Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya kepemimpinan dengan gaya yang demokratis, kemudian motivasi intrinsik dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja suatu karyawan pada KSPPS BMT Al-Fath Kota Tangerang Selatan. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan model non-probbability sampling. sedangkan untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan metode asosiatif kuantitatif melalui pendekataan verifikatif. dalam tahapan pengujian yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reabilitas, menguji asumsi klasik, analisa linier berganda, analisia koefesien korelasi, analisa koefesien determinasi, menguji hipotesis, menggunakan pengujian terhadap atau uji t yaitu pengujian parsial kemudian uji F yaitu pengujian secara bersama (simultan). Dari analisa penelitian tersebut menunjukan seluruh hipotesis diterima, dimana kepemimpinan dengan gaya demokratis, motivasi intrinsik dan kompensasi terhadap varibel kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Di masa modern ini sistem pendidikan sangat beragam, mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Pesantren Darunnajah cipining hadir dengan program yang baru yaitu program darsul idhofi, yang mana ini merupakan revitalisasi kurikulum kuliyatul mu’allimin al-islamiyah (TMI) yang di jalankan oleh divisi pengajaran. Darsul idhofi adalah program unggulan yang ada di kurikulum TMI guna untuk peningkatan bahasa resmi pondok yaitu arab dan inggris dengan metode kegiatan belajar dan mengajar (KBM) di kelas oleh kelas senior yaitu kelas 5 TMI, yang mana metode ini adalah visi dari kurikulum TMI sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan gambaran yang nyata dan tepat mengenai objek studi, berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan di lapangan. Metode yang dipilih adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam konteks penelitian kualitatif, validitas data atau temuan dicapai ketika deskripsi peneliti sepenuhnya mencerminkan realitas yang diamati pada objek penelitian, tanpa ada perbedaan antara laporan dan kenyataan di lapangan. Pada Implementasi Program Darsul Idhofi Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Bahasa Santri Kelas 5 TMI di Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor menggunakan sistem POACE. Planning: Dengan adanya perencanaan dapat membuat kegiatan lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan kata lain, perencanaan adalah dasar pokok acuan, gambaran dan patokan pelaksanaan kegiatan agar dapat berjalan dengan baik, Organizing: Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining. Semua yang dipilih memalui proses, dilihat dari riwayat Ketika menjadi santri dan mempunyai ambisi tinggi, Actuating: proses pelaksanaan divisi pengajaran membuat kegiatan seperti, membuat persiapan mengajar (ta’hil), pemeriksaan persiapan ajar (taftisy i’dad tadris), KBM di kelas, dan perbaikan bahasa (tahsinul lughoh) yang semuanya berbasis bahasa arab dan inggris, Controlling: Pada aspek ini pengajaran melibatkan direktur TMI, kepala sekolah, dan guru-guru yang berkompeten di bidangnya, Evaluating: hasil dari program akan terlihat pada evaluasi mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan yang semuanya di nilai dari laporan petugas kontroling dan hasil ujian mid dan semester 1 dan 2.

Abstract

Human resources influence the performance of a company. Therefore, so that employees understand their duties and can carry out their responsibilities well within the company, there is also a need for democratic leadership and a comfortable working environment. The method used by the author in this research is a quantitative method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. The data used in this research was collected by distributing questionnaires to 60 BPS employee respondents. Data processing techniques use validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test using normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and f test, and coefficient of determination analysis using partial and simultaneous. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, the F test is (78,670) > F table (3.16), proving that the Democratic Leadership Style and Work Environment variables together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.851 + 0.296X1 + 0.657X2 and a coefficient of determination value of 0.734, it can be concluded that Democratic Leadership Style (X1) and Work Environment (X2) together have an influence contribution of 73.4% on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important assets in a company. Therefore, so that employees obey and feel comfortable at work, companies need to do something to improve employee performance at work, namely by providing support in the form of work discipline and work environment. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 65 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, the F test is (57,140) > F table (3.15), proving that the Work Discipline and Work Environment variables together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.639 + 0.173 X1 + 0.759.X2 and the coefficient of determination value is 0.648, it can be concluded that Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) together have an influence contribution of 65% on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This community service program is designed to help MSMEs in Kedung Waringin Village utilize TikTok as a creative marketing medium. A total of 22 business actors participated in the training which included theory and practice, including understanding the TikTok algorithm, creating video content, and using features such as hashtags and TikTok Shop. The results of the training showed a significant increase. Before the training, 60% of participants did not understand digital marketing, but this figure increased to 85% after the training. In addition, 90% of participants felt that the training was relevant to their business needs, and 60% of them recorded an increase in sales of up to 30% after implementing the strategies taught. This activity provides direct benefits by improving participants' skills in digital marketing and building their confidence to use technology independently. This program shows the success of a practice-based approach and can be a model for MSME empowerment that can be applied in other areas

