Demam Berdarah Dengue adalah salah satu penyakit yang ditularkan melalui nyamuk yang paling cepat menyebar di dunia. Di Indonesia, lebih dari 33 persen masyarakat dunia terancam bahaya. Wilayah Pesisir merupakan salah satu wilayah yang paling berisiko terjangkit Demam Berdarah, terutama dari bidang sosial dan lingkungan, sehingga studi diagnostik dini harus menangani hal tersebut secara efisien dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi dan mengidentifikasi wilayah pesisir yang berpotensi terkena Demam Berdarah paling parah untuk terhindar dari Demam Berdarah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Pemetaan berdasarkan analisis prediksi menggunakan metode neuralnetwork backpropogation , analisis sensitivitas dan implementasi Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis Web. Sampel wilayah yang digunakan adalah Bagan Deli, Sibolga, Tapanuli Tengah, Langkat, dan medan Medan. Sumber data berdasarkan data sekunder dan data primer dari hasil survey langsung terhadap masyarakat di lima wilayah ini. Diharapkan pemetaan wilayah demam berdarah berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis ini dapat lebih memudahkan masyarakat dan pemerintah setempat untuk dapat melihat prioritas wilayah yang paling terdampak demm berdarah sehingga penanganan menjadi lebih cepat, efektif dan efisien.

The purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance to PKK members to be able to manage finances and manage business finances. The method used is a social approach. Where the preparation stage is carried out by conducting surveys and observations to identify problems and analyze the situation and community needs. Then carried out the implementation stage with two main activities, namely training and mentoring. During the training, PKK members were given knowledge in financial management and practical financial management with applications. Assistance is provided when participants practice directly using the application. Based on the evaluation carried out, it is known that the results of this service have increased the knowledge of PKK members about financial management with an average posttest score of 70. Through the assistance carried out, each PKK member already has an account in one of the applications. financial management, and can be used for recording every transaction, debt to recording stock of goods that are still available

Health is very important and valuable for humans, because without good health, every human being will experience difficulties in carrying out their daily activities. Mycetoma disease, also known as fungal infection and flesh-eating disease, affects people who live in rural or remote areas and have limited access to health care and medicines. So to overcome this problem, we need an expert system that is able to diagnose mycetoma based on the symptoms suffered. The expert system for diagnosing mycetoma using the Dempster Shafer method is designed as a tool for early identification of mycetoma. The Dempster Shafer method was chosen because data collection (weight) for the Dempster Shafer calculation is relatively easy to do just by giving an expert's trust value for a symptom. The calculation process for obtaining conclusions is also relatively easy to do because in the calculations the Dempster-Shafer theory only involves the probabilities of all possible diseases from each symptom.

The digital startup business incubation program for students is an initiative to support the development of innovative and sustainable businesses. The program aims to help students develop competitive business potential. The entrepreneurial landscape at Universitas Sumatera Utara is continuously growing, marked by the emergence of young entrepreneurs from various programs such as the Student Entrepreneurial Program (PMW) and the Student Creativity Program (PKM). In 2023, there were 12 funding opportunities for PKM entrepreneurial schemes and three winners of the P2MW program. However, challenges remain, such as limited networking opportunities, market access, and minimal mentoring and education on financial management. The lack of mentors and supporting resources often causes campus startups to lose motivation. The methods used to address these issues include mentoring to enhance the capabilities of student startups, financial management literacy, the provision of business facilities, and training and guidance in marketing. This program provides valuable opportunities for students to develop digital business ideas and apply sustainable business principles. As a result, students are better prepared to contribute to sustainable economic growth.Keywords: startup; incubator; digital; sustainable; business Abstrak: Program inkubasi pengembangan usaha startup digital mahasiswa merupakan inisiatif untuk mendukung pengembangan usaha yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Tujuan program ini adalah membantu mahasiswa mengembangkan potensi usaha yang kompetitif. Situasi kewirausahaan di Universitas Sumatera Utara terus berkembang dengan munculnya wirausahawan muda dari berbagai program, seperti Program Wirausaha Muda (PMW) dan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM). Pada tahun 2023, terdapat 12 pendanaan untuk skema kewirausahaan PKM dan tiga pemenang program P2MW. Namun, masih terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan peluang jejaring, akses pasar, serta minimnya pendampingan dan edukasi terkait pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Kurangnya mentor dan sumber daya pendukung menyebabkan startup kampus sering kehilangan motivasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini meliputi pendampingan peningkatan kemampuan startup mahasiswa, literasi pengelolaan keuangan, penyediaan fasilitas usaha, serta pelatihan dan bimbingan pemasaran. Program ini membuka peluang berharga bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan ide bisnis digital dan menerapkan prinsip bisnis berkelanjutan. Hasilnya, mahasiswa lebih siap berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: startup; inkubator; digital; berkelanjutan; bisnis

The Government and industry are currently using information and communication technology a lot. The Government and companies in Indonesia have regulations on operational standards and management procedures for information and communication systems security at Government regarding implementing information system security. Information security is essential because there are many threats to information security. Information security in this era of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is fundamental. Information Exchange Environment (IEE) vulnerabilities have increased as threats become more widespread and complex; therefore, information security has become a fundamental problem for businesses, organizations, and governments. So, in this paper, we will explain the review of the impact of Information Security For Government and companies in terms of threats and types of information security. Some security system methods are analyzed, among othersâ€”application Security, cloud security, Cryptography, security infrastructure, Incident response, and vulnerability management. The results of this review analysis, it known threat has several solutions, each depending on the type of threat for both the Government and the Company. Furthermore, Information Security is considered very important, especially for data stored in Government and companies.

