Abstract

Official data from the National AIDS Commission [KPA] shows that East Java ranks second [two] national HIV most with 33,043 cases of HIV and AIDS as many as 17,014 cases. Whereas Pasuruan Regency was ranked 2 [two] with the highest number of HIV cases from all districts in East Java with 1212 cases. The majority of HIV cases are dominated by productive age / adolescents / school students between the ages of 20-29 years, the number of which reaches around 345 people or around 24%. of the total HIV cases in Pasuruan Regency which amounted to 1212 cases. [KPA data of Kab. Pasuruan from 2000-2016]. Whereas in terms of HIV data by region, Prigen Subdistrict still ranks first as the region with the most HIV cases in Pasuruan Regency with 93 cases. Seeing this problem, the strengthening of school institutions in the prevention and control of the dangers of HIV and AIDS is a priority to be realized. This community service activity (PKM) uses the Community Organizer (CO) approach which is implemented in 5 (five) high schools in the district. Prigen Pasuruan. The tangible results of this service program have made a real contribution to the establishment of high school education institutions in the Prigen area with the increase in the capacity of teachers and students in the prevention of HIV and AIDS and drugs in both religious and medical studies, making strategies and techniques for the campaign of HIV and Aids and network strengthening formed between educational institutions, AIDS prevention commissions in Kab. Pasuruan, the health office and the college of Yudharta Pasuruan University

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana dan proses pembacaan surah al-Waqi’ah di Pondok Pesantren al-Hidayah II, Pasuruan. Dan untuk mengetahui makna tradisi tersebut bagi para yang mengikuti, diantaranya adalah para santri, para pengurus dan pengasuh. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan mencari esensi makna dibalik fenomena baik dalam kapasitas sebagai individu, kelompok, maupun masyarakat luas, dan berusaha mendeskripsikan suatu gejala dan peristiwa saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskripftif dengan metode teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis lakukan yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dalam analisis data, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Tradisi Waqi’ahan di Pondok Pesantren al-Hidayah II ini, berasal dari ijazah yang diberikan oleh guru pengasuh yakni KH. Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Dahlan, Lebak – Winongan – Pasuruan. Pola pembacaan Surah al-Waqi’ah adalah pembacaan secara sedang (Tadwir). Makna pembacaan surah al-Waqi’ah menurut Pondok al-Hidayah II, melancarkan Rizki, melatih diri untuk istiqomah, mendekatkan diri (taqarrub) kepada allah, dan meningkatkan kecantikan dalam diri (Inner Beauty).

Abstract

The field experience practice conducted by students from Yudharta Pasuruan University aims to improve scientific work skills, carried out through writing training held at the LSQ Ar-Rahmah Islamic boarding school, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The background of this activity is expected that students of the Qur'an and Tafsir Sciences of Yudharta Pasuruan University can produce quality scientific works at the student level in order to support preparation for making proposals and theses. We can see that students are currently minimal in making scientific works, even though the skills that a student must have are in the field of correct writing and according to the flow of making. Therefore, this PPL activity for students of the Qur'an and Tafsir Sciences of Yudharta Pasuruan University is expected to be more accurate in producing scientific works through writing training at the LSQ Ar-Rahmah boarding school. The method used is direct training and intensive mentoring from mentors at the LSQ Ar-Rahmah Bantul boarding school, Yogyakarta. This writing training was carried out for approximately 2 weeks. Students are required to create scientific works in the form of journal articles output from this PPL activity, it is expected that the journal can be included in the synta and successfully published. The results of the activity show an increase in skills and the emergence of new interests among students to be more enthusiastic in creating scientific works.
