Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang produktif memiliki peran penting dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian di Indonesia.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualtitatif, yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah Kabupaten Sukabumi karena Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Sukabumi memiliki peran yang strategis dan penting dalam penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah, khususnya dalam pengembangan perekonomian yang berbasis ekonomi kerakyatan. Peran UMKM dalam mendorong perkembangan pertumbuhan ekonomi negara sangat signifikan. walaupun Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Sukabumi sudah memiliki standar operasional prosedur (SOP) yang telah ditetapkan tetapi di lapangan layanan tersebut belum maksimal sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh variabel persyaratan perizinan, prosedur perizinan dan konsekuensi perizinan terhadap pengembangan UMKM walaupun  hasilnya masih tergolong kecil dikarenakan informasi yang belum terserap maksimal, kurangnya pola kerja birokrasi oleh pelaku usaha, serta kejelasan tentang hak dan kewajiban yang diterima oleh pelaku usaha masih belum pasti.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLaba bersih merupakan keuntungan yang di dapat setelah dikurangi harga pokok dan berbagai pajak/beban, maka tinggi rendahnya laba bersih dipengaruhi oleh tinggi rendahnya penjualan dan beban. Penjualan adalah suatu kegiatan yang terpadu untuk mengembangkan rencana-rencana strategis yang diarahkan pada usaha pemuasan kebutuhan dan keinginan pembeli, guna mendapatkan penjualan yang menghasilkan laba. Laba bersih yang tinggi bukan ukuran yang mutlak untuk mengukur baik atau tidaknya sebuah entitas dalam menjalankan usahanya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh serta perbandingan penjualan terhadap laba bersih pada SMM Swalayan Kopontren Daarut Tauhiid Kota Bandung.Teknik dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penggunaan teknik analisa trend dan metode horizontal untuk menggambarkan kecenderungan naik atau turunnya penjualan dan laba bersih dari satu tahun ke tahun lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penjualan pada SMM Swalayan Kopontren Daarut Tauhiid Kota Bandung pada dasarnya mengalami fluktuasi sebagaimana hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pengaruh perubahan penjualan terhadap laba bersih setiap tahunnya dipengaruhi oleh HPP dan biaya operasional perusahaan. Kata kunci :    Penjualan dan Laba bersih

Abstract

This study was conducted to manage raw material inventories based on defectives using the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology. Suggestions for implementing quality control are then determined by analyzing the causes of failures in the rope manufacturing process in order to strive for continuous improvement. The definition phase finds the four study objects with the highest error rates based on Critical to Quality (CTQ). During the measurement phase, Pareto charts are used to identify the major defect types in each process and determine the highest production variances. The DPMO probability (defects per million) is then measured and converted to sigma levels. In the analysis phase, the CTQ is analyzed with a Pareto chart and the cause and effect of the problem is analyzed with a fishbone diagram. In the improvement phase, suggestions for improvement are made. Data processing results in a DPMO value, with a Sigma level of 3.1 for the company. The main causes of defects are high engine temperatures, engine damage over time, dirty engine filters, and lack of maintenance. To manage the supply of raw materials for the ropes, he needs a form to keep his SOPs working properly.

Abstract

Management originates from the word "to manage" which means to control or regulate. Management, as a process of managing resources to achieve goals, is the foundation for understanding the importance of production process management. The production process itself is a series of activities that transform raw materials into finished products. This study focuses on analyzing the bread production process at Jasun Bakery Sukabumi City. The aim of this study is to identify the challenges faced in the bread production process and to find solutions to overcome them. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method, an approach in conducting research that is oriented toward natural phenomena or events. Based on the results of the research conducted at Jasun Bakery Sukabumi City, it is found that the selection of raw materials should be done more carefully, the baking process should be more closely monitored, and the management of raw material inventory should be improved. Thus, it is expected that the quality of bread products can be improved and production efficiency can be achieved. There are several main challenges at Jasun Bakery Sukabumi City, namely the less careful selection of raw materials, the lack of supervision in the baking process, and problems with raw material inventory.
