Abstract

AbstrakUniversitas Muhammadiyah Magelang (UMMgl) mempunyai visi “Unggul dalam Ilmu, Islami dalam Perilaku” yang dimana bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan bekal terhadap mahasiswanya untuk mandiri setelah lulus dari perguruan tinggi. Untuk menyiapkan itu maka UMMgl menekankan kepada seluruh mahasiswa untuk menjadi entrepreneur yang mandiri dan unggul, untuk menuju ke sana memang tidak mudah. Proses – proses dari kurikulum, magang, dan inkubator entrepreneur pun perlu disiapkan secara matang dan terstruktur. Menjadi wirausaha memang tidak mudah, membutuhkan mentor dan bimbingan yang tepat agar berhasil nantinya menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan yang intinya adalah kemandirian pada jiwa mahasiswa UMMgl. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan kewirausahaan ini menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal yang melibatkan obyek menjadi subyek aktif kolaborasi. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah 1) Rekruitmen, 2) Inkubasi, 3) Evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini didapatkan peningkatan dari 20 tenan menjadi wirausaha yang mempunyai produk untuk dikembangkan, dan 5 tenan mandiri siap mengembangkan produk bisnisnya, yaitu Bakso Bakar, Mr. Kriuk, Merchandise Online, Online Shop, dan Latte (coklat tempe).Kata kunci: wirausaha, kewirausahaan, ummgl AbstractUniversitas Muhammadiyah Magelang (UMMgl) has a vision of "Excellence in Science, Islam in Behavior" which is responsible for providing supplies to students to be independent after graduating from college. To prepare it, UMMgl emphasizes to all students to become independent and superior entrepreneurs, to get there is not easy. The processes of curriculum, internships, and entrepreneur incubators also need to be prepared carefully and structured. Being an entrepreneur is not easy, requires the right mentor and guidance so that it will succeed in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit which is essentially the independence of the soul of UMMgl students. The method used in the implementation of entrepreneurship education uses Participatory Rural Appraisal methods involving objects to be active subjects of collaboration. The steps taken are 1) Recruitment, 2) Incubation, 3) Evaluation. The results of this activity obtained an increase from 20 tenants to become entrepreneurs who have products to develop, and 5 independent entrepreneurs ready to develop their business products, namely Bakso Bakar, Mr. Kriuk, Merchandise Online, Online Shop, and Latte (chocolate tempe).Keywords: enterpreneur, enterpreneurship, ummgl

Abstract

One of the reasons for the slow conversion program from gasoline to LPG/Vigas is the uncertainty of profit or loss. Therefore, this article presents a simple calculator to assess the feasibility of investing in vehicle conversion, from gasoline to LPG/Vigas. Input parameters include estimated annual mileage, fuel consumption, gasoline prices, LPG / Vigas prices, the cost of the converter kit and its installation, engine standardization costs, maintenance costs with gasoline, and maintenance costs with LPG considered to produce output parameters that include Break Even Point (BEP), Payback period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

Abstract

Increasing data and information needs for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the basis for MSME actors to expand. The data and information needed are in the form of strategic data from the collective results of similar SMEs in a certain scope to determine market conditions objectively. This research analyzes in-depth using the BIDM Framework which helps planning long-term system development that is not limited only as a data repository and report reporting, but also to predictive analytics, data mining, trend analysis, data visualization, dynamic reports and others. The BIDM framework focuses more on the BI-based system development plan instead of BI implementation by taking into account 6 characteristics. The results of the BIDM Framework Analysis are adjusted to the conditions of MSMEs in Magelang disstrict is then prioritized using value chain analysis. The final result is a system menu design recommendation and database design that pays attention to entities and attributes that match the needs of business intelligence analysis.

Abstract

Dusun Turen Desa Kradenan Kecamatan Srumbung, merupakan dusun yang memiliki potensi lahan pertanian, perkebunan salak pondoh, kolam ikan, masjid, TPQ serta memiliki beberapa kelambagaan seperti PKK, Dawis, Poktan, Koperasi dan Posyandu. Semua kegiatan dari kelembagan tersebut tidak bisa terlepas dari kegiatan administrasi dan pengelolaan keuangan. Lembaga di dusun tersebut 100 % telah memiliki administrasi dan 0,42 % belum memiliki laporan keuangan. Seluruh pengurus kelambagaan tersebut 0,73 % sudah memiliki keterampilan mengoperasikan komputer dan 0,27 % belum. Tingkat penguasan bagi yang sudah bisa mengoperasikan komputer adalah 0,78 % menguasai dan 0,22 % cukup menguasai. Permasalahan pada lembaga-lembaga tersebut kegiatan administrasi masih seadanya dicatat pada buku tulis atau pada kertas yang terpisah-pisah. Pembuatan dokumen harus minta bantuan orang lain menggunakan jasa penetikan. Tidak memili arsip undangan, karena undangan pertemuan hanya disampaikan secara lisan. Pencatatan keuangan sering tidak teliti, jumlah uang tercatat dan uang sebenarnya jumlahnya tidak sesuai. Sistem simpan pinjam masih ada unsur riba. Metode yang dilakuan pada PKU ini adalah : Persiapan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi. Hasil yang akan dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan dalam kegiatan administrasi dan kemampuan mitra dalam mengoperasikan komputer menjadi 75 %, 100 % memiliki laporan keuangan dan luaran berupa publikasi di media massa serta di Jurnal Nasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this program is to optimize the interests and abilities of entrepreneurs owned by students. The subjects used in this program are students who already have an entrepreneurial program. The method is carried out through fostering sustainable entrepreneurs, by applying a questionnaire as the main instrument in the acquisition of data sources from the implementation ofthe program. The results obtained in the implementation of the program, to optimize entrepreneurial interest increased by 65%, while the optimization of student entrepreneurship in terms of entrepreneurial basic knowledge increased by 73%.