Abstract: Digitalization 5.0 has opened wide opportunities for students to build digital-based startups. However, many student startups face challenges in financial management, developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and ensuring business sustainability. This program aims to implement Digital Business Incubation as a strategy for developing student digital startups. The methods used include observation, tenant selection, interviews, and intensive mentoring for incubation program participants. As a result of the selection process, 14 businesses were chosen to be incubated, consisting of service-based and product-based ventures. The program is designed to provide entrepreneurship training, financial management workshops, business legality assistance, investor networking opportunities, and technological support. The outcomes of the program indicate that through digital incubation, average 77,91% of the participating students were able to enhance their digital entrepreneurship skills, strengthen their business models, and optimize the potential for business sustainability. Therefore, Digital Business Incubation has proven to be an effective mechanism for fostering the growth of student digital startups that are adaptive, innovative, and competitive in the digital economy era. Keywords: bussiness digital, enterprise, student, service Abstrak: Digitalisasi 5.0 telah membuka peluang luas bagi mahasiswa untuk membangun usaha rintisan (startup) berbasis digital. Namun, banyak startup mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan, Minimum Viable Product, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan program Digital Business Incubation sebagai strategi pengembangan startup digital mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, seleksi tenant, wawancara, serta pendampingan intensif terhadap peserta program inkubasi. Dari hasil seleksi terpilih 14 usaha yang akan diinkubasi yang terdiri dari usaha yang bergerak dibidang jasa dan produk. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan pembinaan kewirausahaan, pelatihan keuangan, pendampingan legalitas usaha, akses bersama investor, serta dukungan teknologi. Hasil program ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui inkubasi digital, rata rata 77,91% mahasiswa mampu meningkatkan keterampilan wirausaha digital, memperkuat model bisnis, serta mengoptimalkan potensi keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan demikian, Inkubasi bisnis digital terbukti menjadi mekanisme efektif dalam mendorong lahirnya startup digital mahasiswa yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing di era ekonomi digital. PT.Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Tbk) yang juga merupakan Alfamart Berdiri sebagai perusahaan dagang aneka produk oleh Djoko Susanto dan keluarga. Dimana dalam 11 tahun terakhir ini gerai Alfamart telah bertambah lebih dari 10.000 gerai yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Alfamart membuka gerai-gerai baru dengan mendekati lokasi konsumen. Pertumbuhan yang sangat luar biasa ini membuat penulis tertarik untuk melakukan sebuah prediksi untuk penambahan gerai Alfamart dalam 5 tahun kedepan. Monte Carlo merupakan metode probabilistik untuk mencari penyelesaiaan masalah dengan sampel dari proses random merupakan metode yang di pilih dalam prediksi pertambahan gerai Alfamart di Indonesia dalam waktu lima tahun kedepan. Sistem yang di buat dengan Monte Carlo ini menghasilkan prediksi adanya 6.767 jumlah gerai Alfamart yang bertambah selama lima tahun kedepan, dengan rata-rata penambahan pertahun berkisar sekitar lebih 1.353 gerai.

After the millennium era, with the rapid development of information technology, changes in business patterns also increased sharply. This is what is called the era of disruption. IT technology has also penetrated the world of education, both in management and in learning methods. In the world of education, now the learning method does not only use conventional methods such as from textbooks and explanations from teachers, but also with effective and efficient learning methods by utilizing information technology. An example is multimedia-based learning media. Community service is one way that can be used to carry out information technology socialization. Community service that will be carried out in this research is entitled Utilization of Information Technology in the Implementation of Active Learning in SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Batu Nanggar in Facing the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, with the aim of helping teachers in a more interesting interactive and fun mathematics learning process, because In general, junior high school students have used a lot of telecommunications devices equipped with various kinds of multimedia. The learning application that is built includes material, exercises and tests, in accordance with applicable competency standards. Furthermore, training will be given to several senior high schools, as a provision on how to prepare and use this learning system application so as to increase student motivation and ultimately increase student achievement and improve the quality of education.

The problems that exist in the partner environment are financial data collection, especially payroll, and the school fee payment system is done manually so that income and expenditure discrepancies often occur. Furthermore, data collection for setting school operational costs is still done manually making it difficult when reporting the BOS budget (school operational assistance), teacher and student attendance systems are ineffective, management system data collection, inventory is still manual so it is not known what inventory items are owned, data collection Unstructured Library Books. The use of information technology that has not been integrated into the learning process. The solution to the problems to be handled is the use of an integrated school information system. Implementation methods used to overcome the problems encountered include; observation, identification of partner problems, solutions to partner problems consisting of: (1) Observation of partners (2) Introduction of integrated school information systems. (3) Assistance in the use of an integrated school information system for the school management team. (4) Training and mentoring for teachers to use teaching material features, E-Absence and Smart Library (5) Evaluation in each implementation of the service program, as well as the outcome targets for service. The results of this Community Service Activity were an increase marked by Based on pre -the test given before the delivery of the material and the post-test carried out by the participants after receiving the material exposure and training found that there was a significant change from the pre-test score with an average value of 1 and 2, namely enough and less to an average value of 3 and 4 with good and very good weight scores when doing the post-test. This shows that the teachers and the management team who participated in the training understood the material presented.
