Abstract

Abstract: In the development of contemporary hadith studies, especially after the time of Muhammad Abduh, a number of figures who appear to have a critical view of the classical era of hadith studies. Some people rate them as al-Sunnah inkār modern. Among the leaders of contemporary famous hadith studies with a view to look a controversial is-Mahmud Abu Rayyah, heavily influenced his thinking and refers to the opinion of Muhammad Abduh and Muhammad Rashid Rida. Critical work of the most popular traditions is the neighbor Adwa ala al-Sunnah al-Muhammadiyah. This article will explain in Abu Rayyah critical thinking contained in the book. In preparing Adwa ala al-Sunnah al-Muhammadiyah Abu Rayyah much use arguments drawn from modern discipline, consider the hadith contradicts science is ḍa’if.Kata kunci: Abu Rayyah, studi hadis, inkār al-sunnah

Abstract

Abstract: The mosque is one of the Muslims resources. Therefore, Muslims should utilize it optimally for their glory. Therefore, what Fatimatuzzahra mosque officials doing in the development of the mosque is a form of devotion to God and their efforts have already successfully used the mosque to be more productive and beneficial for the people. The results of the study, from 40 mosques sampled in this study, it appears that most of the mosques spent Rp 1.100.000, - s.d. Rp 2.500.000, -as many as 11 mosques, or 11%, while three mosques did not record average spending per month. Keywords: Mosque, Financial Management, Economic Empowerment.

Abstract

Masjid merupakan pusat atau sentral kegiatan kaum muslimin, baik dalam urusan ibadah, ekonomi maupun sosial. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan pengelolaan atau manajemen yang baik. Mengelola masjid juga memiliki peran yang sangat penting sebagai sarana memakmurkan masjid. Apalagi masjid memang sebuah ikon yang mempunyai kaitan erat dengan keimanan dan pembinaan umat bagi kaum muslimin agar dapat memberikan peranan yang dominan dalam pembangunan negara. Kekuatan iman inilah yang menentukan persatuan umat yang akan memberikan kekuatan lahir batin dalam memperjuangkan nasib masyarakat Islam. Namun sangat disayangkan banyak masjid-masjid di masa sekarang yang telah mengalami pergeseran fungsi yang sesungguhnya, ia tak ubahnya sebuah tempat khusus yang hanya dipakai untuk shalat saja dan terkunci untuk kegiatan lain. Ini barangkali yang menjadi sebab pengelolaan masjid kurang maksimal dan tidak akuntabel. Pada sisi lain sumber pemasukan keuangan masjid cukup fantastis, namun tidak didukung dengan manajemen keuangan yang layak. Dalam tulisan ini dipaparkan potret pengelolaan keuangan masjid di kota Purwokerto, dan ternyata hanya beberapa masjid saja yang memenuhi standar pengelolaan yang baik. Corak penyesuaian fungsi masjid sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman mutlak dibutuhkan. Organisasi masjid merupakanorganisasi nirlaba yang berarti kumpulan beberapa individu yang memiliki tujuan tertentu dan bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dalam pelaksanaannya kegiatan yang mereka lakukan tidak berorientasi pada pemupukan laba atau kekayaan semata. Oleh karenanya perlu upaya pengembalian fungsi masjid sebagaimana mestinya, sehingga masjid juga dapat berfungsi sebagai pusat pemberdayaan ekonomi bagi umat islam.  Mosque is the center of muslim’s activities, either of worship, economic, and social activities. For that reason, there should be a good mosque managementsince it will be very important in improving muslims’ prosperity. In addition, a mosque also plays a significant role in improving muslims’ faith and guiding them to give a contribution to state development. It is Muslims’ strong faith that will lead to the unity of muslims and give the power to struggle for the improvement of muslim society. However, there have been many mosques nowadays that have changed their real function as the center of muslims’ activities to merely a place of worship. This condition causes mosque management to be not optimal and not accountable. In contrast, the financial income of mosques is fantastic. This paper portrays mosque financial management in Purwokerto, and it was found that there were only few mosques that perform good financial management. The style of mosque management should meet the need of present condition. The mosque organization is non-profit, which means that the individuals dealing with organization have certain purposes to be reached and their activities are not oriented to gain financial profit. For that reason, it is necessary to turn the function of a mosque back to its real function as the center of economic and social activities.

Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia has worldwide because of its diverse tourism potential and extensive natural beauty. However, this does not make the community around the tourist sites enjoy many benefits from the development of aspects of tourism in their area because it requires the public to understand the tourism potential needed in their area, so that the government has the duty and responsibility to empower the community so that the community can use the tourism potential. The concept of community empowerment is based on concepts that represent the community not only as objects, but also as subjects. In the object position, the goal is the community which still needs to be given guidance or direction so that management can continue to develop and achieve goals, while the subject position is the community is the determinant in the development itself, the community is a very important aid in the development planning that has been carried out. Tourism is one of the new industries that is able to increase economic growth quickly in terms of employment opportunities, incomes, living standards and in terms of activating other production sectors in tourist recipient countries. Therefore, the development of locally based tourism does not directly involve the community to actively participate in developing the potential that exists in their area so that they can improve their welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence tourist attractions has, electronic word of mouth, and location both partially and simultaneously on the decision to visit tourists at the Teratai Tower Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency. This research is a quantitative research with the type of research that is a causal relationship. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with the population used being tourist who had visited the Purwokerto Teratai Tower tourist attraction. Determination of the population in this study using techniques non probability sampling who uses the method accidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents who were used as research objects. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 20 application. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variable tourist attraction, electronic word of mouth, and location has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit tourists at the Teratai Tower Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency. Suggestions for further research to develop by adding several indicators or other variables related to the decision to visit tourists to a tourist attraction.

Abstract

As technology and information advances, new products and services often appear in society. The presence of financial technology (fintech) as a credible financial institution is one of the services that can provide solutions business financing problem that often arise in society, especially in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) In Central Java. Central Java Province is on of the best provinces in Indonesia according to the financial services authority because it implements the MSME digitalization empowerment program. The aim of this scientific research is to analyze and understand the role of fintech in development of MSMEs in Central Java. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research. Secondary data was obtained from books and journals. Based on the findings of this research, financial institution such as fintech are commited to increasing access to financing for Cental Java MSMEs. This can be seen in increasing MSME credit, as well as reducing interest rate on MSMEs Credit, in order to encourage credit growth for regional economic recovery. Furthermore, financial literacy in Central Java is higher than the national financial literacy index, while financial inclusion in Central Java is lower than the national financial inclusion index. The Central Java Government hopes to meet the national target of 90% by 2024.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business, especially restaurants/restaurants in Indonesia, can be seen from the increasing number of restaurants in Indonesia. The success of restaurants in attracting consumers is the presence of flavors that can adjust to consumer tastes, strategic locations, quality facilities and services and appropriate prices. In 2017 to 2018 in Purwokerto, starting with the emergence of Warunk Up Normal, then many restaurants with modern nuances emerged that added several supporting facilities. Realizing this, every company must be able to compete to attract consumer interest and first must know the position of its product compared to other restaurant products so that it can make the right strategy. To find out the position of the product, it is necessary to do a perceptual mapping, which is a quantitative analysis tool that can represent the position of the products. Observations on the phenomena that occurred in the six restaurants studied, namely Warunk UpNormal, Dapoer Prambanan, Nyong Kopitiam, #WKWK, Warung Ngapak and Level Up and distributed questionnaires to respondents. Data is analyzed using the multidimensional scaling method which is intended to determine the distribution or position and competition that occurs based on consumer decision-making factors in purchasing. The results showed that the position of the restaurant that experienced competition seen from the consumer decision-making factor was the attribute or price factor and facilities.
