Abstract

The marketing strategy is an important thing for the sustainability of a business, therefore this research was conducted with the aim to find out the marketing strategy of the gacoan noodle culinary business in Karangtengah, Blitar City. Due to the many existing noodle restaurants, the competition in this business is getting tougher. Therefore, it is important for noodle restaurant business people to be able to provide satisfaction for consumers through quality products and services in order to compete in the noodle restaurant business. This study uses a qualitative method, for the data collection method used in this study is to conduct direct observation techniques or in-depth observations and interviews. The analysis tool is to use SWOT Analysis and SWOT Analysis Deming Cycle. Based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded and described that the marketing strategy of Gacoan Noodles can be said to be good, Gacoan Noodles sells its products both Offline and Online.

Abstract

Djembe is an icon of Blitar City, this is because the largest djembe handicraft industry center is in Blitar City. UD. Budi Luhur in Blitar City, East Java is one of the SMEs in the wood craft industry. UD. Budi Luhur is an UKM that moves to market its djembe products by exporting to foreign countries. The purpose of this study was to describe how the entrepreneurial strategy of UD. Budi Luhur in entering and marketing its products on the international market. This study also explains the application of entrepreneurial strategies to UD. Budi Luhur in increasing the export sales volume of kendang djembe handicrafts, as well as alternatives to maintain the entrepreneurial strategy that has been applied by UD. Budi Luhur in dealing with international markets. The research method used in this study was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study are primary data by conducting interviews with the owners of UD. Budi Luhur and the Regional Cooperative and SME Office, Blitar City and focus group discussion (FGD) together with the Tanggung Village Bubut Kayu Association which is a working partner of UD. Budi Luhur and secondary data in the form of documents related to the theme of this research. The results showed that exports were chosen by UD. Budi Luhur to enter the international market. UD. Budi Luhur applies growth, innovation, network, harvest / exit strategies by reading opportunities to develop markets, innovating products, creating good relationships with buyers and being able to form profitable networks and working with similar companies to meet market demand so as to maximize sales and increase the volume of export sales.

Abstract

Keberadaan kelompok tani Sapto Gati yang belum dapat dikenal keseluruh wilayah Blitar Raya disebabkan belum adanya sarana informasi yang digunakan sebagai media promosi dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi. Bergerak dari hal ini menjadi tandangan tersendiri bagi akademisi bidang Informatika untuk memfasilitasi tersedianya media tersebut.Tujuan kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah memberikan pengertian secara praktis petingnya teknologi informasi di era globalisasi saat ini kepada anggota kelompok tani dan anggota karang taruna. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan metode PALS, dimana peserta menjadi sangat berperan. Sosialisasi diawali dengan pemaparan dan resentasi aplikasi sistem informasi, yang bisa digunakan sebagai sarana promosi untuk kelompok tani dan karang taruna. Sosialisasi dihadiri oleh anggota kelompok tani dan anggota karang taruna. Diawali dengan pemaparan maksud dan tujuan sosialisasi, dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan pentingnya digitalisasi di era global serta didemonstrasikan aplikasi sistem informasi bagi kelompok tani dan beberapa aplikasi yang lain yang bisa menjadi sarana kelompok tani dalam mempromosikan keberadaan kelompok tani dan karang taruna. Selama proses sosialisasi peserta memberikan respon yang sangat positif yang ditunjukan dengan banyaknya pertanyaan untuk didiskusikan bersama dalamsetiap pemaparan. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah adanya kesepakatan bersama untuk melakukan kerjasama (MOU) untuk melanjutkan kegiatan serupa maupun dalam kegiatan yang lain.

