Abstract

Ready to serve food is food that has been cooked and stored, either using preservatives or by various storage methods. The object of this research is a producer of catfish frozen food in Sidoarjo. The limited yield of catfish from this business is due to the inadequate capacity of the pond and it only produces 2,000 catfish per harvest period. This organic catfish business still has not implemented a structured supply chain system; performance measurement has been focused on each business owner. The aim of this research was to measure the supply chain of organic catfish using the SCOR approach. It can be concluded that by selecting Supplier A will resolve the problem. Based on the 19 performance indicators, there were three marked red indicators in the Traffic Light System that were needed to be improved.

Abstract

PT Naku Freight Indonesia (NFI) is engaged in food retail. The inbound and outbound processes include receiving, storing, replenishing, picking, packing and shipping. This process must prioritize the principles of work effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and work safety. The company has implemented a Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) System. One way to implement the QSHE System is by applying Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke (Concise, Neat, Clean, Caring, and Diligent) (5S). The 5S method is applied because frequent work equipment placement is not in place. The application of this method is expected to increase work productivity and effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of application and effectiveness of the 5S Method at PT NFI. The resulting conclusions were: The percentage of achievement in implementing 5S included the application of seiri (sorting) by 100%, seiton (structuring) by 100%, seiso (cleaning) by 100%, seiketsu (stabilization) by 100%, and shitsuke (habituation) by 75 %. The results of this percentage indicated that there was 1 (one) aspect of 5S that has not been applied as a whole, namely Shitsuke. So it can be concluded that the application of Shitsuke at PT NFI has not yet run optimally. If the measurement of the percentage of 5S application was converted into a predicate (qualitative): the application of seiri (sorting), seiton (structuring), the application of seiso (cleaning), seiketsu (stabilization) was carried out "effectively", while the application of shitsuke (habituation) was still running "sufficiently effective"

Abstract

Kedungsumur village is one of the villages in the Krembung Sub-district of Sidoarjo Regency which has problems with the provision of clean water. Since 2014 the Kedungsumur village has received assistance from the local government in the form of deep wells to meet the needs of clean water. The clean water supply system is then managed by an agency called the Management Agency for Water Supply and Sanitation Facilities (MAWSSF) Tirto Wening. As time went by, the number of MAWSSF Tirto Wening clean water customers continued to increase which caused difficulties for administrators to recap their income and monthly expenses. In addition, the BP SPAMS management did not know the direction of the target to be achieved the following year. By this meeting, through the community partnership program from Kemenristekdikti, will provide science and technology assistance to improve the MAWSSF and at the same time provide an overview through simulation of future income and expenditure by using data pre-existing data. The results of this community partnership program show that customer identification in the form of tables has specified the address, the last date of payment, and the total volume of clean water usage, the number of customers until June 2018 there are 234 new customers, and the simulation results show that in January 2018 the board Manager of Water Supply and Sanitation Facilities (MAWSSF) Tirto Wening has been able to affix a profit of Rp.4,560,000.00.
