Abstract

The Fuzzy Logic concept was first introduced by Prof. Lotfi Zadeh from the University of California at Berkeley in 1965, and presented not as a control methodology, but as a way of processing data by allowing the use of partial set membership compared to the crisp set membership or non-membership. Along with the development of computer technology, the concept of fuzzy logic is increasingly needed by people, because this concept is able to provide information needed in the decision making process. This study aims to analyze and design intelligent systems to monitor the health development of inpatients. The method used is the Fuzzy Logic method. This method will predict the level (degree) of health of each patient based on the amount of drug use and the durationof diagnosis process. The tools used to analyze and design the system are Unified Modeling Language. The results of this research are monitoring the health development of patients using the Fuzzy Logic method.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kota Medan sebagai kota sentral ekonomi di daerah Sumatera Utara adalah kota yang mempunyai perkembangan yang tumbuh dengan pesat. Dengan berdirinya Hermes Place Polonia di kota Medan maka akan menimbulkan tarikan dan bangkitan lalu-lintas pada jalan–jalan sekitar Hermes Place Polonia dan akan menambah volume lalu lintas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja lalu lintas pada ruas jalan yang terpengaruh oleh adanya pusat kegiatan Hermes Place Polonia. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui karakteristik lalu lintas adalah MKJI ‘97.Data yang digunakan adalah data geometrik jalan, data arus dan komposisi lalu lintas.Volume lalu lintas maksimum Jln. W.Mongonsidi (arah Jln. Juanda) yang terjadi pada waktu pengamatan pukul 16.30-16.35 adalah sebesar 1141.2 smp/jam dengan kecepatan ruang rata-rata 29,67 km/jam. Dan volume lalu lintas maksimum Jln. W.Mongonsidi (arah Jln. Jamin Ginting) sebesar 1598.4 smp/jam dengan kecepatan ruang rata-rata 25,03 km/jam. Nilai Kapasitas Jln. W.Mongonsidi sebesar 1599,84 smp/jam. Nilai derajat kejenuhan Jln. W.Mongonsidi (arah Jln. Juanda) sebesar 0,88 dan Jln. W.Mongonsidi (arah Jln. Jamin Ginting) sebesar 0,99. Kata kunci: kinerja, MKJI 1997.

Abstract

This research discusses about Japan Interest Conducted Waste Water Cooperation With Environmental Official Of North Sumatera At Lake Toba On 2013 – 2014. This cooperation conducted by implemented kind of technology of Japan was Johkasou. The cooperation was happened because of Japan have special interest on economic and politic over lake Toba through Johkasou. This research used research eksplanation method because the researcher was used hypotesis in this research. Eksplanation reseach methods was used to analys corelation among variables of hypotesis. Technique to collect data were using field research and library research. Field research conducted by interviews with Consul General of Japan in city of Medan, Supervisor of Waste Water of Environmental Official of North Sumatera, and The Head Department of Waste Water of Environmental Official of North Sumatera. The rest data were collected from news, internet, magazine and journal. The researcher used international cooperation theory by Joseph Greico. The result of this research conclude that Japan Interest Conducted Waste Water Cooperation With Environmental Official Of North Sumatera Around of Lake Toba at 2013 – 2014 were Japan economic interest to extend the market of Johkasou trading, Japan political interest to harmonized friendship with Environmental Official of North Sumatera, Japan interest to build the image of technology of Johkasou in front of Indonesian society.Keywords: Economic Politic Interest, Johkasou, International Cooperation