Abstract

Village government as one of the government agencies that carry out public services must improve the quality of service in order to create satisfaction that can be felt by the community. However, there are still various arising issues in the community such as not meeting the people's expectations of the right to service that should be received by the community. Therefore, it is necessary to improve public services so that people's bad impression of the government can be fixed. The purpose of this study was to investigate and explain the implications of strategy and significant effect of service quality and organizational culture on the performance of village official and community satisfaction. This study adopted mixed method design. The results showed that service quality had a significant positive effect on village official performance; organizational culture had a significant positive effect on village official performance; service quality had a significant positive effect on community satisfaction; organizational culture had no significant effect on community satisfaction; village official performance had a significant positive effect on satisfaction community; and the implications of the strategy to improve village official performance and community satisfaction at Sanankulon Village Office were to include village officials in workshops to improve leadership competence and management of the village government, use finger print attendance continuously, create vision and mission, hold morning and end-of-the-day ceremonies, provide verbal and written warnings to undisciplined officials, and evaluate the criticisms and suggestions delivered by the community.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Retail Service, Marketing Mix, Product Quality, Word of Mouth on Consumer Satisfaction and Loyalty and Total Quality Management as an intervening variable. The respondents in this study were consumers who had bought at least two donut products at the IKM Donut Bu Sulastri, Kepanjenkidul Village, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar City. The respondents in this study were 100 people. The method used in this research is the Mix Method and the data is processed using SmartPLS. The research results that refer to 11 hypotheses submitted by researchers get positive or significant results and are weak or rejected. The results of this study are expected to be able to connect the theoretical implications and managerial implications for the company with the findings of the innovations and the strategy implications explained in the closing chapter in the concluding sub-section.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and understanding the development strategies of the De Classe Gelato & Coffe Blitar-East Java Business. The business development strategy of De Classe Gelato & Coffe Cafe is related to the methods used by the company to gain competitive advantage in each of the company's main businesses. This research was conducted using data processing methods and data analysis consisting of qualitative data analysis. Qualitative analysis is used to determine the company's environment to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by cafes. The results of this research are De Classe Gelato & Coffe Blitar conducting intensive strategies (market penetration, market development, and product development). 1) Market penetration, the company needs to increase the market share of a product or service through larger marketing efforts. 2) Market development, it needs to add distribution channels such as opening branches. 3) Product development that is increasing sales by increasing or modifying existing products. In addition, it must improve the quality of employees.

Abstract

Job satisfaction and work motivation of employee certainly cannot emerge by itself; it can be influenced by many factors. One of them is leadership, therefore this study was independent conducted with the aim of knowing and explaining the relationship and the influence of variables namely Good Governance, Super leadership, Organizational Culture on Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction. This study uses a mixed strategy method of Smart PLS and qualitative SEM analysis tools in the derming cycle model, especially the concurrent triangulation strategy as collecting qualitative data at the same time at the research stage, then comparing qualitative data with quantitative data to determine differences in combinations. After analysis, the results achieved in this research indicate that 1) Organizational Culture influences Job Satisfaction. 2) Organizational culture has no effect on work motivation. 3) Good Governance does not effect on Job Satisfaction. 4) Good Governance influences Work Motivation. 5) Work Motivation influences Job Satisfaction. 6) Super leadership has no effect on Job Satisfaction. 7) Super leadership does not effect on Work Motivation. From this analysis the suggested implication strategies that can be used to create employee satisfaction and motivation are to provide excellent service to work partners, revitalization or market development in each region. Conduct employee training "Job Rotation" and "On The Job Training", create exciting work routines and the best work environment for employees, as well as provide motivation to employees in the middle of work routines.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha tani benih padi Ciherang bersertifikat pada Kebun Benih Garum, Kabupaten Blitar, Jawa Timur, dalam aspek kelayakan ekonomi dan produktivitasnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi survei lapangan, wawancara dengan petani, serta analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif terkait biaya produksi, pendapatan, dan efisiensi usaha tani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha tani benih padi Ciherang bersertifikat memberikan keuntungan yang signifikan dengan rasio R/C lebih besar dari satu, yang menunjukkan kelayakan usaha. Faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi keberhasilan usaha tani meliputi penggunaan teknologi modern, dukungan penyuluhan pertanian, dan manajemen pengelolaan lahan yang efektif. Selain itu, sertifikasi benih berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kepercayaan pasar dan daya saing produk. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan akses petani terhadap teknologi, pembinaan berkelanjutan, serta kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung pengembangan benih bersertifikat.
