Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang strategi implementasi perizinan investasi dan badan perizinan terpadu Kabupaten Sumedang. Pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Sumedang jika dibandingkan dengan anggaran pemerintah masih relatif kecil. Pertumbuhan PAD mencapai rata-rata 7 persen per tahun. Pihak BPMPT kabupaten Sumedang belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyak fenomena yang masih belum memuaskan pengaduan masyarakat atas implementasi perizinan di Kabupaten Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif yang merupakan salah satu bagian dalam penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk mengumpulkan data yang berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara atau informan perilaku dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai dokumen, jurnal, karya ilmiah dan lain-lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model implementasi kebijakan diusulkan oleh grindle meskipun telah dilakukan pada aspek isi dan konteks implementasi kebijakan di BPMPT kabupaten Sumedang, terutama dalam budaya kerja.

Abstract

This study is to examine Describe and analyze the quality of the implementation of public services by the district government in public services through the Public Service Mall (MPP) in Sumedang Regency. Seeing the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of public service that refers to KememPan number 31 of 2019, there are still not many maximums from the start of regent regulations that have not yet come out, even though services have started to run, this study will analyze how public services should be carried out in the process of implementing public service systems through Public Service Mall (MPP) in Sumedang Regency. The method used in the activity is a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. With this method and approach, it is expected to be able to describe various problems in their entirety and comprehensively, so that the results of the problem analysis can be used as a basis for understanding phenomena and giving birth to a concept of the quality of public service delivery in Sumedang Regency.

Abstract

Desa Legok Jawa Kecamatan Cimerak Kabupaten Pangandaran  belum banyak dikenal oleh wisatawan, baik wisatawan nusantara maupun wisatawan mancanegara. Tetapi, perkembangan Desa sebagai daya tarik wisata mengalami perubahan setelah ada fasilitas nya lapangan Pacuan Kuda bertaraf internasional. Di mana, selama ini potensi Desa daya tariknya mengandalkan keindahan pesisir pantainya, tampak masyarakatnya pun kurang  cepat tanggap terhadap situasi tersebut, sehingga keberadaan potensi alam dan pengelolaannya belum melibatkan secara bersamaan dengan masyarakat sehingga  hasilnya perlu adanya dorongan kelembagaan baik Stakeholder pemerintah daerah maupun Shareholder dalam menggali potensi yang  positif, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan seiring dengan fasilitas yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode Focus Group Discussion ( FGD)  secara kelembagaan melibatkan stakeholders dan shareholders yang interaktif serta konstruktif . Hasil dari kegiatan ini, terlihat jumlah peserta yang hadir merepresentasikan tugas pokok organisasinya secara  kelembagaan dibidang kepariwisataa diwilayah adminstratif Kabupaten Pangandaran . Interaksi  peserta mengikuti kegiatan dan kesepahaman peserta secara konstruktif dan konseptual dalam bentuk dokumen rencana aksi. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah dalam  mengembangkan kelembagaan kepariwisataan yang berbasis masyarakat yang berkelanjutan serta memberikan penguatan kelembagaan tentang manfaat kepada pemerintah , dunia swasta dan masyarakat secara bertahap  dapat mendorong peran Good Governance , diperlukan peran aktif kepemerintahan dalam upaya mencari  kolaborasi secara kelembagaan potensi Desa Legok Jawa Kabupaten Pangandaran sebagai potensi Desa Wisata berkelanjutan pada khususnya dan Kabupaten Pangandaran pada umumnya. Abstract

The most needed resource in the organization is human resources. Employees are the most important human resource or organizational asset in achieving the vision, mission and goals of the organization. To improve the performance of employees in the organization, it must be supported by several components, one of which is competence. Carrying out basic tasks and functions in an organization with the human element is very important, because humans are one of the factors that play a role in organizations, both government and non-government organizations. The role of humans is very decisive in achieving organizational goals, so that activities and existence can run well, it is necessary to seriously manage Human Resources through a work rule and order as one of the methods in carrying out its activities, in order to be able to answer a global challenge from competition. which is getting higher. Employee competence is referred to as the basic character possessed by a person to demonstrate the ability of employees to excel in a job to achieve optimal work results. In this regard, it is necessary to support the capabilities of various resources, especially the human resources of good government officials, so that the implementation of tasks can be achieved in an efficient and effective manner.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of village fund allocation policies on infrastructure development in the village. This research was conducted by collecting data from respondents consisting of representatives from the village administration, community institutions, and communities involved in the development of village infrastructure. In the Manyeti village of Dawuan District, Subang Province. Utilizing a questionnaire, the procedure used is qualitative and collects data. To determine the impact of village fund allocation policy variables on village infrastructure development, a straightforward linear regression technique was utilized to analyze the data. The findings of the study indicate that village fund allocation policies have a substantial impact on infrastructure development in villages. It was discovered that infrastructure development in a village improved proportionally to the amount of funds allocated for infrastructure development. This research is anticipated to aid in the development of more effective and efficient village fund allocation policies for infrastructure development. In addition, the findings of this study can serve as a foundation for future research on infrastructure development in rural communities.
