Abstract

Deteksi kulit memainkan peranan penting dalam berbagai aplikasi pengolah citra, mulai dari deteksi wajah, pelacakan wajah, penyaringan konten  pornografi, berdasarkan sistem pencarian citra dan berbagai domain interaksi manusia dan komputer. Pendekatan informasi warna dapat mendeteksi warna kulit dengan baik menggunakan skin probability map (SPM) dengan aturan bayes. Namun SPM memiliki permasalahan dalam mendeteksi tekstur kulit. Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) merupakan algoritma ekstraksi fitur, dalam deteksi kulit digunakan untuk mengekstrak fitur tekstur kulit yang dapat menangani masalah SPM. Namun LDA memiliki permasalahan apabila digunakan untuk mengekstrak fitur tekstur kulit pada kernel yang berbeda. Distance transform (DT) merupakan  algoritma untuk menghitung jarak citra biner pada setiap pikel gambar dan fitur poin terdekatnya, DT merupakan algoritma yang dapat mengatasi masalah pada LDA. Kombinasi algoritma SPM, LDA dan DT diusulkan untuk memperbaiki performa dari kemunculan kulit pada deteksi kulit. Dataset pada metode yang diusulkan menggunakan IBTD dataset. Hasil dari metode yang diusulkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan menunjukan peningkatan akurasi deteksi kesalahan yang signifikan pada SPM dan LDA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the satisfaction of users of CEISA services (Customs & Excise Information System and Automation) at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE). CEISA uses Single Sign-On (SSO) technology, meaning that users only do one login to be able to access all applications in accordance with their authority. Therefore, the CEISA database and server are centrally managed so that they can be accessed throughout the DGCE office. But in practice there are still DGCE offices that develop independent applications. User satisfaction is one of the important factors that influence the success of implementing an information system. This study uses the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method as an indicator of research. The variables tested in this study were 100 respondents as samples taken from employees at the Tanjung Priok Type A Customs and Excise Service Office (CESO). Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Test with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 as a tool to process data. There are five hypotheses proposed in this study. The results showed that all proposed hypotheses were accepted. That is, all variables in the EUCS method have a positive and significant effect on CEISA service user satisfaction in the DGCE environment.

Abstract

The identification of plants is a process of recognition of plants to discover the types to disseminate knowledge, but the names of the plants can be different from each person (community, profession, language) in different geographical locations. Artificial vision is very useful for mobile devices, together with the appearance of cell phone cameras equipped with phones, new opportunities and challenges have been generated in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). The combination of ORB and BruteForce_Hamming has better computational efficiency based on the highest accuracy and identification efficiency in the implemented software and can perform accurate real-time identification. The design and implementation of the plant classification identification identification program is based on the Android operating system with a minimum level of system 21 (Lollipop) to show the key match point of the live camera to obtain type information. This application can classify plants with a correct accuracy rate of 88% and an identification error rate of 12% on pandanus leaves. Abstract

Utilization of cryptography as the encryption and decryption can be used to secure messages or the data that is important and valuable. A message can be encrypted or into ciphertext using a key and can be safely exchanged without having to worry about the confidentiality of the contents of the message. Decryption key will be to process the encrypted message into plaintext or the original message. XOR operation algorithm is computationally easy to use, but the process XOR algorithm is weak and not strong. To cover up weaknesses reviews these use RC4 algorithm (Rivers Code 4), because RC4 algorithm process is fast and strong . The results of this application in the form of a software is Able to encrypt and decrypt the message form and to generate a unique security key based encrypted message, and provide an accurate report on the presence or absence of changes to the contents of the message, The implementation of the RC4 encryption and decryption process on the website based smartphone helps users in maintaining the security and confidentiality of information storage that is sent and received. The results of this study so that the user can secure messages to be sent to the recipient.

Abstract

With a population that is almost dominated by middle-class society economy, it is important for every individual to begin drafting the future as early as possible. The first step that must be done is to adjust costs and increase revenue. On this issue, technology and information can take a role in providing convenience for human needs. With the existence of an application that provides information about the financial arrangements, it is expected that application can be of financial assistance in order to improve people's lifestyles. To the authors conducted a descriptive study related to these problems and their solutions. Research conducted aims to design and implement systems Personal Finance applications using android base. Research Personal Finance app is intended to generate an application program that can simplify the financial arrangements related to budgeting, record keeping money in and out so it can be a personal financial condition in a report which is also the output of the application. Abstract

