Abstract

Analisis “two way communication” Pimpinan Dalam Meningkatkan Pembinaan Kedisiplinan Pegawai Pada Kantor Satpol PP Kabupaten Tanah Laut.  Latar belakang penelitian ini dilakukan, karena peranan “two way communication”Kasatpol PP sangat penting dalam Meningkatkan Pembinaan Kedisiplinan Pegawai Pada Kantor Satpol PP Kabupaten Tanah Laut.Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui betapa pentingnya peranan “two way communication” Pimpinann Dalam Meningkatkan Pembinaan Kedisiplinan Pegawai Pada Kantor Satpol PP Kabupaten Tanah Laut.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif-korelational. Penelitian deskriptif-korelational artinya peneliti berusaha menggambarkan dan kemudian mencoba menghubungkan adanya kaitan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependenHasil Penelitian yang dilakukan, dalam mengatasi hambatan peranan two way communication” sangat penting dalam Meningkatkan Pembinaan Kedisiplinan Pegawai Pada Kantor Satpol PP Kabupaten Tanah Laut, seperti: melaksanakan “two way communication” secara kontinyu; menjalan “two way communication” secara kontinyu; Efektifkan peranan “two way communication” dalam organisasi; Harus terjalinnya “two way communication” antara pimpinan dan bawahan dan sebaliknya; dan dengan adanya “two way communication”, maka diharapkan Kasatpol PP berani dalam mengambil tindakan terhadap pelaku pelanggaran.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Banjarbaru dengan mengusung tema meningkatkan literasi digital untuk memerangi penyebaran hoaks. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, 28 November 2023 dengan bentuk pelaksanaan kegiatan yang terdiri dari ceramah penyampaian materi, sosialisasi, dan diskusi tanya jawab.  Sementara evaluasi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan PKM dengan analisis hasil pelaksanaan dalam bentuk analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Banjarbaru dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini mengedukasi para siswa bagaimana tentang cara memverifikasi informasi online, meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai risiko penyebaran hoaks, serta memberikan keterampilan dalam menggunakan media digital secara bijak untuk mengurangi penyebaran informasi palsu Kata kunci : Hoax, Sosial Media, Pengabdian, Edukasi, Literasi Digital ABSTRACT: This service activity was carried out at SMPN 2 Banjarbaru with the theme of increasing digital literacy to combat the spread of hoaxes. This service activity was carried out on Tuesday, November 28 2023 day with the form of implementation of the activity consisting of lectures delivering material, socialization, and question and answer discussions. Meanwhile, evaluation is carried out in PKM activities by analyzing implementation results in the form of descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the service activities carried out at SMPN 2 Banjarbaru, it can be concluded that this activity educates students on how to verify online information, increases understanding of the risks of spreading hoaxes, and provides skills in using digital media wisely to reduce the spread of false information. Abstract

The existence of frontliners has a very viral role in providing services to consumers, because they are the first people faced by consumers when interacting with companies. As a company representative, frontliners function to create a positive first impression through the attitude and service provided. The quality of service shown by the frontliner will greatly affect consumers' perception of the company, which can ultimately affect their purchasing decisions. Therefore, good interpersonal communication from the frontliner is key in creating a satisfying customer experience. This study aims to determine the influence of online frontliner interpersonal communication on purchase decisions in CVs. Borneo Store Banjarmasin. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to consumers who shop at CV. Borneo Store. The research sample is 73 people who are randomly selected using the *simple random sampling* technique. The collected data was then analyzed using a simple linear regression with reference to the AIDDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action) theory, which describes the stages in the consumer decision-making process. The results of the study show that good interpersonal communication from online frontliners has a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions. A simple linear regression test showed that the determination coefficient was 40.1% with a significance level of 0.001 (<0.05), which means that online frontliner interpersonal communication had a considerable influence on the purchase decision. These findings show that effective communication between frontliners and consumers, both in-person and online, is important for building relationships, creating trust, and driving purchasing decisions. Companies need to pay attention to the quality of frontliner communication, especially in the digital era, to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.  Keywords: Online Frontliner, Consumer, Purchase Decision, AIDDA Theory, Simple Linear Regression, Interpersonal Communication

Abstract

This study aims to understand how culturally-based communication contributes to the success of the program and to identify obstacles that arise in its implementation. Using a qualitative approach and case study method in Sungai Baru Village, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation with eight key informants. The results show that communication that prioritizes local values ​​such as deliberation (bapakat), mutual cooperation (basa banua), and the use of familiar and polite regional languages ​​can build closeness and increase community involvement. The process of disseminating information about the program follows five stages of innovation diffusion: knowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation, and confirmation, strengthened by the role of community leaders, social networks, and local communication media. However, this program is not without challenges, such as low awareness of the program's benefits, differences in communication styles between parties, social awkwardness, and limited supporting facilities. This study concludes that communication that aligns with community cultural values ​​is key to the success of implementing an environment-based program oriented towards community participation.