Abstract

Dinas Sosial Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Selama ini, penilaian kinerja yang hanya dilakukan oleh atasan kerap dianggap kurang objektif, sehingga berisiko menimbulkan rasa ketidakpuasan dan menurunnya motivasi kerja. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan sistem penilaian yang lebih menyeluruh dan adil. Metode 360 Degree Feedback dipilih karena melibatkan berbagai pihak sebagai penilai, termasuk atasan langsung, rekan sejawat, serta penilaian diri, sehingga dapat memberikan potret kinerja yang lebih menyeluruh. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif non-statistik dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan telaah pustaka. Responden yang dilibatkan adalah enam karyawan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria purposive sampling. Penilaian kinerja difokuskan pada tiga indikator utama, yaitu tingkat kedisiplinan, kompetensi teknis, dan aspek kepribadian, masing-masing dengan subkriteria serta bobot penilaian yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa seluruh responden memperoleh kategori kinerja “Baik”. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pegawai telah memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan, namun tetap direkomendasikan untuk mengikuti pelatihan lanjutan serta mendapatkan apresiasi berupa bonus guna meningkatkan motivasi dan kualitas kerja di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) has been widely recognized as a major challenge affecting job performance in organizations. This study provides a narrative review of existing literature to analyze the impact of CWB on different dimensions of job performance, including task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. By synthesizing findings from various studies, this review identifies key factors influencing the relationship between CWB and job performance, such as organizational culture, leadership styles, and workplace justice. Additionally, the study highlights gaps in the literature and suggests future research directions to better understand and mitigate the negative effects of CWB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price, and transaction ease on customer decisions in using the gold pawn product at the Pegadaian Sumbawa Branch. The background of this research is based on the growing public demand for fast and secure short-term financial solutions, with gold pawning emerging as one of the most popular alternatives. In this context, Pegadaian's success in attracting and retaining customers is largely determined by three main factors: service quality which includes reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible evidence; competitive and transparent pricing; and transaction ease, which reflects accessibility and process efficiency. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that these three variables play a significant role in shaping customer perceptions and loyalty toward the gold pawn product. Responsive and empathetic service quality is the primary factor in building trust, while competitive pricing and ease of transactions provide comfort and efficiency for customers. In conclusion, the synergy between excellent service, appropriate pricing, and transaction convenience is key to enhancing customer appeal and satisfaction with the gold pawn product at the Pegadaian Sumbawa Branch. The implications of these findings can serve as a strategic reference for developing pawn services based on the needs and expectations of the local community.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has spurred the emergence of new economic models, including the gig economy and the creative industry, both of which rely on flexibility and innovation. However, both sectors face significant challenges, such as income uncertainty for gig workers and limited access to financing for creative industry players. This study aims to analyze the role of digital accounting in supporting the sustainability of the gig economy and the creative industry. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach, based on primary and secondary literature published between 2021 and 2025. The results of the study indicate that digital accounting plays a crucial role in enhancing the financial legitimacy of gig workers through real-time transaction recording, tax calculation, and increased access to formal financial services. In the creative industry, digital accounting strengthens the credibility of financial reports, opens access to financing, and supports data-driven business strategies. In conclusion, digital accounting functions not only as a recording tool but also as a strategic instrument that strengthens an inclusive, sustainable, and globally competitive digital economic ecosystem.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the psychological factors that influence people's interest in using sharia financial services. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique with the community population in Alas and Buer Districts calculated using the convenience formula. This research uses a quantitative research method with primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis techniques. So the results obtained in the research show that sharia economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on people's interest in sharia financial services with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005 with the regression equation, namely Y = 1.118 + 0.227 X.
