Deteksi kulit memainkan peranan penting dalam berbagai aplikasi pengolah citra, mulai dari deteksi wajah, pelacakan wajah, penyaringan konten  pornografi, berdasarkan sistem pencarian citra dan berbagai domain interaksi manusia dan komputer. Pendekatan informasi warna dapat mendeteksi warna kulit dengan baik menggunakan skin probability map (SPM) dengan aturan bayes. Namun SPM memiliki permasalahan dalam mendeteksi tekstur kulit. Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) merupakan algoritma ekstraksi fitur, dalam deteksi kulit digunakan untuk mengekstrak fitur tekstur kulit yang dapat menangani masalah SPM. Namun LDA memiliki permasalahan apabila digunakan untuk mengekstrak fitur tekstur kulit pada kernel yang berbeda. Distance transform (DT) merupakan algoritma untuk menghitung jarak citra biner pada setiap pikel gambar dan fitur poin terdekatnya, DT merupakan algoritma yang dapat mengatasi masalah pada LDA. Kombinasi algoritma SPM, LDA dan DT diusulkan untuk memperbaiki performa dari kemunculan kulit pada deteksi kulit. Dataset pada metode yang diusulkan menggunakan IBTD dataset. Hasil dari metode yang diusulkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan menunjukan peningkatan akurasi deteksi kesalahan yang signifikan pada SPM dan LDA.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the satisfaction of users of CEISA services (Customs & Excise Information System and Automation) at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE). CEISA uses Single Sign-On (SSO) technology, meaning that users only do one login to be able to access all applications in accordance with their authority. Therefore, the CEISA database and server are centrally managed so that they can be accessed throughout the DGCE office. But in practice there are still DGCE offices that develop independent applications. User satisfaction is one of the important factors that influence the success of implementing an information system. This study uses the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method as an indicator of research. The variables tested in this study were 100 respondents as samples taken from employees at the Tanjung Priok Type A Customs and Excise Service Office (CESO). Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Test with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 as a tool to process data. There are five hypotheses proposed in this study. The results showed that all proposed hypotheses were accepted. That is, all variables in the EUCS method have a positive and significant effect on CEISA service user satisfaction in the DGCE environment.

The identification of plants is a process of recognition of plants to discover the types to disseminate knowledge, but the names of the plants can be different from each person (community, profession, language) in different geographical locations. Artificial vision is very useful for mobile devices, together with the appearance of cell phone cameras equipped with phones, new opportunities and challenges have been generated in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). The combination of ORB and BruteForce_Hamming has better computational efficiency based on the highest accuracy and identification efficiency in the implemented software and can perform accurate real-time identification. The design and implementation of the plant classification identification identification program is based on the Android operating system with a minimum level of system 21 (Lollipop) to show the key match point of the live camera to obtain type information. This application can classify plants with a correct accuracy rate of 88% and an identification error rate of 12% on pandanus leaves. The Information Systems Study Program at Unsurya is a new department and only a few graduate students. Based on data obtained from graduates of the 2018/2019 academic year, 41 students graduated, including 26 students who experienced delays in taking their studies. A system that can predict student graduation is needed so that the Information Systems department can produce more student graduations than before. By optimizing the parameters of the Naïve Bayes algorithm, it can be applied in predicting graduation by utilizing previous student graduation data, the attributes used are gender, age, sks, gpa, and student status. The results of research testing using Rapid Miner 9.8 with 41 training data and 25 testing data, yielding 96% accuracy, 90.91% recall, and 100% precision.

The aim of this research is to know the influence of motivation and compensation to job satisfaction lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Cipta Karya Informatika (STIKOM CKI). The method of this research is quntitative method. There are two kinds variable involved, independent and dependent. Motivation and compensation as the independent variable and job satisfaction lecturer as the dependent variable. Data were collected through a interview and questionnares. The population of the research all over the number of lecturer in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Cipta Karya Informatika (STIKOM CKI) is a number of 31 people. Sampling method that used is saturated sampling. The data analysis using test validity, the reliability test, the classic assumption test, and to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regresions analysis, testers hypothesis statistics consisting of parcial test (t test), simultant test (f test), the coefficient determinasi and correlation. The result of this research shows that motivation and compensation have positive and significant effect in job satisfaction faculty lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer Cipta Karya Informatika (STIKOM CKI). Based on that result, it is suggested to give more attention to job satisfaction lecturers through motivation and compensation as a whole.

