Abstract

Abstak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep pendidikan Islam multikultural perspektifGuru PAI di MAN Dolok Masihul Serdang Bedagai dan bagaimana implementasi pendidikan Islam multikulturaldi MAN Dolok Masihul Serdang Bedagai ? Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatanfilsafat postpositivisme digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah, (sebagai lawannya adalaheksperimen) dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secaratriangulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankanmakna dari padageneralisasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Konsep pendidikan multikultural merupakanbagian dari pendidikan Islam yang sarat dengan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual. Pendidikan Islam multikulturalmempunyai misi esensial untuk membangun karakter siswa sebagai seorang muslim yang memahami ajaranagamanya serta mempunyai kesadaran imani yang diwujudkan ke dalam sikap dan perilaku sehari- harisebagai bentuk pengamalan ajaran agama dan mendorong para siswa untuk tidak inklusif dan menerimasegala bentuk perbedaan diantara para siswa dan tetap menjaga kebersamaan melalui ikatan ukhuwa Islamiyah.Implementasi pendidikan Islam multikultural di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Dolok Masihul Serdang Bedagai diselenggarakanmelalui penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural dalam mata pelajaran baik yang bernuasa agama Islam maupunmata pelajaran umum lainnya dan ini berlangsung secara kolektif baik para guru maupun dukungan daripimpinan madrasah, disamping itu, cara lain yang ditempuh adalah melalui pembinaan kepribadian siswamelalui kegiatan eksttra dan interakurikuler baik melalui OSIS, Pramuka, PMI, Kader Dakwah dan lain sebagainyadengan maksud para siswa mampu mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan, kemampuan bersosial,dan kemampuan pribadi lainnya dengan harapan para siswa mampu menginternalisasi nilai-nilai kebersamaandalam wujud nyata dan menekan nilai-nilai perbedaan diantara mereka sehingga dengan hal ini diharapkanberdampak positif terhadap proses interaksi diantara mereka setiap saat dan setiap waktu.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Islam, Multikulltural dan Guru

Abstract

This study aims to improve the quality of learning at SD Negeri 060915, Medan Sunggal District, through the implementation of a participatory learning approach using Participatory Action Research (PAR). The background of the study is based on the low level of student engagement in classroom activities and the teacher’s reliance on traditional lecture methods, which hinder active student participation. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and formative assessments. The results showed that the participatory learning approach had a positive impact on increasing student engagement, collaboration in group work, and academic performance, as indicated by an increase in the average student score from 66.4 in the first cycle to 77.2 in the second cycle. Teachers also improved their role as facilitators, and the classroom environment became more interactive and student-centered. The study concludes that the participatory approach is effective in creating an active, collaborative, and meaningful learning environment in elementary education.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era places humans at the center (human-centered society) by utilizing advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and robotics to solve social problems and improve quality of life. This transformation has significant implications for the world of education.. This article aims to examine the principles, challenges, and strategies for developing an education management model relevant to the Society 5.0 era. The method used is a literature review, analyzing various sources related to education management, curriculum, and technology integration. The findings indicate that an effective educational management model in this era must integrate digital technology into learning processes and administration, prioritize adaptive leadership, implement data-driven decision-making, and strengthen collaboration with the community. Challenges such as infrastructure gaps, teachers' digital skills, and resistance to change require strategies for continuous professional development and curriculum innovation. In conclusion, developing a flexible, responsive, and human-centered educational management model is key to shaping a generation that is competent, character-driven, and ready to face global challenges in the Society 5.0 era
