Proses Produksi Jamu Tradisional melalui beberapa tahapan. D), Event E = 1 hari (penyelesaian akhir setelah event A s/d. D).

Abstract

Many Batik SMEs that have developed in the city of Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, are indicated as a cause of environmental pollution caused by the use of chemicals in the batik production process. The majority of the batik production process uses chemical dyes which are categorized as not sustainable but affordable (economically feasible). To increase the eco-efficiency level can be done by increasing the selling price, reducing production costs or creating clean production that can be done using alternative dyes (natural dyes) and applying the end of life strategy through: 1) Application of appropriate technology for dyeing batik cloth in the coloring process. 2) Conversion of fuel using a 3 kg LPG tube. 3) Making simple kowen. 4) Application of wastewater treatment plants (IPAL) with electrocoagulant technology. The most suitable technology alternative to be applied to UKM of Jetis Batik in Sidoarjo Regency, Sidoarjo is the application of appropriate technology to dye batik cloth in the coloring process. With the application of appropriate technology, dyeing batik cloth in the coloring process will be able to increase eco-efficiency in the production process of UKM Batik Tulis, Jetis Sidoarjo Village.

Abstract

The Covid19 pandemic has caused complicated problems for many entrepreneurs, including partners who are micro-entrepreneurs. The Semanggi Stick micro business, which is run by a group of women in Lakarsantri Village, Surabaya City, has been severely affected by the Covid19 pandemic. Even in the first few months of the pandemic outbreak, their businesses did not operate. The clover sticks they produce are not the main choice that must be purchased for communities around the partner’s location. This is possible because so far partners have only marketed their products around their area, partners have not taken advantage of the availability of digital technology in marketing. In addition, partners have been carrying out the production process using conventional and simple equipment. This was considered ineffective and resulted in some partner members choosing other activities that were more productive. With the right technology application model, both in the production and marketing processes, partners will experience an increase in sales. Before the pandemic, the sales generated by partners was at 500 thousand to 1 million per month, after using this technology application model partners can get a sales of more than 2 million Rupiah in one month.
