Abstract

Diet foods and beverages that are consumed on a regular basis every day, the amount and type of food needed in certain situations, such as the decrease or increase the weight. Diit done depends on age, weight, health condition of the number of activities carried out in a day. Destination Therapy Diit to obtain a good nutritional status, improve nutritional deficiency, resting the organs, adjust the intake / intake with the bodys ability, and weight change when necessary. At Mayang Hospital Medical Centre (MMC) Jambi pengecekkan patients do diet meal every day from the beginning of admission until discharge (recovered / died). Nutrition section shall ask the nurse the patients condition or a change in diet: eat patient at admission. The system used for this is still done by hand, thus slowing in the service of patients and wasting a lot of time to monitor changes and developments in the patients health. For it is necessary to build a Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 application that aims to simplify the user to access any data that is needed, can reduce errors in feeding the patient as needed. The system will be built is designed so that users can shorten the time to process each data to be processed. With this application is expected to speed up data processing of patient food diet.

Abstract

Abstract - ENT (ear, nose and throat) disease is a health problem suffered by many people without knowing the season. Public understanding of ENT diseases is still very poor, it is unfortunate that the actual symptoms can be dealt with early into a more serious illness due to lack of knowledge. In RSUD H. Abdul Manap to consult a doctor must go through several stages from registering at the registration, then to the medical record then to the ENT polyclinic, then the patient must wait for an incoming call to see a doctor to consult or check the patients illness and if the doctor is not available, the patient should wait until the doctor arrives. Things like that can be facilitated by the expert system is a computer program that mimics the knowledge and thought processes of experts in solving a particular problem. In this study made expert system using certainty factor method (factor certainty). Inputs in this system are patient data, symptom data, disease data, knowledge data and polling data. The output of this system in the form of patient data reports, symptoms data, disease data, knowledge data, diagnosis results, and the results of the poll. This system provides an initial diagnosis of ENT disease based on symptoms experienced by the patient. In this system used certainty factor method to provide the level of certainty against ENT disease suffered by the patient. The results showed that this expert system can help the doctors work become easier so as to give the diagnosis of ENT disease.             Keywords: Expert System, ENT Disease, Certainty Factor

Abstract

Abstrak - Desa Lambur Luar Office is a government institution that serves the community in various needs. One of them is data collection of population, death data, birth data, and processing in the form of monthly report. In the data processing there is still information that can be accessed by data, which amounts altogether, because the number of heads of household in one house, so when the population data is often error, besides the data processing of population in Desa Lambur Luar also still using manual system, the data is still stored in the books agenda. To overcome these problems then needed a web-based information system applications so that data does not have a long time in search data, and easily find information that live in every home residents and the location of each homes residence by determining the cobalt point that can be seen through google maps. Abstract

Data Mining is technique extract useful and valuable information from very large database. The frequent occurrence of a void of raw material inventory for menus often purchased simultaneously by customers is the result of the lack of information about customer spending habits. So it is necessary to extract the information on the transaction data with association rules techniques to know the menu often purchased simultaneously by the customer. Association rules are also often called Market Basket Analysis (MBA), the algorithm used in association rules in this research is an a priori algorithm with sales menu transaction dataset. The results obtained from data processing sales transaction is combination of itemset Association support and confidence value. The information generated is by knowing the most widely sold products then the company can develop strategies by adding raw material inventory.

Abstract

ENT disease (ear, nose, and throat) is a health problem that many people suffer anytime and anywhere. However, many people still less knowledgeable about the diseases. It causes mild diseases that could be treated early, develop into serious illness due to lack of information about the symptoms.  RSUD H.Abdul Manap Jambi is one of the government hospitals. They  provides ENT clinic facilities for examinee ear, nose and throat diseases. Patient that want to consult or conduct an ENT examination with an ENT specialist should first register before they can see a doctor for consultation or examination. The expert system of ENT disease diagnosis is built with the aim to adopt expert knowledge (in this case, ENT specialists) so patients can do a preliminary examination of disorders related to ear problems, nose, and throat independently before seeing the doctor. This application could help them have early description obout the ENT diseases they suffer from.  Examination of the ssymptoms  processes by certainty factor where every symptom has certainty value that determined by the expert. Inputs in this system are patient data, symptom data, disease data, knowledge data and polling data. The outputs of this system are patient data reports, symptom data, disease data, knowledge data, diagnostic results, and poll results. The results show that this expert system can help the doctor's job become easier so it can give the diagnosis of ENT disease.
