Abstract

Penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank merupakan hal yang sangat penting, tidak hanya untuk kepentingan stakeholder melainkan juga untuk kepentingan perusahaan itu sendiri. Dengan mengetahui kondisi kesehatan bank, manajemen bisa lebih mudah dalam menentukan arah kebijakan jalannya perusahaan ke depan. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, perbankan harus memperhatikan aspek risiko yang mungkin diakibatkan dari kegiatan operasionalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kesehatan dan potensi financial distress pada bank BNI Syariah dari tahun 2014 sampai 2018. Penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank sangat penting baik untuk stakeholder maupun untuk kepentingan pengambilan keputusan bagi manajemen bank itu sendiri. Tingkat kesehatan bank dibagi menjadi lima kategori yaitu “Sangat Sehat” yang dipersamakan dengan Peringkat Komposit 1 (PK-1), “Sehat” yang dipersamakan dengan Peringkat Komposit 2 (PK-2), “Cukup Sehat” yang dipersamakan dengan Peringkat Komposit 3 (PK-3), “Kurang Sehat” yang dipersamakan dengan Peringkat Komposit 4 (PK-4), dan “Tidak Sehat” yang dipersamakan dengan Peringkat Komposit 5 (PK-5). Metode penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank telah mengalami berbagai perubahan mulai dari CAMEL, CAMELS, dan yang terakhir dan saat ini digunakan adalah RGEC. RGEC mengukur empat komponen yaitu Risk Profile yang diproksikan melalui NPF dan FDR, GCG yang diproksikan melalui PDN, Earnings yang diproksikan melalui ROA, ROE, NI, dan BOPO, serta Capital yang diproksikan melalui CAR. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, dan Capital) dalam analisis laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bank BNI Syariah dari tahun 2014 sampai 2018 masuk dalam peringkat PK-2 dan dinyatakan sehat serta tidak berpotensi mengalami financial distress.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research to get to analysis of internship and entrepeneurship course with organizational experience as moderating variables career decisions in management students at the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel. This data collection from questionnaires conducted by alumni and students of the Management Study Program of the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya in the 2018 batch. Sampling was using a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 111 respondents. In this case use partial least square analysis with the result from this data analysis showed that internship variable has a positive and significant effect on the career decision variable, entrepeneurship course variable has no influence on the career decision variable, organizational experince variable is not able to moderate the effect of internship variable on career decision variable, and organizational experience variable is not able moderate the effect of entrepreneurship course variable on career decision.

Abstract

Economic transformation in the Islands requires a comprehensive and multi-sectoral approach to create inclusive and sustainable development. This research aims to identify and analyze strategies that can drive economic growth in the islands, while ensuring inclusiveness and environmental sustainability. Descriptive qualitative analysis and case study methods were used to explore how integration between sectors can enhance the economic, social and environmental value of the islands. The results show that collaboration between the agriculture, fisheries, tourism and renewable energy sectors can create synergies that strengthen island economies. The proposed economic transformation model emphasizes local community empowerment, sustainable use of natural resources, and technological innovation. This research provides insights into how island regions can address their economic, social and environmental challenges, and offers policy recommendations for stakeholders at the local, national and international levels.

Abstract

The growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is crucial for Indonesia’s economic and environmental sustainability. However, little is known about how Islamic financial inclusion and sustainability mindsets work together to enhance sustainable business performance in this sector. This study explores the combined impact of Islamic financial inclusion and sustainability mindset on the financial sustainability of East Java’s MSMEs, with green entrepreneurial orientation as a mediating factor. Using a quantitative approach, data was gathered from 115 sharia-compliant MSMEs through structured surveys and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results confirm that both Islamic financial inclusion and a sustainability mindset positively influence sustainable financial performance, with green entrepreneurial orientation playing a partial mediating role. Interestingly, the strength of these relationships varies depending on business models. The study bridges Islamic finance principles with sustainability theories, offering empirical evidence for policymakers designing Islamic finance initiatives to support MSME sustainability. It also emphasizes the need for MSMEs to integrate financial accessibility with eco-conscious thinking. These findings contribute to the ongoing discussion on aligning Islamic finance with sustainable development in emerging markets, providing practical guidance for businesses and regulators alike.

Abstract

Inventory management is a crucial aspect in improving operational efficiency, particularly for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) such as grocery stores. This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the First In First Out (FIFO) method on operational efficiency at Reni Grocery Store. Prior to applying FIFO, the inventory system in the store was poorly organized, often resulting in losses due to expired or damaged goods. Since March 2025, FIFO has been implemented by placing older items at the front of the shelves, while new items are consistently placed at the back, accompanied by routine checks of expiration dates. This research employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with the store owner as the main subject. The findings indicate that FIFO positively influences operational efficiency, as reflected by reduced expired goods, improved stock recording, and more organized product flow. These results are consistent with previous studies, such as Pratama & Sari (2020), which showed FIFO reduced losses by up to 25%, as well as Suharto et al. (2021) and Rahman (2022), who emphasized that FIFO enhances stock accuracy and distribution efficiency. Nevertheless, this study also reveals limitations, including limited storage space and a lack of manpower for routine checks, which prevent FIFO implementation from being fully optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the motor vehicle tax amnesty program and taxpayer responses to the policy at the West Surabaya SAMSAT office. The tax amnesty program is viewed as a strategic fiscal policy designed not only to increase regional revenue but also to ease the financial burden on the public, particularly among lower-income groups. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation process and policy impacts. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with SAMSAT officials and taxpayers, direct field observations, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, supported by source triangulation to ensure validity. The findings indicate that the implementation was supported by digital service innovations such as SMS Push and WhatsApp Push, incentives including fine elimination and an Umrah lottery, as well as law enforcement strategies like joint operations and layered warning letters. Overall, taxpayer responses were positive, as reflected in increased compliance, although potential moral hazard may arise if the program is implemented repeatedly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Alfatih Indo Teknologi, Kediri branch. In the context of increasingly fierce business competition, improving employee performance has become a key factor in the success of a company. Therefore, this study is important to understand the factors that influence employee productivity and how these two variables can be utilized to improve organizational performance. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 employees of PT. Alfatih Indo Teknologi Kediri, supported by secondary data from relevant literature. The results of the analysis show that both job satisfaction and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Specifically, job satisfaction has a greater influence than work motivation, with path coefficients of 0.613 and 0.147, respectively. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.501 indicates that approximately 50.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these two variables. These findings emphasize the importance of improving the work environment, incentives, and motivation programs to increase employee productivity and well-being. The main conclusion of this study is that companies need to focus on improving job satisfaction as a strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan program Coffe Morning terhadap keterbukaan komunikasi karyawan di PT. Lintech Duta Pratama. Perusahaan ini menerapkan budaya islami yang menekankan religiusitas, disiplin, kebersamaan, dan saling menghormati serta melaksanakan Coffee Morning rutin sebagai sarana komunikasi informal antara manajemen dan karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi langsung, partisipasi aktif, dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, meningkatkan loyalitas, dan memperkuat rasa memiliki, sedangkan Coffee Morning berpeeran efektif dalam mengurangi hambatan hierarki dan mempererat hubungan interpersonal. Kombinasi keduanya terbukti memperkuat keterbukaan komunikasi, meningkatkan partisipasi dan inovsi karyawan, serta mendukung terciptanya suasana kerja yang produktif dan kondusif di PT. Lintech Duta Pratama.
