Abstract

E-learning is a learning method that using electronic media as teaching materials to students. The definition of E-learning is very wide, which by terminology associated with online learning. Elearning in Bina Nusantara University is an E-learning which is done by online learning named as Binus Online Learning. Binus Online Learning applying the blended learning as a combination of online learning and face-to-face learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-learning system and learning habits towards the online and regular students of MMSI and MTI major. Data were taken from 210 respondents of regular and online active student of Bina Nusantara University, and analyzed with the Pearson product moment parametric correlation using SPSS 21 as tools. Further research was conducted to compare the competence between regular and online class based on MMSI and MTI major using cross tabulation and one way ANOVA to significant difference test.

Abstract

Area yang digunakan untuk mengelola proses komersialisasi dalam pengisian ruangan disebut sebagai area komersial. PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) menerapkan proses tender dalam pengelolaan area komersial berdasarkan Commercial Space Plan yang telah disepakati. Banyaknya ruang kosong di Area komersial di BandaraSepinggan Balikpapan menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya pemanfaatan area komersial di area Bandara sehingga tidak maksimalnya pendapatan perusahaan yang didapatkan dari pemanfaatan area komersial.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ialah mengetahui komponen Sistem Informasi Tender Area Komersial dan mengetahui Perancangan Sistem Informasi Tender Area Komersialdi PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Bandara Sepinggan Balikpapan. Perancangan menggunakan metode Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) sedangkan analisis dilakukan pada proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan yang selanjutnya hasil analisis dituangkan dalam perancangan sistem informasi Tender Area Komersial berupa aplikasi web yang dapat membantu kegiatan pelaksaan tender. Sistem informasi Tender Area Komersial ini memudahkan bagi PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) dan calon mitra usaha dalam memberikaninformasi tender yang sedang berjalan dari mulai pendaftaran, pemilihan paket tender, pengumpulan dokumen dan pengumuman hasil tender.

Abstract

Teknologi saat ini sudah semakin berkembang seperti penerapan modul e-procurement yang merupakan salah satu modul pada e-business untuk menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Dalam proses bisnis pengadaan barang non produksi di PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur kendaraan roda empat, sudah menerapkan e-procurement menggunakan modul pemesanan Material Management (MM) pada System Application and Product (SAP). Namun masih ada permasalahan dalam penggunaan modul tersebut yaitu proses persetujuan Purchase Requisition (PR) dan Purchase Order (PO) masih menggunakan kertas serta tidak dapat dilakukan pemantauan informasi status persetujuan secara terkini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi baru yang dapat menjawab kebutuhan user, memberikan informasi terkini dari status persetujuan PR dan PO, menyediakan fitur persetujuan elektronik PR dan PO, dan menyediakan fitur unduh PO. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) dalam melakukan analisa dan perancangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan sistem informasi baru yang dapat menjawab kebutuhan user dan sistem. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemantauan status terkini dari sisa budget juga persetujuan PR dan PO, pembuatan serta persetujuan PR dan PO secara online, pengunduhan PO oleh vendor melalui sistem, dan pengaturan hak akses dan peran login karyawan.

Abstract

PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility (GMF) is a member of Garuda Indonesia, which provides free ticket facilities every year for its permanent employees. However, most of its employees have problems in making tour package reservations due to the lack of knowledge of tourist attractions. The purpose of this research is to provide solutions for PT. GMF employees in making tour package reservations, and it can be the solution for Koperasi Karyawan Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia Sejahtera (KopKar GMF AAS) business opportunities in tourism sector. This research is using the interview method, observation, and literature review to compile the research supporting data, whereas the analysis method and design is using object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD). The result of this research is a form of system design which provides convenience for the employees who are making tour package reservations, as well as a business solution for KopKar GMF AAS. PT. GMF employees as the user of the tour package reservations user, and KopKar GMF AAS as the admin (administrator) of the system. The analysis and the development of this tour package reservations system include four main processes, which are creating travel plan, booking the travel package, payment confirmation, and managing transactions.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to design an Information system of Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu), especially to toddlers, pregnant women, and the elderly to support the performance of the Community Asisstance in Kalyanamitra Foundation. The analysis using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with waterfall model and the design using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method with defining all objects interaction which are described by the UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram. The analysis was applied on current working system and the result became the basis for designing a Posyandu web-based information system to assist the implementation of Posyandu for toddlers, pregnant women, and the elderly, especially in registering, documenting and storing data, and reporting which correspond to organizational needs. Posyandu information system supports Kalyanamitra Foundation's program in intervening with local government to improve the quality of Posyandu services and facilities.
