Abstract

With so many variations in the number of smartphones in the market makes it difficult to choose. Therefore, it is necessary to make a recommendation system that can help the process of selecting a smartphone. For the system of recommendation used the method weihgted product. Weighted product method is a method frequently used in the Multi- Criteria Decision Making. Weighted product method capable of finding the best sequence of several alternatives, with criteria price, size, type of OS, RAM size, processor speed, storage capacity, the ability of photography, and the battery capacity. To test user satisfaction is conducted survey of 30 respondents, with Likert scale and Cronbach Alpha. The figures obtained was 0.70, indicating that the system got quite good feedback from respondents. Keywords - recomended system, smartphones, weighted product.

Abstract

Pertambahan jumlah penduduk yang relatif cukup cepat, diiringi pertambahan usia harapan hidup manusia, menambah jumlah penduduk di dunia, sehingga bertambah komplek pula permasalahan yang ditimbulkan, seperti sandang, pangan, papan, kesehatan dan lain sebagainya. Dalam masalah kesehatan semakin banyak jumlah penderita suatu penyakit dan bertambah pula jenis penyakit. Sedangkan jumlah ahli kesehatan seperti dokter terbatas jumlahnya. Oleh karena itu perlu dibangun suatu sistem yang dapat membantu ahli kesehatan, penderita atau siapapun yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan untuk meringankan pekerjaannya. Sistem ini merupakan prototipe dan dibuat sesederhana mungkin, sehingga para pemakai dapat dengan mudah menggunakannya dan merancang ulang sistem pakar ini untuk jenis penyakit lainnya. Sistem dibuat terbatas pada diagnosa suatu penyakit berdasarkan ciri-ciri penyakit. Karena masih banyak orang yang tidak mengetahui gejala–gejala suatu penyakit. Dengan menggunakan sistem pakar ini, penyakit dapat dikenali dengan melihat gejala-gejala yang dapat menjelaskan dan menggambarkan apakah seseorang diduga terkena suatu penyakit atau tidak. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini, orang awam mampu mendeteksi adanya penyakit pada dirinya atau orang lain berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang dirasakan dengan menjawab pertanyaan seperti halnya berkonsultasi ke dokter. Dengan demikian, orang awam dapat mendeteksi penyakit beserta solusi pengobatannya sejak dini sehingga bisa dilakukan penanganan segera, bahkan dapat dilakukan upaya pencegahan terhadap penyakit tertentu. Untuk mempermudah perancangan sistem pakar ini, diambil kasus untuk perancangan sistem pakar untuk Penyakit TBC. Sistem masih terbatas pada diagnosa penyakit, apakah seseorang diduga terkena penyakit TBC atau tidak, cara pencegahan dan pengobatannya. Kata kunci - gejala penyakit, pakar, TBC

Abstract

In this paper discussed a case study of the development of a website review . The discussion of this case study is limited to the implementation and use of the five steps in the development FDD review website . Moreover it is not a discussion of such budget , personal develomnent , the success rate of software , and others . That reviews are steps in the development of the system , ie develop an overall model of phase , build a feature list , plan by features , design by features , build by feature . Conclusions that can be drawn from this discussion is the Feature Driven Development successfully used for software development carried out by the team , which will produce a good system . FDD will also make the user comfortable , where there is an attractive feature to assist companies in doing business . FDD does not focus on how to design a system that is considered costly and time. However , FDD prioritize how to execute a project with a faster and more efficient despite the implementation of the use of this method requires a lot of qualified human resources. Abstract

On education system in University, the given subject is not only theoretics subject, but practicum also. In teaching practical subjects, the lecturer often experiences a difficulty to answer and handle every question that the students have in laboratory. Therefore, the assistant laboratory is needed here. One of the division in Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, ICT LAB still arranges the assignment of the assistant laboratory manually. It is difficult and takes some times. This thing becomes the reason for the development of an application ICT LAB that can do the assignment process automatically. This research is using Genetic algorithm that can calculate fitness value which show the matching level of the assignment that has been created. Based on the testing, using one point crossover, mutation on bit level, and rank selection, the average fitness value is 68.571% from all of the laboratory assistant vacancy. Based on the data used, there are 22 assignment slots on certain subjects that don’t have any applicant. So if that 22 slots are not used in the fitness calculation, there are only 118 assignment slot and the fitness value becomes 80,5%. This fitness value has problem with the quantity of student that didn’t fit to all of the assignment slot. Abstract

Stress will definitely be experienced by every human being and the level of stress experienced by each individual is different. Stress experienced by students certainly will disturb their study if it is not handled quickly and appropriately. Therefore we have created an expert system using a neural network backpropagation algorithm to help counselors to predict the stress level of students. The network structure of the experiment consists of 26 input nodes, 5 hidden nodes, and 2 the output nodes, learning rate of 0.1, momentum of 0.1, and epoch of 5000, with a 100% accuracy rate. Abstract

Identifikasi of road damage and how to handle early is important so that the use of the road remains optimally. The delay in the repair process will exacerbate the damage to the road itself, and will certainly increase the cost of repairs. PCA algorithm was chosen because it is a technique that is commonly used to draw the features of the data on a high-dimensional scale. While the input of the system that is built in the form of a digital image of the damaged roads, has a relatively large dimensions to be used directly by the algorithm of pattern recognition, such as neural networks. Research results obtained this type of cracking cracked 67% and cracking the other 33%. This can be caused by a few things, namely the shooting process is not perfect, as the distance is too far, the less light, the edge detection process less well due to the method used is not appropriate. Abstract

Dalam suatu citra, banyak informasi yang bisa didapat, dan informasi tersebut dapat digunakan untuk menyederhanakan analisis citra, misalkan identifikasi objek dan ekstraksi warna. Citra memiliki citra warna, salah satunya adalah citra warna model RGB. Selain itu sebuah citra juga memiliki citra skala keabuan (grayscale) memiliki unsur-unsur yang terdiri dari entropy, kontras, energi, homogenitas, skala keabuan dan standar deviasi. Unsur-unsur citra RGB dan skala keabuan tersebut dapat dijadikan masukan ke sistem jaringan syaraf tiruan, sehingga sistem jaringan syaraf tiruan (JST) dapat mengenali atau membedakan suatu objek berbentuk citra berdasarkan warnanya. Sebagai alat bantu dalam mengolah citra dan membuat sistem jaringan syaraf tiruan, digunakan software MATLAB versi 7.5.0.342, karena terdapat toolbox untuk mengolah JST yang sangat membantu dan mempermudah dalam pembuatan sistem ini.
