Abstract

Teaching material is learning medium which is used for making the teaching and learning process easier. The purpose of this research is developing teaching material with Modul as a product in teaching English based on the quality, criteria and standard. The process for developing material is tested to the students guided by the teacher. The result from the test shows the score or value which is made by the students. That data is analyzed by the reviewer in details. The result from reviewer shows that it involves good category with the average score 3, 89. The highest criterion is in writing technique category in designing teaching material. The result from the test is on four numbers, such as : in good design, interesting writing and color, good images and interesting writing and also making the students are easier to understand English materials with the average score 116,7 Keywords: Pengembangan Materi, Bahasa Inggris, Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Teaching English for young learners needs some good methods because English here is as a second or foreign language. Young learners do not practice to make communication using English with their families or people around them. So, it will be difficult to teach them if the teacher only use a common way. As an English teacher, choosing good method to make their students learning English Easily is a must. And Total Physical Response is one of an alternative good method for teaching English for young Learners. It can help young learners to memorize some commands or some vocabularies easily through use their physical movement. The students will not only learnable but also interesting and enjoyable. Total Physical Response is very good method for Kinesthetic learner who need to be active in the classroom. This method tries to introduce the language skill in an action and the English teacher has three responsibilities: as an instructor, as a role model, and an action supervisor until they are ready to imitate what the teacher said and did. This method is good for improving students listening and speaking skills.

Abstract

Seluruh madrasah di Indonesia melakukan aktivitas pembelajaran secara online, tidak terkecuali di MI Mathalibul Huda Mlonggo. Selama ini pembelajaran hanya dilakukan dengan mentransfer teks, gambar, video. Sehingga kurang interaktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Augmented Reality merupakan teknologi penggabungan antara dunia virtual dengan dunia nyata. Ini menjadikan pengalaman baru yang interaktif dan dapat dimanfaatkan pada pembelajaran. AR dapat digunakan untuk memodelkan proses siklus air secara 3D. User hanya butuh menginstal aplikasi pada smartphone dan scanning QR Code yang telah ditentukan. Setelah terdeteksi QR Code yang digunakan akan menampilkan objek 3D dan informasi yang dicantumkan.Hasil dari penelitian AR ini dapat menampilkan siklus daur hidup air secara 3D dan realtime. Kata Kunci: Augmented Reality, Unity, Marker Based, Media Pembelajaran
