Abstract

Rental Praja is one of the Rental which is engaged in providing car rental services, which experience intense competition with similar rentals. For this reason, this rental is trying to improve the quality of its services so that it is not left by its customers. One effort that can be done so that the data processing process can be done better and get maximum results is by using an Android-based application. This study aims to assist Rental District in providing services to customers and providing car information and car booking transactions. This system is built using PHP Programming Languages ​​and MySQL databases. Inputs from this application are vehicle data, order data, confirmation data, transaction data, and category data. While the output is in the form of transaction data reports, confirmation data reports, order data reports and order details that customers will receive. The results show that this Car Rental Application is expected to be more helpful in Rental Cars especially in Mobile car rental booking transactions.

Abstract

Kwarda Pramuka Office Jambi Province is a scout movement organization in Jambi Province, which has the task of leading and controlling scout movements and scouting activities. But the information system that is used for data service and membership processing is still manual. This study aims to establish a membership data information system so that it is easier to obtain information about membership data services, registration of new members without having to go to the office of Kwarda Pramuka Jambi Province. This system was built based on the web using the Php programming language and MySQL database. Input from this application is activity data, gallery, admin, news, employees, members, and history. While the output is in the form of profiles, member registration and information on activities to be held by the Kwarda Pramuka Jambi Province. The results showed that with the web as a medium of information, the process of processing information data and activity agendas was more easily conveyed to the public such as the Kwartir Branch, Kwartir Branch, Front Cluster and especially Jambi Province Scouts and the general public easily knew some about Kwarda Scout Jambi Province.

Abstract

The Nurdin Hamzah Jambi School of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) is one of the computer science colleges established in 1992. During this time the data processing of the socialization and promotion of the Nurdin Hamzah Jambi STMIK is still done manually, that is, the socialization and promotion data processing is recorded on paper, and using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software so that the data collection and analysis of information dissemination and promotion process takes a very long time, data errors often occur and data searches are not so fast. The purpose of this research is to build an information system application that can later be used also as a means to process data dissemination and promotion. In making the Executive Information System for Socialization and Promotion used the PHP programming language. As well as using the Database using MYSQL. With the information system of the Executive Socialization and Promotion that was built, it made it easier for the staff of the socialization and promotion of STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi to process the socialization and promotion data effectively and efficiently. By inputting the data of the promotion team, school socialization, school actualization, schedule and budget so as to produce output in the form of a report on the promotion team, school socialization, school actualization, schedule and budget. The existence of the Executive Information System for Socialization and Promotion is expected to improve the performance of the socialization and promotion team at STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi.

Abstract

Sumber Battery in checking Accu (battery) of customers is still done manually by using existing battery checking tools and frequent errors in analyzing battery damage. So the results obtained are still ineffective and inefficient, because in the case of the checking process is not right. This makes the customer feel dissatisfied with the results of the checks carried out by the technicians because they often do not match the actual results. Therefore it is necessary to build an expert system in checking Accu (Battery) at the Battery Source Store. In conducting this research using the Forward Chaining method which is a search method or forward tracking technique that starts with existing information and merging rules to produce a conclusion or goal. This expert system was built by inputting checking data, damage type data, and check result data, then carrying out the Forward Chaining process by answering a list of questions to find out the symptoms in Accu damage (Aki), output data in the form of checking reports and solutions. The advantages of reports can be seen in Realtime and minimize the occurrence of human error. So the expected results can help employees in the reporting process to the owner of the Sumber Battery Store.

Abstract

STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi routinely rewards lecturers with the best tridarma performance of tertiary institutions every year. Through this award every lecturer is expected to be motivated to become better and always improve the quality of performance. In carrying out this assessment, STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi formed a special team. The problem faced by this team is the difficulty in determining the decision of lecturers who are chosen to be lecturers with the best tridarma performance with criteria that have subjective or uncertain nature quickly. To overcome these problems, a decision support system was designed for the assessment of lecturers with the best tridarma performance of tertiary institutions using the Weight Product Method (WP). This study aims to build a software application that can help give consideration to decision makers in the selection of lecturers with the best tridarma performance of tertiary institutions at STMIK Nurdin Hamzah Jambi using the Weight Product (WP) method. The input needs are in the form of lecturer data, assessment criteria data, sub criteria, tridarma lecturer performance data of lecturers, and criteria weight data. The criteria used cover 3 fields, namely: Education and Teaching, Research, and Community Service, which consists of Student Assessment, Peer Lecturer Assessment, Leadership/Management Assessment, Academic Qualification, Research, Journal, Training, Seminar, Community Service Society, and Academic Position. The output produced in the form of a report on the results of the selection assessment, reports in the form of graphics, and reports on the results of the performance evaluation of the three-tier lecturers of tertiary institutions. From the results of the evaluation evaluation of the performance of the tridarma of the lecturer of the Informatics Engineering Study Program in the even semester of the Academic Year 2018/2019, the highest score was obtained on behalf of Lucy Simorangkir, S.Kom, M.Kom. as a lecturer with the best Tridarma tertiary performance.

