Abstract

Tujuan khusus dari ini kegiatan pelayanan masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya meningkatkan kualitas kerja dengan menerapkan K3 dan melengkapi APD yag diperlukan, peningkatan kebersihan UKM dan proses produksi, pemahaman kesadaran menjaga pentingnya kerapian dengan menerapkan 5S, perbaikan sistem sirkulasi udara di ruang dan peralatan tambahan yang dibutuhkan Hasil dari komunitas ini kegiatan pelayanan sosialisasi mengenai pelaksanaan K3, 5S dan prinsip-prinsip ilmu Teknik Industri Lainnya dianggap relevan dengan kegiatan produksi, perbaikan tata letak lantai produksi, penyediaan K3 dan Visual diplay sesuai dan memadai, bantu desain , sieving tepung, pengadaan peralatan seperti kipas angin, meja lipat dan papan nama di rak dan ruang peralatan, pengadaan peralatan dan publikasi ilmiah lainnya kebutuhn dengan menerbitkan jurnal ilmiah.

Abstract

The most important components in the company are human resources. The use of human resources is not optimal it may cause losses by companies and labor. If the amount of labor is too little, it will cause the buildup at the work station. If the labor too much, it will cause losses due to waste. In this company, the process of producing cigarette paper is divided into three main phases, namely preparation stage , the process of making paper and the finishing stages. The process of producing activities cigarette paper needs human resources optimally. The problems that arise during production process activities are the use of human resources that are not optimal, resulting in the shortage of labor and labor surplus work that is working on the work that is stacking. This study was conducted to determine when the standard work and can provide a good decision in the optimal amount of labor on the packaging of ream paper products form. Results resulting from the standard time of each element ie the element wrapping cigarette paper sheet with a standard time of 177.79 seconds, enter the box packaging packaging with the standard time, 119.20 seconds, full box with a standard price of 231.15 seconds and wrap the packaging using plastic with a standard time of 55.31 seconds. The total labor standard packaging process with the method of data as much as 15 people / shift seconds actual workforce of 13 people. Enough amount of labor as much as 2 people.

Abstract

In realizing professional, effective, and efficient work, as well as improvement of work system, the company requires Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). SOP is a guide or reference to perform job tasks in accordance with the function and also a tool of performance appraisal company based on technical, administrative, and procedural indicators in accordance with work procedures and work system in the work unit concerned. Problems that occurred at PT. XYZ is the absence of standardization and documentation of work standards for warehousing activities resulting in non-standard work quality. The purpose of this research is to arrange Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) based on work elements in each warehousing activities in warehouse of PT. XYZ. The result of the research is the preparation of SOP for the acceptance of coffee beans, the storage of coffee beans, the delivery of coffee beans to the production, and the delivery of coffee to the consumers.

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, the world was shocked by the outbreak of a new virus, namely a new type of coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and the disease is called Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Until now this virus is rapidly spreading and research is still ongoing. One of the basic prevention efforts of the corona virus or Covid-19 is to diligently wash hands in detail and thoroughly. This is because the corona virus is transmitted through droplets or body fluids that come out when coughing or sneezing. Alfurqon Mosque is one of the places of worship in Medan Selayang District which is a red zone area. It is said to be a red zone because these are areas where residents are positively infected with Covid-19. Based on data from the Medan city health office in April 2020 in this region there were 10 positive patients in treatment. The Alfurqon Mosque has a congregation registered with the STM (Union Please Help) as many as 600 heads of families. So far, this mosque has not provided a place for washing hands specifically accompanied by soap / hand soap. The solution offered is to provide appropriate technology in the form of a hand washing sink that has a 520 liter water tank integrated with a water source pipes and has two sinks accompanied by liquid soap in each sink. This tool uses a foot pedal-style tap valve to turn on and close the water tap so that after washing the hands of the congregation there is no need to touch the tap again.
