Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to obtain objective information and the find improvement quality process and quality output on Arabic Lenguage program. This study is an evaluative research approach using a model developed by Widoyoko, which includes two main components, namely: the quality of the process and instructional output. In this study applied studies the evaluation program, method the collection of data obtained through the study of documents, interviews, questionnaires and observation. The evaluation of the assessments made at each stage of evaluation, and decision making. The finding in that Arabic Lenguage learning program evaluation in MTs DDI Seppange, shows that the quality of the process of learning programs, including the categories of good, and the output quality of learning of Arabic Lenguage are also included in the good category. Considering these facts before, there are still some aspects in the evaluation process quality and output quality of learning that needs to be improved so that the learning of Arabic Lenguage will be more effective and achieve competence that has been planned. Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain information about the learning process of Islamic education at the high school in Maluku Tengah. In this study applied a method of evaluation studies Program, collection of data obtained through the study of documents, interviews, questionnaires and observation. The data is then classified into the category of excellent, good, sufficient, less, and very less, based on standards that have been set. The findings in the evaluation of the learning program at Islamic Education for high school in Maluku Tengah district, shows that the quality of the learning process, including both categories. The learning process is determined by the element or the following aspects; (1) the Teacher's performance is judged by category, with the acquisition of average score 4.14 or 82.79% of the maximum score, (2) Learning Facilities are assessed either by obtaining the average score of 3.71 or 74.17% of the maximum score, (3) Climate class is rated good with the acquisition of the mean score of 3.61 or 72.04% of the maximum score. (4) the attitude of the learners are assessed either by obtaining the average score 4.01 or 80.09% of the maximum score. (5) the learning motivation of learners assessed either by obtaining the average score or 77.71 3.88% of the maximum score. So based on the results of the assesment and the categorisation then determined that the quality of the learning process the Islamic education judged included on the category either, with the acquisition of the average score or 3.88 77.50% of the maximum score.

Abstract

hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pengajian keagamaan di negeri Morella yang diprogramkan oleh kepala pemuda ini telah berlangsung 2 tahun lamanya yang telah memberikan dampak dan pengaruh yang besar dalam kehidupan pemuda negeri Morella, baik dalam bidang spritual berupa sudah mulai adanya kesadaran dari para pemuda dalam menjalankan ajaran agamanya, kemudian, bidang sosial berupa sudah mulai adanya hubungan yang baik dengan masyarakat, serta pengaruhnya terhadap psikologi berupa sudah mulai membaik karakter para pemuda. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan pengajian keagamaan ini dapat dikatakan mempunyai andil besar dalam perubahan dan pembinaan akhlak pemuda, walaupun masih terbilang muda, namun pengajian ini mampu menunjukan eksistensinya. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari dukungan yang diberikan dari semua pihak, dimulai dari adanya dukungan dari pemerintah setempat, adanya kesadaran diri dari para pemuda, adanya dukungan dari orang tua, kesabaran dari para pengajar dan fasilitas yang disediakan. Meskipun demikian, pengajian keagamaan juga tidak terlepas dari kendala-kendala yang datang, entah itu masalah mengajak pemuda, anggaran, kurangnya pengajar, manajemen yang kurang baik, kurangnya metode yang digunakan, tidak adanya evaluasi, dan pengaruh teknologi Kata Kunci: Dampak Pengajian Keagamaan, Membina Akhlak Pemuda

Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of evaluation of process quality models and output quality in Internship learning.I. This research is an evaluative research approach using a model developed by Widoyoko, Which includes two main components, namely: process quality and quality of learning output. The sample in this study was a student of the Islamic Religious Education study program of the Faculty of Tarbiyah Science and Iain Ambon Teacher Training numbering 32 students. Data collection is obtained through document studies, interviews, questionnaires and observations. The data is then classified into very less, less, sufficient, good and excellent categories, based on the standards of assessment evaluation made at each stage of evaluation, and decision making. The findings in the evaluation of the Internship I Learning Program of Islamic Religious Education Faculty of Tarbiyah Science and IAIN Ambon Teacher Training, showed that the quality of the learning program process, including the good category, and the quality of internship learning output I also belonged to the excellent category. Taking into account the previous facts there are several aspects in the evaluation of the quality of the process and the quality of learning output that need to be improved so that internship learning I will be more effective and achieve the competencies that have been planned.Keywords: evaluation of process quality and quality of learning output, internship I

