Abstract

Mitra dalam program PKM ini adalah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta (MTS.s) Lab. IKIP Al Washliyah yang berlokasi di Jl. Garu II A No.02, Kelurahan Sitirejo II, Kecamatan Amplas, Kota Medan yang memiliki jumlah guru sebanyak 25 orang yang terdiri dari 18 orang guru senior, dan 7 orang guru muda. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan guru bidang studi Biologi dan Matematika, diketahui bahwa guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengajar online untuk era new normal. Kegiatan pembelajaran inovatif dan kreatif akan membangkitkan rasa percaya diri dan minat siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, bukan hanya sekedar mendengar atau mengerjakan tugas tulis tangan, sehingga guru berkarakter juga akan menghasilkan kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai dengan generasi, hingga tumbuh kreativitas tanpa batas dalam pembelajaran. Sesuai dengan era 4.0, penilaian abad 21 dan era new normal melalu media sosial yang mudah berkembang dan kemudahan siswa mengikuti trend atau disebut dengan viral, jika dikaitkan dengan pembelajaran akan memberikan kontribusi kegiatan yang menyenangkan bahkan menarik. Metode pelaksanan dilakukan dengan program TGT, dengan langkah (1) kelompok kolektif guru (2) Orientasi melalui pelatihan kegiatan dirinigi kegiatan inkuiri terbimbing (3) kegiatan Tournament (4) penghargaan kepada kelompok kolektif (5) evaluasi dengan menyebar angket skala Likert (7) kegiatan keberlanjutan melalui bukti share video peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini membuka pemikiran setiap guru bahwa pembelajaran era new normal akan mudah jika guru mampu memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi, lingkungan hingga mampu menemukan cara-cara baru yang menyenangkan sehingga peserta didik bukan hanya focus belajar dengan buku namun belajar karena mengalaman hingga terlibat langsung dengan bahagia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze classroom management in improving student learning outcomes. The type of research carried out is qualitative research, with a descriptive approach and the sampling in this study uses purposive sampling, where the sample is taken based on certain meanings and objectives, so that the sample in this study was 30 students of class II MIN 10 Central Aceh. The results of this study indicate an increase in learning outcomes after classroom management is carried out. From the results above, it can be seen that there is an increase after being given class management. In the very low category, it shows that there is 1 person who has very low learning outcomes or as much as 3.5%, while after being given class management there is no very low category. Then in the low category there are 8 people or as many as 26.6% who have low learning outcomes and after being given class management there is only 1 person who has a low category of learning outcomes. Meanwhile in the medium category there are 33.3% or 10 people who have the moderate category before class management is carried out, and after class management is carried out there are 40% or as many as 12 people who have the medium category of learning outcomes. In the high category before class management was carried out there were 6 people or as many as 20% who had good learning outcomes, after the high category class management there were 10 people or 33.3% who had good learning outcomes. In the very high category there are 5 people or as many as 16.6% who have good learning outcomes, and after being given class management there are 7 people or as many as 23.3% who have very high learning outcomes categories. Thus there is an increase between before being given class management and after being given class management

Abstract

Pelatihan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di Menteng raya Kota Medan ditujukan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan kaca sisa. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menggunakan teknik CBR (Community, Based, Research) diaman metode ini mempunyai empat tahapan yakni konsep dasar, perencaan program, pengumpulan data dan analisis serta evaluasi. Pelatihan ini dilakukan selama 6 bulan dimulai dari menunggu kaca sisa , membuat barang dari kaca sisa, sampai menjual barang tesebut. Hasil kegiatan ini masyarakat mampu untuk meningktakn kreativitasnya dan mampu menjual barang yang terbuat dari kaca sisa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of PPKn teachers in shaping the character of students at SMAN 11 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive data analysis. The source of data in this study was obtained from direct interviews with PPKn teachers at SMAN 11 Medan. The data collection of this study used interviews, observations and documenting methods. The data analysis technique used is grouping data, identifying, describing, and analyzing one by one to get the desired results and can draw conclusions from the data. The results showed that PPKn teachers at SMAN 11 Medan played a role in shaping the character of students
