Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership and Application of Fingerprint Attendance Model to Work Productivity With Work Discipline as Moderating Variable. In this research, sampling method used is accidental sampling method (non-probability sampling). In this study using three variables, independent variables are Leadership (X1) and Attendance Model Fingerprint (X2) with dependent variable is Productivity (Y) and moderating variable is Discipline (Z). Population in this research is employees at PT. ASTRA Daihatsu Motor, and samples are 85 respondents. The result of the research shows that Leadership variable is not able to moderate to Work Productivity, Fingerprint Attendance Model variable has a significant effect on Work Productivity, Work Discipline variable also has a significant effect on Work Productivity, Leadership and Work Discipline is not able to moderate to Work Productivity, Fingerprint and Discipline Attendance Model Work is also not able to moderate against Work Productivity.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sumber daya masyarakat Desa Kiarapandak Kecamatan Sukajaya Bogor agar memiliki nilai tambah. Adapun peningkatan Sumber Daya Masyarakat Desa dilakukan melalui Pemberdayaan UKM dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang Pertama meningkatkan produktivitas, rendahnya produktivitas disebabkan oleh rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia khususnya dalam bidang manajemen, organisasi, penguasaan teknologi, dan pemasaran, Kedua, memberikan Penyuluhan tentang mengelola keuangan sehingga dapat dijadikan modal, Ketiga, penguasaan teknologi, manajemen, informasi dan pasar. Adapun kegunaannya khususnya bagi masyarakat Desa Kiarapandak lebih menyadarkan masyarakat dan membuka wawasan mereka tentang arti peran UKM sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga baik sekarang maupun masa yang akan datang.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan UKM, peningkatan pendapatan rmah tangga, Penguasaan Manajemen This Community Service Program aims to increase the community resources of Kiarapandak Village, Sukajaya District, Bogor so that it has added value. The improvement of Village Community Resources is done through UKM Empowerment by providing counseling about the First increasing productivity, low productivity caused by low quality of human resources, especially in the fields of management, organization, technological mastery, and marketing, Second, providing Counseling about managing finances so that it can be made capital, Third, mastery of technology, management, information and markets. As for its use, especially for the people of Kiarapandak Village, they are more aware of the community and open their horizons about the meaning of the role of SMEs so that they can meet the needs of families both now and in the future.Keywords: Empowerment of SMEs, increasing household income, Management Mastery

Abstract

Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo 12 plus. Metode yang gunakan dalam pelatihan tersebut adalah metode ceramah dan praktek. Narasumber yang menjadi instruktur dalam pelatihan ini adalah dosen Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta dan dosen Universitas Esa Unggul, sebagai wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pelatihan ini sangat dibutuhkan para peneliti di Program Magister Akuntansi, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha karena belum ada yang menguasai pemanfaatan perangkat lunak ini dengan baik. Skill pengolahan data dengan perangkat lunak NVivo 12 Plus sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu proses penyelesaian penelitian riset kualitatif yang lebih efektif. Pelatihan ini fokus pada pemanfaatan perangkat lunak untuk pengolahan data hasil wawancara, pengolahan data dari portal berita, media sosial youtube dan literature review. Evaluasi dilakukan di akhir acara dengan menyebar pertanyaan-pertanyaan dalam google form, untuk mengetahui tingkat penguasaan peserta. Terjadi peningkatan penguasaan perangkat lunak pada mayoritas peserta pelatihan. Mayoritas peserta sudah bisa mandiri melakukan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo 12 plus.