Abstract

The center of gravity (CoG) on the minibus is one of the fundamental parameters that affect the operation of the vehicle to maintain traffic safety. CoG greatly affects vehicle maneuverability due to load transfer between the front and rear wheels, such as when turning, braking, and accelerating. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the operational safety of minibusses produced by the domestic car body industry. The case study was conducted on a minibus with a capacity of 30 passengers to be used in a mining area. Investigations on CoG were carried out based on the minibus specification data, especially the dimensions and forces acting on the wheels. Minibusses as test objects were categorized in two conditions, namely without passengers and with 30 passengers. The test results are expressed in a coordinate system (x, y, z) which represents the longitudinal, lateral, and vertical distances to the center of the front wheel axle. CoG coordinate values ​​without passengers are (2194.92; 7.11; 1327.97) mm and CoG coordinates with full passengers (30 people) are (2388.52; 13.04; 1251.72) mm. The test results show that the change in CoG at full load is not significant which indicates the minibus is safe when maneuvering under normal conditions.

Abstract

Today, in the industry 4.0 era, the boundaries of scientific disciplines are blurred, everything seems to be interrelated and shows the ability to be combined. Intelligent sensors combined with Artificial Intelligence (AI) have demonstrated their ability to influence processes, design, and maintenance in manufacturing systems. Mechanical engineering tasked with solving complex engineering problems must be able to adapt to this transformation, especially in the use of digital and IT to combine the principles of physics and engineering mathematics with materials science to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. On the other hand, mechanical engineering must also contribute to a better future life. Therefore, one of the keys to consistently playing a role is to think about sustainability, in order to provide benefits for society and industry, in any industrial era.

Abstract

The tooling department is a department that is engaged in manufacturing dies, namely the manufacture of printing equipment to make a component / pressed part which is made according to the desired design and processed on a press machine, dies are ordered from the customer, namely the sole agent of the brand (ATPM). Manufacturing dies including project work, one of the dies manufacturing projects is the 640A dies drawing part number 53711/12 project with the current machining program time being efficient at 47.29%, but to improve service to the sole agent of the brand holder and to reduce the cost of manufacturing dies, it is necessary to increase efficiency by eliminating one ball nose cutter. This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining a more efficient machining program by conducting technical analysis on the machining program dies drawing 53711/12. Technical analysis was carried out on the 12 mm ball nose cutter and 10 mm ball nose cutter by calculating the path length, cutter load and cutter life so as to obtain elimination results on the 10 mm ball nose cutter because the cutter was less effective. The result of the elimination of one cutter is that the percentage of machining program efficiency increases to 48.72% and affects the efficiency of purchasing cutters by 4.15% and efficiency in manufacturing costs for dies drawing part number 53711/12 increased from 5.44% to 5.71%, an increase of 0.27% or Rp 1,833. 893.06

Abstract

Metode yang diusulkan dalam proposal ini melalui bebrapa tahapan pendampingan yang intensif, diantaranya adalah: 1) Pelatihan di kelas dengan narasumber dan praktisi kewirausahaan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi, studi kasus, discovery eksplorasi, simulasi, dan testimoni; 2) magang pada industri mitra untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan manajerial, keuangan, teknis, dan pembangunan jiwa kewirausahaan; 3) studi banding untuk mendapatkan penjelasan langsung di tempat industri dari pemilik; 4) pola pembimbingan;5) pola pengawasan; 6) pola pemberian bantuan pembiayaan untuk tenant. Hasil dari Program ini dibentuk 5 tenan yang sudah diseleksi dan dipandang mampu menjadi wirausaha siap bersaing di masyarakat.

Abstract

PT. Papertech Indonesia Unit II merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi kertas. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT. Papertech Indonesia Unit II adalah tingginya frekuensi kerusakan mesin Dryer yang mengakibatkan adanya kegiatan perbaikan mesin yang menimbulkan downtime dan berhentinya proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan perawatan mesin Dryer dan meminimalkan terjadinya downtime. Metode yang digunakan adalah Reliability Centered Maintenance. Dalam metode ini terdapat tujuh tahapan pengolahan data, yaitu seleksi sistem dan pengumpulan informasi, penentuan batasan sistem, deskripsi sistem dan blok diagram fungsi, penentuan kegagalan sistem, analisis Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, analisis Logic Tree Analysis dan pemilihan tindakan perawatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sub sistem Dryer Grup 3 mempunyai kontribusi terbesar terhadap kerusakan mesin Dryer sebesar 50%. Adapun komponen kritis yang terdapat pada sub sistem Dryer Grup 3 adalah Canvas Roll, Packing Shaft Rotary, Canvas dan Carbon. Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan perawatan dengan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance maka diperoleh rekomendasi agar semua komponen kritis termasuk dalam kategori tindakan perawatan Condition Directed. Dengan diterapkannya metode perawatan Reliability Centered Maintenance sebagai metode perawatan pada komponen kritis, maka berpotensial memberikan dampak positif, yaitu penurunan rata-rata downtime komponen kritis sebesar 23.82%, penurunan rata-rata biaya perawatan sebesar 20.36% dan peningkatan jumlah produksi sebesar 44.8 ton.
