Abstract

Increasing data and information needs for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the basis for MSME actors to expand. The data and information needed are in the form of strategic data from the collective results of similar SMEs in a certain scope to determine market conditions objectively. This research analyzes in-depth using the BIDM Framework which helps planning long-term system development that is not limited only as a data repository and report reporting, but also to predictive analytics, data mining, trend analysis, data visualization, dynamic reports and others. The BIDM framework focuses more on the BI-based system development plan instead of BI implementation by taking into account 6 characteristics. The results of the BIDM Framework Analysis are adjusted to the conditions of MSMEs in Magelang disstrict is then prioritized using value chain analysis. The final result is a system menu design recommendation and database design that pays attention to entities and attributes that match the needs of business intelligence analysis.

Abstract

Existing technological developments have affected all aspects of life, one of which is guidance and counseling services. One of the innovations utilizing the development of Information Technology in the implementation of counseling services is Cyber Counseling services or often called online counseling. The purpose of this research is to realize a system to support the online counseling process in the form of an Android smartphone mobile application. This application development model in the process of requirements analysis and system design is the Rapid Application Development method. The application of the Rapid Application Development  method in this study was proven to be able to save development time. The result of this research is an android-based Cyber Counseling application.

Abstract

One of the innovations utilizing the development of Information Technology in counseling services is Cyber Counseling services, often called online counseling. This research aims to prepare a system to support the online counseling process in the form of a mobile application. In this study, we will only discuss the design of applications with a prototype model. This Cyber Counseling mobile application development model is in the process of needs analysis and system design using the prototyping method. This research has produced a prototype of a mobile-based Cyber Counseling Application. The test results using the BlackBox testing method show that the features in the prototype of the Cyber Counseling Application have been running well and can be accepted.

Abstract

When someone does yoga activities, usually, someone follows yoga guidelines in the form of yoga classes and yoga self-guidance, which is usually in the form of images, videos, and audio. But along with the rapid development of technology, now there are many yoga guides and easy to get. Yoga activities can now be done independently without approaching a yoga instructor. The purpose of this study is to help yogis to be able to do yoga correctly and to follow yoga guidelines with the correct poses with a system that contains yoga poses and also as the main feature of correcting yoga poses that yogis do to get yoga poses correctly. The resulting system will capture yoga poses and detect whether the pose is correct according to the yoga pose guidelines. Based on the verification of the distance between the device or the device that has a camera, it is placed at a distance of 200cm – 250cm between the device and the yogis. The device's height is placed in a place that has a height half the size of the yogi's whole body or at the height of 85cm. The test results using the BlackBox method get no errors. Besides that, the system can run well in a room with 7-watt LED lights, and no objects block the yogis, so the camera catches the whole body.

Abstract

The The large population and daily activities of Indonesian people can trigger an increase in waste production. Proper waste management efforts require the role of all parties such as the government, the community, and even the support of the private sector in order to be able to overcome problems related to waste. One of the private parties that plays a role in waste management in Indonesia is Waste4Change. This company provides services and services related to waste transportation, waste recycling, as well as waste management education and consultation. These services can be accessed online through the website owned by Waste4Change. Based on the website, there are several programs and features that can be used by users, one of which is the Send Your Waste program. However, in the program, there is a waste delivery flow which has drawbacks, namely flow mismatch and copywriting on the Send Your Waste page. Therefore, this study aims to improve and develop the waste delivery flow in the Send Your Waste program to make it more user-friendly for users. The research method used is the design thinking method to find out what are the complaints and needs of users regarding the experience and appearance of the website interface. This method was chosen because it can solve complex problems with empathy to understand the needs and motivations of users and there is also an iterative process in order to find the best design solution. From the results of usability testing on experience and interface appearance, an increase in user satisfaction was found. With these improvements, it is concluded that the results of usability testing from the Waste4Change website can be accepted by users.

Abstract

One of the network monitoring methods is to use the dude software. In 2022, the Temanggung Regency Government through the Communication and Informatics Department of the Temanggung Regency which facilitates OPD, District, Kelurahan, Village, several UPT and schools. To increase service quality for all clients, so network monitoring development is needed uses the dude application software to carry out network monitoring which was previously only through the Whatsapp group. The development model that will be applied in this research is NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle). The research location was in Temanggung Regency in April 2023. The population in this study were five repeaters with different IPs, namely the Regional Secretariat, Dinkominfo, RSUD, SDN 2 Katekan, and Tlogopucang Village. The dude server has been installed on core router in data center that connected with whole networks. So all events and activities can be managed efficiently.

Abstract

Coaches have a very important role in the achievements of sports athletes. The coach has the responsibility to organize training methods that suit the athlete's needs and goals. Coaches generally record the performance of team members during training. Recording athlete performance can be used to measure athlete development and improve athlete abilities. Based on the results of interviews and observations with several basketball coaches, they still record on paper forms. The main contribution of this research is to produce an application design that has an information architecture and interaction model to help improve the coach's user experience in recording and monitoring anthropometric developments, physical development, and athlete skill development during training and recording player statistics during matches. Apart from recording the resulting application, it is hoped that it can improve the user experience of coaches and players in analyzing performance data during training and matches. This research uses the User Centered Design method. This research has produced a prototype in high fidelity form. Based on functionality testing using the black box testing method, it shows that the prototype feature can be successful as expected. The User Experience test results show that the average Task Success value from testing the player's user interface is 77%, while the average Task Success value from testing the trainer's user interface is 82%.