Abstract

The Information and Complaints Service Unit (UPIK) is a media for receiving and responding to information or input from the public related to government administration and public services to submit complaints, information and suggestions for the development of government services in Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency for the better. The aim is to facilitate the public in notifying or complaining of problems in urban development or government problems and issues related to inadequate public facilities. Because these problems can become obstacles to the progress of a government. During this time the public complaints system in Tanjab Timur Regency still uses sms so that it is less optimal, namely the absence of transparency or openness of information between admin and user. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new system, which is a web-based information service unit and public complaints service system that makes it easy for the public to submit complaints and this system is transparent or there is openness between the admin and user. Input data in the form of fire data, complaint data, attitude violence data, traffic traffic data, critical data, and message data to be processed and the output in the form of fire data reports, complaint data, attitude violence data, and traffic traffic data. By making this information system it is hoped that it can help the people of Tanjab Timur in making complaints or see other information about East Tanjab Regency more easily and transparently and transparently from the admin.

Abstract

Inventory is an activity and effort to provide records of the condition of facilities, items that have a laboratory. For educational institutions that have several laboratories it is very important to record facilities or inventory laboratory equipment and materials for activities, guidelines are obtained for preparing budgets or preparing for activities in the coming year, for example as learning. Muhammadiyah University (UM) is one of the universities in the city of Jambi in processing inventory data using Microsoft Word and there are several obstacles that are encountered, namely it is still difficult to record inventory. By paying attention to and also analyzing the problems faced, it is necessary to build a web-based information system with the aim of helping and making it easier for employees to be more efficient in processing equipment and goods inventory data quickly, accurately, on time, relevant and effectively so as to minimize errors. As small as possible and also optimize the performance of employees in the inventory of tools and goods. System input is in the form of inventory data, equipment and goods data, and transaction data. The data processing consists of the login process, the main menu display process, the inventory data menu display process, the tools and goods data menu display process, the transaction data menu display process, and the exit process. Output data in the form of goods data report. The expected result in this research is to make it easier to check the inventory data for tools and goods quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Along with the increasing needs of companies in managing and processing data for increasingly complex operational activities at this time, of course a data processing and management system is needed that has a high level of effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of this research is to build a Financial Information System for Palm Oil Production at PT. Mendalo Prima Intiland (MPI). With input requirements from the information system, namely admin data, harvesting employee data, position data, attendance data, harvest data, revenue data, and expenditure data. The form of the process carried out by the system to display the desired results in making process requirements information includes the login process, main menu display, harvesting employee data menu display, position menu display, attendance menu display, harvest menu display, salary menu data display, menu data display receipts and disbursements, as well as the supervisor menu display.The output requirements generated are in the form of information and reports that will be displayed in the form of harvest data reports, attendance data, salary data and salary slip data. This Financial Information System is a way to facilitate office administration in processing data, the expected results of a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL can fix all the shortcomings that exist in the old system.

Abstract

Desa Sumber Mulya is a village located in the North Bahar District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The population continues to grow every year in Desa Sumber Mulya along with the demands of the community both inside the village and outside the village for population administration services which of course demand to switch from a manual data collection system and population administration service to a more advanced administrative service system efficient and effective administrative data collection of its citizens. The purpose of this research is to make the population administration service system better and easier in terms of data processing. The input requirements include population data, social assistance data, and certificate data. The process needs are population data processing, social assistance data processing, and certificate data processing. Meanwhile, the output needs are in the form of population data reports and reports of certificates that have been processed previously. This web-based application is built to assist the Desa Sumber Mulya government in serving the activities of recording births, deaths, marriage certificates, and statements of introduction for family cards, identity cards, temporary resident certificates, residents moving in and out and collecting data on social assistance. So that the expected results in this study are to facilitate the population administration service system so that it is effective and efficient.

Abstract

Tower Bersama Infrastructure,Tbk is a company engaged in providing network tower services. Currently, the process of processing inventory stock maintenance data is still done manually, so it takes a long time and is less accurate. The purpose of this research is to build a Web-based inventory stock maintenance information system, to facilitate the data processing so that it becomes fast, precise and accurate. This information system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The input data needed are stock data, maintenance team data, supplier data, user data, incoming goods and outgoing goods. The process carried out is the process of incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, supplier data, and team data, while the output is in the form of stock data reports, maintenance team data reports, supplier data reports, incoming goods data reports, and outgoing goods data reports. The expected result of this research is to create a web-based inventory information system that can simplify inventory and speed up the process of delivering inventory information.
