The method used in this study is quantitative by spreading the questionnaires to 211 respondents of mobile payment application users both online and offline in Surabaya. The selection of this research sample used a judgment sampling technique with criteria determined by the researcher. The data was analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), SmartPLS tools. The questionnaire collected was 192 questionnaires. The results show that perceived security and perceived enjoyment have a significant directly influence on intention to use and indirectly through mediating attitudes to use mobile payment. In addition, it was found that perceived enjoyment variable moderated the relationship between perceived security and attitudes to use but did not moderate the relationship between perceived security and intention to use.

Abstract

The study investigated the impact of information sharing on supply chain performance through supplier quality management, supply chain agility, and supply chain innovation. The data collection used a questionnaire designed with a 7-point Likert scale in GoogleForm and printed format and distributed through social media, email, WhatsApp, and mail posts. Of the 266 population, as many as 112 responses were received and were considered valid for further processing. The data analysis used the partial least square technique (PLS) utilizing SmartPLS. The analysis showed that information sharing directly affects supplier quality management, supply chain agility, and supply chain innovation. Furthermore, supply chain agility, supplier quality management, and supply chain innovation directly affect operational performance. The exciting result of this study is the indirect effect of information sharing on operational performance through the mediating role of supply chain agility, supplier quality management, and supply chain innovation. This result offers solutions to practitioners to pursue information sharing, supplier quality management, supply chain agility, and supply chain innovation in improving operational performance. The main theoretical contribution of this research is the mediating role of supply chain agility, supply chain innovation, and supplier quality management toward the relationship between information sharing and operational performance.

The construction industry supply chain emphasizes the importance of the client and contractor relationship. This research examines the process of evaluating the Contractor's capability in selecting a contractor. This study also reviews how the project owner solves the problem during work. This research uses a qualitative and case study approach. The study is based on library research, the Delphi method, and content analysis. Abstract

Businesses always compete to improve customer satisfaction. A firm engaged in as a distributor as well, always try to provide satisfaction to their customer, in this case, retailer and wholesales. The distributor can improve retailer satisfaction by providing such information that suits retailer requirements in the pursuit that the supply chain flow can move quickly, particularly on the flow of products from the manufacturing ordered by the distributors. This study aims to obtain a relationship between distributors and retailer companies. This study surveyed 100 retailers, and wholesale companies engaged in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and the supplier domiciled in the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi, with revenues of more than IDR 300,000,000. - / year. SmartPLS software version 2.0 was used to test the hypothesis. The results of the study found that information quality can provide a positive increase in improving supplier relationship management. Adequate information quality cannot significantly increase supply chain flexibility and retailer satisfaction. Supplier relationship management built by distributors can have an impact of 0.611 on supply chain flexibility in retail and retail satisfaction companies of 0.367. The stronger distributor and retailer relationship can increase distributor flexibility and retail satisfaction. Supply chain flexibility built by distributor companies can have a significant impact on retailer satisfaction of 0.463. Abstract

The company's management always strives to enhance competitiveness by making business processes efficient and effective, while also paying attention to environmental protection. This study addresses the impact of management commitment on firm performance through supply chain integration, supply chain practices, and green supply chain management. The study employed a quantitative approach, and data collection was conducted among 80 manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) with SmartPLS software version 4.0. The study results indicate that management commitment influences supply chain integration, supply chain practices, and the adoption of a green supply chain approach. Companies can optimize the role of external partners in supply chain integration, thereby influencing supply chain practices and the development of green supply chains. However, this study reveals that supply chain integration did not directly improve firm performance. Moreover, the results indicate that supply chain practices, such as building strategic partnerships and increasing information sharing, cannot directly improve firm performance. The company implements a green supply chain by evaluating environmental care programs, building awareness among customers to use environmentally friendly products, and consistently offering environmentally friendly products, which can improve firm performance. The practical contribution of research provides enlightenment to manufacturing industry practitioners, motivating them to commit to developing employees and enhancing their skills as human capital assets. Theoretical contribution to enriching the theory of the green environment in producing economic and environmental performance.
