Abstract

Sebagai salah satu bagian dari unit pemerintahan di Provinsi Jambi, diperlukan adanya laporan data presensi pegawai yang berfungsi sebagai informasi kehadiran setiap pegawai. Hal ini membutuhkan pengolahan data pembangunan pemerintahan daerah provinsi jambi dirasakan masih kurang efektif dan efisien. Mengingat banyaknya kendala dalam pembuatan laporan tersebut, maka dilakukan analisis berupa penelitian di salah satu unit organisasi pemerintahan provinsi jambi yaitu Kantor Badan Pembangunan Pemerintah Daerah (Bappeda) Provinsi Jambi. Hasil dari penelitian adalah dibutuhkannya sistem yang baru dalam Pengolahan Data Presensi Bappeda provinsi Jambi, Dengan memanfaatkan Borland Delphi 7 sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan Microsoft Access 2007 sebagai penyimpanan data, dibangunlah sebuah sistem baru barupa Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Presensi Pegawai. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil setelah melakukan penulisan laporan ini adalah dihasilkannya suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam pembuatan laporan Data Presensi.

Abstract

Di dalam media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia ini, dimana Multimedia sebagai bagian dari sistem komputerisasi dalam memberikan informasi yang bersifat interaktif. Pemakaian media pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran dapat membangkitkan keinginan dan minat yang baru, membangkitkan motivasi dan rangsangan kegiatan belajar, dan bahkan membawa pengaruh-pengaruh psikologis terhadap peserta didik. Penggunaan media pembelajaran pada tahap orientasi pengajaran akan sangat membantu keaktifan proses pembelajaran dan penyampaian pesan dan pembelajaran pada saat itu. Selain membangkitkan motivasi dan minat, media pembelajaran juga dapat membantu peserta didik untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, menyajikan data dengan menarik dan terpercaya. Aplikasi alat bantu ajar ini dengan mengunakan adobe photoshoop, Power sound editor, Swishmax, dan AVS Video Editor 6.0.3 dimana text, gambar, animasi dan audio, dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut dapat menjadi sebuah animasi-animasi yang menarik untuk dijadikan media pembelajaran, yang digabungkan dengan menggunakan Adobe director 11.5 dalam menyusun obyek-obyek tersebut.

Abstract

Nursing process is a series of follow up nursing to do foster care nurses systematically, planned, ongoing, and professional. Students also sometimes bored and hard to understand with educated manpower just explained without clear visualization and advertising. It therefore in this case required the support and tools simplify the submission of material to the students let alone currently most students already have a laptop/notebook. One of them is by building a stone tool learning multimedia-based learning process of Europass is more attractive, more interactive, the amount of teaching time may be reduced, the quality of student learning can be enhanced and the process of teaching and learning can take place where and at any time, as well as the learning attitude of students could be improved. Abstract

The author describes the application of this scientific data processing and data reporting sales information drugs at. Sapta Tama Sari Jambi part of data processing in order to facilitate the registration of drugs sales data in the process of selling data processing and reduce the risk of recording errors and simplify report in making the report . Making Application processing sales data and sales reports on PT . Sapta Tama Sari Jambi using Visual Basic 6.0 , MySQL to manage the data and databases , as well as to create a report using Data Report . Data or information relating to this research obtained through field studies and literature . The conclusion by the authors in making this application is data recording sales of drugs and medicines sales reports can be done in a computerized , reducing the risk of mistakes in preparing reports quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Retribution is a burden or costs awarded to a person in a country who receive certain services or facilities. Retribution is more specific, such as someone getting a particular service, then it must pay a fee on a regular basis. Terminal Alam Barajo Jambi City of Edinburgh is one of the terminals that are precisely located in the province of Jambi in Jambi located at Simpang area Rimbo City of Edinburgh, the terminal is set in the land transportation of passengers and arrange bus transportation levy acceptance of each bus passengers who will pass through or towards the town of Jambi, so the Terminal Alam Barajo including passenger terminals. Abstract

Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Livestock Jambi City has an annual activities that help animals to farmers' groups in the city of Jambi. Increasing number of people in the city of Jambi that make farmers' groups and the number of requests for assistance from the livestock farmer groups this causes the admin especially in the Division of Animal always update reports relating to data farmer groups. During the data processing system of cattle are still experiencing delays in the manufacturing process and still report frequent errors. This study aims to build an application system to help livestock farmers' groups, making it easier admin in data processing. The system was designed and built using Delphi 7.0 and MySQL database. Input data is data farmer groups, the data members of farmers and farm assistance data. While the output of the data report farmers, farm aid data reports and reports on the farm population farmer groups in the city of Jambi. The results showed with the construction Application Data Processing and Information Help Livestock Farmers Group data, the data processing and reporting of data help farm and farmer groups becomes easier, faster and data recording errors can be avoided. Abstract

Scholarship is a gift in the form of financial assistance given to individuals, which is intended to be used for the continuation of education pursued. Scholarship is a program of education in all schools and universities both public and private. Similarly, the Faculty of Science and Teaching Tarbiyah State Islamic Institute of Jambi in terms of scholarships are still having trouble because of the criteria used in determi ning the student is more appropriate for the scholarship. This research aims to develop a decision support system providing scholarships to students so that more minimize error correction candidate assessment in receipt of scholarships in order to obtain the assessment process more precise and accurate. This system is built using Borland Delphi 7.0. Input requirement is the student data, student alternative value, the final value of the student and the student's ranking results. If the needs of the process in the form of student data. The need for the output of student data report and report student rankings. The method used in this research is the method Profile Matching. This method outlines a process to compare the actual data values from a profile that will be judged by the value of the expected profile, so that can know the difference competence (also called gap). The results showed that the Decision Support System Profile Matching method can be used as a tool for the faculty in determining a student e ligible to receive a scholarship.

Abstract

Human resources within an enterprise organization is very important to support the progress and quality of a place of business in achieving its objectives. Promotion is a very important factor for employee career planning and also to rejuvenate a proposed positions. Mandiri Jaya Farm is one of the businesses engaged in poultry which until today still find problems in time will determine whether employees eligible or not to be given a promotion because promotion process is currently only based on factors long worked alone and did not see aspects other. This research aims to develop a decision support system of promotion so it minimizes the error correcting candidate assessment process in order to obtain a more precise and accurate assessment. This system is built using the programming language Visual Basic .NET 2008. The need is employee data input, the data position, variable data, data categories, the data niai, and data calculation profile matching. If the needs of the process in the form of employee data. The output of the report need to determine a suitable employee to gain promotion process. The method used in this research is the method Profile Matching. This method outlines a process of comparing the actual data values ​​from a profile that will be judged by the value of the expected profile, so it can be the difference competence (also called gap). The results showed that a decision support system Profile Matching method can be used as a tool for the Mandiri Jaya Farm in determining karyaan eligible to get a promotion.

Abstract

Diabetes or Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by high blood sugar levels over a long period of time. This condition occurs because the body cannot use blood sugar optimally. Diabetes can cause damage to the heart, blood vessels, eyes, kidneys, and nerves. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is one of the effective and popular classification methods in machine learning. Its advantages are simplicity and ease of implementation, even with small datasets. The application of this algorithm aims to classify diabetes mellitus and can help early detection of the disease based on the symptoms that appear. Consultation services for diabetes at the Klinik Pratama dan Apotek U.K. require several blood sugar tests, such as fasting blood sugar tests, blood sugar tests performed 2 hours after eating, and HbA1c tests. This diagnostic process takes quite a long time. Therefore, the Naïve Bayes method is used as a solution to generate predictions whether the patient is diagnosed positive or negative for diabetes. The application is built using Python programming which makes it easy to help process data. The output of this program model can be a recommendation in making an early diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. The expected result of this application is that the diagnostic process can be carried out more quickly and efficiently, thus providing significant benefits in diabetes-related health services.