Informasi merupakan sesuatu data yang penting bagi setiap masyarakat, aktifitas manusia berjalan seiring dengan informasi yang di dapat. Oleh karena itu informasi haruslah tepat dan akurat. Tetapi tidak semua informasi dapat kita ukur dengan angka dan langsung kita dapatkan hasilnya. Karena itu para ahli dan peneliti terdahulu membuat suatu penelitian yang dapat mengukur suatu informasi yang sifatnya dapat berupa bukan angka. Salah satunya adalah Structural Equation Modeling dengan Lisrel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari perbedaan harga tiket penerbangan domestik pada penumpang di Bandara Halim Perdanakusuma. Bahasa pemrograman yang dipakai adalah LISREL dengan menggunakan database Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Sistem ini akan kita terapkan untuk mengukur dan menilai dengan tepat dari hasil permasalahan diatas. Apakah dampak yang dihasilkan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi aktifitas penumpang yang lain dari biasanya. Kata Kunci: Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) dengan Lisrel, tarif penerbangan, jumlah penumpang domestik.

Abstract

The library is part of the learning resources that must be possessed by every field of education including universities. Because with the existence of a library it is expected that students can more easily find information or knowledge through a library. With the development of technology makes people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. One of them is to simplify activities in the library into a system that can help the process of activities at the university. By utilizing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, libraries can cut time. So that it can accelerate and simplify existing activities. In this study applying a web-based information system and utilizing RFID technology as a tool to facilitate students and library officers. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome the various needs of students to search for books and conduct loans and make it easier for officers to circulate books and make reports. Abstract

Abstract: Vehicle  maintenance  is a  very  important  sector  in  terms  of  economy  and  safety,  a good understanding of vehicle maintenance is very important  from the owner of the vehicle it self or from the company. Maintenance for the vehicle is considered as part structure of the activity in a series of improvements, as well as a planned activity to prevent potential errors resulting in damage. Schedule preventive maintenance is one of the methods that are used for vehicle maintenance scheduling. SPM is widely used because  it  can  determine  component  reliability  item,  so  as  to  reduce  the  cost  of repairs,  but  this  method  has  the  disadvantage  that  reparations  are  made  to  the  unit item could potentially breakdown, as well as the application of SPM only on certain types  of  vehicles.  To  solve  this  problem  it  is  proposed  the  one  application  of  a method,  algorithm  K-Means  Clustering  is  one  of  the  methods  to  be  applied  in  the schedule vehicle maintenance services, K-Means algorithm is widely used because it is  easy  and  simple.  From  the  models  created  will  then  be  tested  using  Confucion Matrix to determine how the level of accuracy, and describes the results of a positive predictive accuracy results are correct, the positive predictions were wrong, negative predictions  are  true,  and  false  negative  predictions.  From  these  experiments  showed that  the  application  of  K-Means  Clustering  algorithms  in  the  vehicle's  maintenance schedule capable of generating predictive value and accuracy that is optimal by 70%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance evaluation criteria and employee sub-criteria, and give weight to each criterion and sub-criteria using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP is a methodology that facilitates understanding of complex problems through solving hierarchically ranked parts (approaches and alternatives), calculating and comparing variables through adding views with geometric averages to synthesize a solution. The main criteria obtained from this study are absenteeism or attendance, achievement of work targets, skills or skills, cooperation, and attitudes of employees. The alternatives used are 5 employees in the company. The results of this study indicate that absenteeism as the most important of the criteria is around 0.3794. In addition there is a consistency ratio of around -0.8112. In addition, the results of the study showed that the system built was able to provide the results of calculations automatically in accordance with the results of calculations carried out manually. Keywords: AHP, attendance, achievement of work targets, skills, attitudes

Abstract

AbstractTechnology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a method used as a measurement tool in this study, to measure the feasibility of an Augmented Reality application by collecting questionnaire data on 150 respondents using 3 variables as a reference namely Perceived Easy Of Use as X1, Perceived Usefulness as X2, and Actual Use as Y. The data processing method uses SPSS 20 supporting applications with the data validation test process determination of the value of r table by finding df (degree of freedom) df = 150-2 with a significant 5% (0.1603) must < r count on each variable then the data is considered valid , the result of this data validation is 0.6210 which means the data is valid. And the reliability test with the provisions that the value at which the cronbach's alpha value must be > 0.6 for each variable, the data can be considered reliable, the results of the reliability test for the total of these three variables is 0.906 which means the data is reliable. Keywords: Augmented Reality, Technology Acceptance Model, Information and Communication Technology, Interactive Learning Media.
