Abstract

This study aims to improve students' communication ethics with lecturers through Whatsapp media with simulation techniques. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, using two cycles and consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, where the sample was taken based on the needs and specific objectives of this study, so that the sample that was daimbil was the 7th semester students of the PIAUD si STAIN Gajah Putih Takengon study program, totaling 27 people. The results of this study indicate an increase in student ethics in communicating with lecturers through Whatsapp media using whatsapp media in presiklus, cycle 1 and cycle 2.

Abstract

This study aims to see how much student self-control increases in using smartphones through the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach. This study used the PTK (Classroom Action Research) method, using two cycles and in each cycle there were four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The sample in this study were 30 students of the PGMI study program at the Takengon State Islamic Institute. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in self-control in smartphone use that occurs in the pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2 using the REBT technique. In the very low category presiklus there are 3 people, in cycle 1 there is 1 person and there is no very low category in cycle 2. The low category in the presicycle there were 14 people, in cycle 1 there were 8 people, and cycle 2 there were 1 person, in the medium category, there were 5 people in the presicycle, cycle 1 there were 10 people and cycle 2 there were 12 people. Meanwhile, in the pre-cycle high category there were 4 people, in cycle 1 there were 6 people, and cycle 2 10 people. In the very high category, there were 4 people in the presiklus, 5 people in cycle 1 and cycle 2 there were 7 people. Thus there is an increase in student self-control in smartphone use after being given the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) technique.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze classroom management in improving student learning outcomes. The type of research carried out is qualitative research, with a descriptive approach and the sampling in this study uses purposive sampling, where the sample is taken based on certain meanings and objectives, so that the sample in this study was 30 students of class II MIN 10 Central Aceh. The results of this study indicate an increase in learning outcomes after classroom management is carried out. From the results above, it can be seen that there is an increase after being given class management. In the very low category, it shows that there is 1 person who has very low learning outcomes or as much as 3.5%, while after being given class management there is no very low category. Then in the low category there are 8 people or as many as 26.6% who have low learning outcomes and after being given class management there is only 1 person who has a low category of learning outcomes. Meanwhile in the medium category there are 33.3% or 10 people who have the moderate category before class management is carried out, and after class management is carried out there are 40% or as many as 12 people who have the medium category of learning outcomes. In the high category before class management was carried out there were 6 people or as many as 20% who had good learning outcomes, after the high category class management there were 10 people or 33.3% who had good learning outcomes. In the very high category there are 5 people or as many as 16.6% who have good learning outcomes, and after being given class management there are 7 people or as many as 23.3% who have very high learning outcomes categories. Thus there is an increase between before being given class management and after being given class management
