Faktor pencahayaan yang kurang saat suatu citra diakuisisi membuat citra menjadi gelap. Untuk memperbaiki tingkat kecerahan kontras citra, beberapa metode telah dilakukan seperti Fast Hue and Range Preserving Histogram Equalization Specification yang meliputi Algoritma Naik and Murthy, algoritma Optimal Range-Preserving Enhancement, algoritma Multiplicative Color Enhancement dan algoritma Additive Color Enhancement. Pada tahap awal dilakukan proses perataan histogram (Histogram Equalization (HE)). Namun dari beberapa referensi belum dapat ditentukan algoritma yang lebih baik dalam proses peningkatan kontras tersebut. Skenario pengujian dilakukan dengan menurunkan nilai lightness dari suatu citra, memproses citra gelap dengan algoritma yang dibahas, dan mengukur perbedaan citra hasil algoritma dengan citra asli menggunakan Structural Similarity Index (SSIM). ??? Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ??? nilai SSIM tertinggi didapatkan dengan menggunakan algoritma Optimal Range-Preserving Enhancement dan algoritma Multiplicative Color Enhancement. Pada algoritma Optimal Range-Preserving Algorithm, nilai SSIM tertinggi diperoleh dengan menggunakan nilai Lamda (???») di atas 0.6.

The information system application program used by Budi Agung High School to process student academic data to store all school academic data so the data will be stored neatly in the database so it will be easy to access easily, quickly, precisely, and accurately. This website also has a decision support system that can helping schools in prospective scholarship program with the Simple Additive Weighting selection method. This website is well designed using PHP programming language and uses MySQL and phpMyAdmin as database. The testing using whitebox method. The method used in developing software is the Rapid Application Development method. The results obtained are SMA Budi Agung uses a website-based application program to obtain information about student data, teacher data, class data, announcement data, grade data, attendance data, and schedule data in the form of reports. Admin also has full access rights to add, update, and delete existing data in the database.

Website “Sistem Informasi Penjualan Pakaian Berbasis Web Pada Target Factory Outlet” aimed at helping Target Factory Outlet to expand market share and increase the credibility of Target Factory Outlet itself. The results obtained are websites with the domain name ‘targetfo.store’ which have been hosted can be accessed by website visitors. The making of the website uses System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which is carried out in several phases namely analysis, design, implementation, installation, testing, and maintenance. This website uses several design tools, namely Flowchart, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, Context Diagram and Relationship Between Tables. Testing this website uses Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Test(UAT) method. This website is created using HTML and PHP programming languages and uses MySQL as a Database Management Software (DBMS). The website ‘targetfo.store’ has the advantage of having goods import reports, sales reports and financial reports that can be seen by Target Factory Outlet owner.

Library catalog is a documentation or list of all library collections. Unfortunately, there is a problem identified in the process of searching a book inside library catalog in Universitas Multimedia Nusantara’s library information system regarding the relevant result based on user query input. This research aims to design and build a library catalog application on Android platform in order to increase the relvancy of searching result in a database using calculated Rocchio Relevance Feedback method along with user experience measurement. User experience analysis result presented a good respond with 91.18% score based by all factor and relevance value present 71.43% precision, 100% recall, and 83.33% F-Measure. Differences of relevant results between the Senayan Library Information system (SLiMS) and the new Android application ranged at 36.11%. Therefore, this Android application proved to give relevant result based on relevance rank. Index Terms—Rocchio, Relevance, Feedback, Pencarian, Buku, Aplikasi, Android, Perpustakaan.

In this paper discussed a case study of the development of a website review . The discussion of this case study is limited to the implementation and use of the five steps in the development FDD review website . Moreover it is not a discussion of such budget , personal develomnent , the success rate of software , and others . That reviews are steps in the development of the system , ie develop an overall model of phase , build a feature list , plan by features , design by features , build by feature . Conclusions that can be drawn from this discussion is the Feature Driven Development successfully used for software development carried out by the team , which will produce a good system . FDD will also make the user comfortable , where there is an attractive feature to assist companies in doing business . FDD does not focus on how to design a system that is considered costly and time. However , FDD prioritize how to execute a project with a faster and more efficient despite the implementation of the use of this method requires a lot of qualified human resources. A catalog is a register of all bibliographic items found in a library. A bibliographic item can be any information entity. The library catalog has evolved from manual, website based catalog to mobile catalog. Earnings management is an important thing to that affects financial report as a base of decision making. This research aims to analyze the effect of audit quality, leverage, and managerial ownership on earnings management and how it affected the quality of financial report.This research use 267 data samples from manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2015 – 2017. The methods of analysis use for the study are descriptive statistic method and multiple linear regression analysis method. The result of this research shows that audit quality has positive effect on earnings management, leverage has no effect on earning management, and managerial ownership has no effect onearnings management.