Along with advances in network technology and computer today it becomes role with various groups likes students, academics, and offices. Usage of network technology and computer will be more intensive with many kind of devices connects to the servers. As we knows that servers have important roles within network, otherwise we need tools to determine performance of the servers. PT Jaring Synergi Mandiri is company that provide services such as call center services for 24 hours. With IT support as administrator of systems to ensure business process to running well continues. Application network monitoring and server at this time just effective when IT support at the office. The problems will be occur when IT support at the outside office, server and network status can’t be known so that repair process will be hampered. Based on these condition, researchers will give recommend to build application network monitoring for smartphone (Android) as tools to review remote monitor using VPN so it can be access from anywhere and anytime. The researchers had obtained data to be analyzed and described as UML using software Modelio. Foreign exchange trading is one of the largest financial markets in the world, therefore the movement of foreign exchange prices is always fluctuating every day. Therefore, an accurate prediction system is needed to determine the price that will occur. Predicted prices can help traders in determining the right position in running this business. Predicted price can be done by doing analysis on data formed in the past. One way that can be done is to perform technical analysis by using artificial neural network. In this study neural network will be used to predict the price of the euro against the US dollar on daily movement. The artificial neural networks used are trained with supervised learning methods, which use the input and output data sets. Through network learning can recognize patterns between input and output. The algorithm used is backpropagation, this algorithm uses error value to change network weight at step back propagation. While the error value is obtained through advanced browsing steps, which do first. The performance of artificial neural networks is measured using the value of MSE (Mean Square Error) and the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value. From the results of the research, it was found that the network with 6 input neurons and 11 hidden layer neurons became the best network with MSE value of 0.000001 and MAPE value of 0,59%.

The techonology is nowdays growing rapidly which developing all smart features and spesifications inside is in your hand as a phone celluar as communication-life mobility. Also it is supporting by system operation which flourish now is called android. Car Rent is one of the way solution through traffic jams and air pollution if it is all full on seats. For convenience in service, it’s a system operation needed. In developing a system requires modeling concepts with supporting tool named flowchart and UML, to give design on the line of the information system. In Order for the development of directional system and raise the goal are required a system development method is SDLC method with waterfall approach. Once the system is made complete and running propely can be tested by black box method that is the test input on the application to be processed according to functional needs.

Design a Management Warehouse Information System and Multi Outlet Based Hybrid Technology at Cindy The Smilling Gift Shop Jakarta. Cindy The Smilling Gift Shop is a company engaged in the retail souvenirs who make transactions directly. The company was built in 1998 and has branches in several cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Purwokerto, Yogyakarta, Solo and Surabaya. To improve efficiency in working, Cindy The Smilling Gift Shop performs improvement process to achieve work efficiency. One effort is to design and build a warehouse management information system and multi outlets. In the system before the repair is done, the process of reporting the sale and the process of updating the stock of goods at the outlet still using manual way that takes 3 days to 1 week, so the process is not efficient and real time. Then after the development of warehouse systems and multi outlets, the process of reporting and selling stock updates can be done in real time, because it is integrated with applications connected to the Internet network. So that can do efifiesnsi time up to 72 hours or if in conversion with operational cost can reach Rp. 1.260.000, -.

The development of the fast growing information technology needs of the times following the very need for speed and accuracy in all respects. User Acceptance Tests consist of a set of test steps, which verify if specific requirements are working for the user. If the customer and the supplier agree on the product, the software development is done. Legally. And practically. The development follows the terms of the hardware, software and in terms of human resources to operate. At this time almost all areas of life need information technology and human behavior are used to operate the application of information technology in everyday life. With computers we can manage data and data storage can be more effective and efficient. This clinic provides the drugs to be taken by Pertamina workers. Currently the process of recording reservations, purchases to suppliers as well as data recording medications taken by the patient still manually record all data recording medication to book resulting data are not neatly arranged so that it will run into difficulties when searching the necessary data. To overcome these problems, would be built applications that can be accessed only by pharmacists these applications using the programming language PHP and MySQL database. The method used is the waterfall. After testing, the application will run as a web application in Polyclinic Primary. The author hopes this application can provide convenience to Clinic Primary.
