Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan saat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para pelaku usaha UMKM  tentang pentingnya booth stand sebagai sarana untuk menjajakan produk dan promosi serta pemasaran secara online melalui fitur Marketplace media sosial Facebook, dan dilaksanakan di Negeri Nusaniwe Kota Ambon. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian saat ini adalah Sosialisasi disertai dengan diskusi/Tanya jawab, Praktek serta simulasi dan Evaluasi melalui tes tertulis tentang topik yang dibahas. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian saat ini adalah semakin meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman para pelaku usaha UMKM  tentang manfaat dari booth stand sebagai sarana pemasaran produk dan pemasaran secara online melalui media sosial yang efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan smartphone.

Abstract

Employee productivity of PT. NengmeyPratama Malut Maluku (NMM) Ternate Branch in carrying out work is decreasing (low), this is due to the lack of employee knowledge about occupational safety and health and inadequate facilities in the work environment. The purpose of this paper is to examine the work productivity of employees and at the same time provide solutions for improvement. The method used is quantitative analysis in the form of theoretical studies and expert opinions about maximum employee productivity. The results showed that the work productivity of employees of PT. NengmeyPratama Malut Maluku (NMM) Ternate Branch is not optimal. To increase the work productivity of employees of PT. NengmeyPratama Malut Maluku (NMM) Ternate Branch can be done by conducting socialization to employees about occupational safety and health, and paying attention to facilities in the work environment in the form of K3 equipment in carrying out employee work so that an increase in employee productivity is expected. Abstract

The success of the tourism industry is inseparable from the role of tourist sites that can attract the attention of tourists. The current research aims to examine the effect of the role of location dimensions namely access, traffic, visibility, and facilities on the decision to visit tourists to Paragliding attractions. The number of samples involved in the current research is 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique, and to test and analyze data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the role of the dimensions of access, traffic, visibility, and facilities had a positive and significant impact on the decision to visit tourists to tourist objects.