Kerjasama sister city merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan berdasarkan perjanjian kerjasama antara pemerintah kota di Indonesia dengan pemerintah kota di luar negeri untuksaling meningkatkan hubungan persahabatan dan pengertian antar kedua negara. PemerintahKotamadia Semarang pada 11 Januari 1993 menandatangani Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) Sister City yang pertama kali dengan Lord Mayor Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.Sayangnya, MoU kerjasama ini terhenti pada tahun 2005, dan meskipun MoU masih berjalanimplementasi aktivitas program tersebut terhenti pada tahun 1997. Hasil-hasil penelitian yangterdahulu menunjukkan beberapa faktor sebagai faktor penunjang keberhasilan kerjasama sistercity. Faktor penunjang tersebut salah satunya adalah faktor sumber daya manusia. Adapuntujuan didalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek dari faktor sumber dayamanusia yang dapat menumjang keberhasilan kegiatan sister city Semarang-Brisbane. Pengumpulan data primer pada penelitian ini berupa daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner) daninterview kepada delapan responden dari berbagai latar belakang. Analisis pada penelitian i nidilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan pendapat respondententang faktor sumber daya manusia yang menunjang keberhasilan sister city SemarangBrisbane.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kompetensi SDM yang penting adalah yangmemiliki pemahaman terhadap budaya dan bahasa negara mitra. Sedangkan menurutkepentingannya kompetensi SDM adalah menguasai bahasa Inggris atau bahasa lain yangrelevan, memahami negara mitra, ahli dibidang perjanjian internasional dan menguasai politikluar negeri.Kata Kunci: Kerjasama sister city, MoU, SDM, funding, infrastruktur, kelembagaan,masyarakat umum, mitra sister city

The purpose of this study was to determine, analyze, and examine the effect of work commitment, work discipline, and competence to teachers performance in Sekolah Guang Ming Medan. The research approach used is quantitative with the type of survey research. The total population in this study is 53 people and a sample of 53 people with census sampling techniques in which all members of the population were research samples. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, heterokedastisities test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hypothesis test or t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and calculation coefficient of determination. The results of descriptive analysis for work commitment variables and work discipline variables are in the very good category, while the competence and teacher performance variables are in the good category, at Sekolah Guang Ming Medan. Based on partial analysis, work commitment, work discipline, and competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Sekolah Guang Ming Medan. Simultaneously, work commitment, work discipline, and competence have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance at Sekolah Guang Ming Medan. The contribution of the work commitment, work discipline, and competence variables to improve teacher performance variables is 0.812 or 81.2%, while the remaining 0.188 or 18.8% is influenced by other variables not examined by the authors in this study, such as leadership, work motivation, organization culture and so on.

This community service aims to accompany the halal certification process for Mr. Ngadinu's tempeh MSMEs on Jalan Mustokoweni, Plombokan Village, North Semarang District. This assistance is carried out because these MSMEs do not yet have a halal certificate, so they have not been able to increase production quantity and competitiveness in the market. Halal certification is an important factor for business actors in the food and beverage sector to guarantee halal products and increase consumer confidence. Tempe products that are not yet halal certified can raise doubts among the public, so obtaining halal certification is a strategic step to strengthen the product's image. The main objective of this program is to increase MSME players' understanding of the importance of halal certification and the process of obtaining it, assist in processing halal certification, ensure that tempe products meet halal standards and are of good quality, and expand market share through the attraction of halal certification. The method applied in this program is halal certification assistance, which includes three main stages: (1) preparation stage, which includes pre-survey, observation, discussion and documentation; (2) implementation stage, in the form of direct assistance in the halal certification process; and (3) the stage of reporting activity results. Through this program, it is hoped that tempe MSMEs can understand the importance of halal certification, know the procedures for obtaining it, and be able to increase the competitiveness of their products in the market.
