawan.

Abstract

This community service program is designed to help MSMEs in Kedung Waringin Village utilize TikTok as a creative marketing medium. A total of 22 business actors participated in the training which included theory and practice, including understanding the TikTok algorithm, creating video content, and using features such as hashtags and TikTok Shop. The results of the training showed a significant increase. Before the training, 60% of participants did not understand digital marketing, but this figure increased to 85% after the training. In addition, 90% of participants felt that the training was relevant to their business needs, and 60% of them recorded an increase in sales of up to 30% after implementing the strategies taught. This activity provides direct benefits by improving participants' skills in digital marketing and building their confidence to use technology independently. This program shows the success of a practice-based approach and can be a model for MSME empowerment that can be applied in other areas

Abstract

Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) has been widely recognized as a major challenge affecting job performance in organizations. This study provides a narrative review of existing literature to analyze the impact of CWB on different dimensions of job performance, including task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. By synthesizing findings from various studies, this review identifies key factors influencing the relationship between CWB and job performance, such as organizational culture, leadership styles, and workplace justice. Additionally, the study highlights gaps in the literature and suggests future research directions to better understand and mitigate the negative effects of CWB.

Abstract

Recruitment and job training are interrelated to create optimal company performance. When employees have the skills and competencies needed by the company, the company will also have optimal performance. This study examines the effect of recruitment and job training on employee performance at PT. Brinks Solutions Indonesia with a quantitative descriptive method. Data were collected through questionnaires from 70 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001, Tcount 3.345, and a coefficient of 0.418. Job training does not have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.454, Tcount 0.753, and a coefficient of 0.119. Simultaneously, recruitment and job training also have a significant effect on employee performance with an Fcount value of 6.528 and a significance of 0.003. Descriptive data is a description of the information used in the study. This study aims to determine how recruitment and job training affect employee performance at PT. Brinks Solutions Indonesia. In this study, the recruitment variables (X1) and job training (X2) act as independent variables, while the employee performance variable (Y) functions as the dependent variable.