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of achievement of the activities of the MGMP subjects of Islamic religious education at junior high school level (SMP) in Masohi regency of Maluku Tengah. The study uses evaluative research methods on the MGMP activities of these PAI subjects using goal-oriented evaluation models developed by Ralph Winfred Tyler. Where the focus is on research into the level of goal achievement. Data collection In this study, conducted using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Subjects in the study were principals, PAI teachers, and MGMP-PAI administrators of Masohi. Results showed that the result of input evaluation related to MGMP-level capacity of Junior High School includes activity activities MGMP PAI has an average score, 85.78%, performance management MGMP PAI has an average score of 90.04%, facilities and infrastructure MGMP has an average score of 75.25%, KTSP availability in school member MGMP has a score of 92.75%. The implementation of learning has an average score of 88.02%, and the learning results assessment has an average score of 84.17%. Overall evaluation of inputs related to MGMP capacity of PAI at SMP level in Masohi is in good category. While for the output aspect related to the competency of teachers in school member MGMP, has an average value of 90.47% or the competency of the teacher is in good category.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to evaluate the implementation of classroom assessment on: (1) aspects of classroom assessment, 2) classroom assessment techniques, and (3) classroom assessment procedures. This research is a survey study, using a formative evaluation model from Michael Scriven.Sampling techniques are purposive samples. The research location is MTs DDI Seppange. Data collection is obtained through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) classroom assessment techniques carried out by MTS DDI Seppange teachers include written tests, observations, practical tests, assignment assessments, and oral tests, portfolios, journals, peer-to-peer assessment and self-assessment (2) aspects of classroom assessment that have been carried out by teachers covering cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects, (3) Classroom assessment procedures that have been carried out by teachers include making question grids, grain analysis , remedial implementation, and follow-up assessment results. The evaluation of aspects, techniques, and class assessment procedures, teachers at MTS DDI Seppange were carried out properly. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei, dengan menggunakan model evaluasi formatif dari Michael Scriven.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sample. Lokasi penelitian adalah MTs DDI Seppange. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) teknik classroom assessment yang dilaksanakan guru MTS DDI Seppange meliputi tes tertulis, observasi, tes praktik, penilaian tugas, dan tes lisan, portofolio, jurnal, penilaian antar teman dan penilaian diri (2) aspek-aspek classroom assessment yang telah dilaksanakan guru meliputi aspek kognitif, psikomotorik, dan aspek afektif, (3) Prosedur classroom assessment yang telah dilaksanakan guru meliputi pembuatan kisi-kisi soal, analisis butir soal, pelaksanaan remedial, dan tindak lanjut hasil penilaian. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to obtain data on improving learning outcomes and student activities as well as educators' abilities in classroom management. This research is Class Action Research (PTK) is a system study of learning practices in the classroom with the aim to improve and improve the quality of the learning process and learning outcomes of learners by performing certain actions. The Class Action Research Procedure (PTK) conducted in this study used two cycles gradually until the study was successful. Activities carried out in each cycle include Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The research subjects numbered 35 students of grade VIII MTS DDI Seppange. Instruments used in the from of student worksheets and tests. The data is analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that the application of classroom management can improve the learning outcomes of learners in the material of morally praiseworthy subjects in class VIII MTs DDI Seppange evidenced by the improvement of student learning outcomes in the initial test there were 2 ( 5.71%) students have achieved a minal completion value with an average score of 52.75, at the end of the first test there were 19 learners or 54.35% have achieved a minal completion value with an average score of 65.71. While in the final test cycle II showed 35 learners or 100% have achieved a minimum completion value, with an average score of 79.79. The increase in students' learning outcomes from the initial test to cycle I was 12.96% and the increase in the learner's learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II was 14.08%. Keywords: classroom management, improved learning outcomes Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data mengenai peningkatan hasil belajar dan aktivitas peserta didik serta kemampuan pendidik dalam pengelolan kelas. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan suatu studi sistem terhadap praktik pembelajaran di kelas dengan tujuan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan melakukan tindakan tertentu. Prosedur Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus secara bertahap sampai penelitian ini berhasil. Kegiatan yang dilakukan pada setiap siklus meliputi Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Pengamatan, dan Refleksi. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 35 siswa kelas VIII MTS DDI Seppange. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar kerja peserta didik dan tes. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pengelolaan kelas dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi akhlak terpuji mata pelajaran akidah akhlak di kelas VIII MTs DDI Seppange dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada tes awal terdapat 2 ( 5,71%) peserta didik telah mencapai nilai ketuntasan minal dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 52,75, pada tes akhir siklus I terdapat 19 peserta didik atau 54,35% telah mencapai nilai ketuntasan minal dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 65,71. Sedangkan pada tes akhir siklus II menunjukan 35 peserta didik atau 100% telah mencapai nilai ketuntasan minimal, dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 79,79. Peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dari tes awal ke siklus I sebesar 12,96% dan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 14,08%. Abstract

