Abstract

The declarative principle contained in the Copyright Act, makes people reluctant to record the copyright of photographic works. In the absence of the creation letter, neither the creator nor the copyright holder has obtained any legal certainty. The purpose of this research is to provide the use of copyright logging procedures especially in photographic works. The method used in this study is normative juridical. The procedure for copyright application in order consists of: Register an account on the official website of DJKI; Uploading files about the statement letter, transfer of rights, and examples of creation; Making payments; Approve application for creation; Certificate (Letter of Creation). Based on this study, the recording of creation means creating material rights.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Hak dan Kewajiban Bela Negara Mahasiswa dalam Upaya Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif Mahasiswa perlu bela negara karena bela negara merupakan sikap dan perilaku warga negara yang dijiwai oleh kecintaannya kepada negara. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman konsep bela negara bagi mahasiswa agar menumbuhkan sikap nasionalisme mahasiswa dalam mengaktualisasikan bela negara terhadap pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan secara utuh dan mendalam mengenai realitas sosial pada mahasiswa yang menjadi objek penelitian. Sikap nasionalisme mahasiswa sebagai bentuk bela negara dapat ditunjukkan melalui berbagai bentuk kegiatan, seperti mengikuti kegiatan sosial, mengamalkan disiplin ilmu, melestarikan seni dan budaya, dan tentunya berkarya dalam ekonomi kreatif. Pengembangan ekonomi kreatif juga dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas mahasiswa sebagai generasi muda bangsa yang penting untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran sikap bela negara. Kata Kunci: Bela Negara, Ekonomi Kreatif, Hak dan Kewajiban, Mahasiswa

Abstract

Packaging design plays a crucial role in product differentiation and brand identity formation, especially in the highly competitive cosmetics industry. This research aims to analyze the potential plagiarism of packaging designs for cushion products from the brands True To Skin and Glad2Glow, as well as their impact on the distinctiveness of each product. The research approach used is qualitative with a comparative method. Data was collected through literature study and in-depth visual analysis of the design elements of both products' packaging. The results of the study indicate a significant similarity in several aspects of the packaging design, which could potentially create confusion among consumers and threaten the uniqueness of each brand's visual identity. The implications of this research highlight the need for greater awareness regarding the importance of industrial design rights protection for industry players in the cosmetics sector. Registering packaging designs as intellectual property becomes a preventive measure.
