Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategies used in increasing restaurant guest visits in Barru Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the 4P marketing mix strategy (Price, Promotion, Place and position) was applied to the Barru district restaurant to increase guest visits, this proved effective in attracting guests to visit the restaurant. product, price, place, promotion, have shown conformity with the segmentation, targeting and positioning expected by the restaurant. For example, the products offered are varied and use quality raw materials in accordance with the positioning that the company wants to achieve as the only restaurant that uses healthy raw chicken and seafood. Apart from that the price, physical evidence and promotion are also in accordance with the targeting of young people and families, because the prices offered are still quite affordable, the place is also unique and is promoted through online media.

Abstract

This study aims to see where the relevance of the spatial management study program curriculum to restaurants in South Sulawesi specifically chooses 3 regencies/cities that have a 3A visit level and tourism concept. By using quantitative descriptive. Based on research results found in the existing curriculum relevant to restaurants this can be used from the absorption of alumni who work in the hotel and restaurant sector as much as 98.94%. Besides that the waiting time for alumni to get an average job is 3-6 months.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada kemampuan literasi media mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran ilmu hadis khususnya di prodi Ilmu Perpustakaan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Menurut peneliti, hal ini penting untuk diteliti untuk mengetahui berapa tinggi kemampuan literasi informasi mahasiswa Ilmu Perpustakaan UIN Alauddin Makassar dalam upaya meningkatkan wawasan mereka terhadap ilmu hadis dan seberapa siap mereka dalam mengaplikasikan ilmu yang mereka peroleh di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner/angket dengan bantuan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran ilmu hadis jika dirata-ratakan berada pada kisaran angka 65,25% yang berarti ada pada kategori tinggi. Angka tersebut masih belum sampai pada level sangat tinggi. Olehnya itu dibutuhkan motivasi, dan metode mengajar yang lebih efektif dan menyenangkan bagi mahasiswa agar minat mereka bisa bertambah. Sedangkan untuk tingkat kemampuan literasi media, secara rata-rata berada pada kisaran angka 78,76 % yang berarti ada pada kategori tinggi. Secara rata-rata, mereka telah mampu memanfaatkan media informasi sebagai suatu sumber belajar secara mandiri. Mereka telah menerapkan bagian dari model literasi informasi yakni identifikasi kebutuhan sebelum melakukan penelusuran. Mengenai literatur yang menjadi pilihan mereka dalam akses informasi cenderung lebih menyukai akses informasi yang instan yakni dari internet sedangkan minat terhadap buku cetak sangat rendah. Olehnya itu, dibutuhkan pemahaman yang baik bagi mereka dan edukasi tentang cara menelusuri infomasi yang valid melalui berbagai media informasi yang relevan.

Abstract

Implementation of Tourism Package Arrangement with “Story Telling” Interpretation Capability at Likupang Super Priority Destinations, North Minahasa. This activity aims to improve the skills of tour guide business actors in the super-priority destinations of Likupang, North Minahasa. The problems in Likupang include the lack of excellent service for tour guides. This has an impact on the interest of tourists visiting. The Bimtek process consists of 2 (two) stages, the knowledge transfer stage through theoretical classes and the demonstration stage through practice at tourist objects. Bimtek materials include Excellent Service, Tour Packages and "Story Telling". The achievement of this material is the participants' understanding of the preparation of tour packages with the ability to interpret with the Story Telling technique. In general, the material's content benefits Bimtek participants, 96% of respondents find it very useful, and 4% find it useful. It is hoped that future Bimtek activities will involve interventions on institutional aspects and foreign language skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of feasibility of restaurant businesses in Enrekang Regency based on restaurant standards that have been established based on Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulations. This research is an evaluation research on meeting the standards of home eating business seen from product standards, service, and management. The study was conducted in 8 (eight) restaurants in Enrekang Regency. Data was collected through assessment instruments about the standard business of restaurants. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that restaurants in Enrekang District were sufficient to meet product, service and management standards as intended in the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No. 12 of 2014

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan komponen vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh kesiapan berwirausaha, motivasi, dan minat terhadap daya tarik wisata di Kabupaten Barru, Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran yang mencakup observasi langsung, kuesioner, dan wawancara mendalam, data dikumpulkan dari 36 karyawan UMKM dan 68 wisatawan. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan berwirausaha memberikan dampak paling signifikan terhadap daya tarik wisata, diikuti oleh motivasi, sementara minat saja kurang berpengaruh. Model regresi menjelaskan 75% variasi dalam daya tarik wisata dan signifikan secara statistik. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kesiapan berwirausaha melalui pelatihan praktis, peningkatan motivasi dengan insentif, dan perbaikan infrastruktur pariwisata merupakan kunci untuk memajukan pariwisata di Barru. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor tambahan yang mempengaruhi daya tarik wisata dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan.