The enhancement of professional skills of Islamic religious education teachers can be done with a professional coaching system through the KKG, as a platform to anticipate various problems that teachers encountered in conducting learning activities in the classroom, In addition, teachers can exchange thoughts, raise problems together in the KKG, solve and find the best way together and assisted by the facilitator and teacher of the subjects. The research aims to determine the level of achievement of KKG of Islamic religious education at elementary school level, in Masohi regency of Maluku Tengah. The study uses evaluative research methods on KKG activities of the PAI subjects using a goal-oriented evaluation model developed by Ralph Winfred Tyler. Where the focus is on research into the level of goal achievement. The collection of data conducted in the evaluation study of KKG's activity program of PAI's subjects in Masohi, was conducted using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The subjects in this study were principals, PAI teachers, and the KKG-PAI manager of Masohi. The results showed that the result of input evaluation related to KKG capacity includes activity activities KKG PAI has an average score, 84.21%, management performance KKG PAI has an average score of 90.07%, facilities and infrastructure KKG has a score an average of 82.91%, KTSP availability in school member KKG has a score of 93.65%. The implementation of learning has an average score of 87.36%, and the learning results assessment has an average score of 84.13%. Overall evaluation of inputs related to the capacity of KKG PAI Masohi is in good category. Meanwhile, for aspects of the output related to the competency of teachers in the school, members of the KKG, have a 91.2% of the average value of the teacher's competence

Abstract

 Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of PAI learning programs (al-Qur'an hadith, akidah ahlak, fikhi and SKI) using the evaluation of the stake countanance model program. The evaluation research includes three components, namely the components antecedent, transaction, and outcomes Thisresearch is a qualitative research using the countanance evaluation model. Data collection is carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through three lines of activities that occur simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the PAI learning program had been implemented well. Based on the 7 aspects of evaluation contained in the antecendent component (curriculum, human resources, facilities and infrastructure) transaction (learning planning, implementation of learning and learning assessment) and outcomes (absorption of graduates in the world of work and universities) in general have gone well, but it is necessary to improve aspects of learning implementation on indicators of learning methods and the use of media learning.Keywords: Evaluation, PAI Learning, Stake Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program pembelajaran PAI (al-Qur’an hadits, akidah ahlak, fikhi dan SKI) dengan menggunakan evaluasi program model stake countanance. Penelitian evaluasi meliputi tiga komponen yaitu komponen antecedent, transaction, dan outcomes. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi countanance. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa program pembelajaran PAI telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Berdasarkan dari 7 aspek evaluasi yang terdapat dalam komponen antecendent (Kurikulum, SDM, sarana dan prasarana) transaction (perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran) dan outcomes (keterserapan lulusan di dunia kerja dan perguruan tinggi) secara umum telah berjalan dengan baik, namun perlu peningkatan pada aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada indikator metode pembelajaran dan penggunaan media pembelajaran.Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Pembelajaran PAI, Stake
